I have tried and tried to get a supervisor to call me back. I have responded to an email from **** *** and gave her contact info and still nothing. TM sent an email stating Boosie tickets are on sale.I bought the best tickets I could 7th row, I paid $564 for 2 tickets. I purchased concert tickets to see Boosie Badazz and friends. without any notice, I saw my ticket now said, Jeezy and Friends. I call Tm and they said they cant confirm if he will attend. I stated to them, how can you sell me Boosie tickets and he not be there. She told me to contact the venue for them to confirm who is coming. Boosie will not be there. The manager stated he has never seen a situation where the headliner is not attending & they DON'T CANCEL and/or offer refunds. I call TM back and said no refunds on Festivals. I said this isnt a festival. This is fraud! **** sold those tickets advertising his ********* isnt coming but want me to pay the same price. I asked for a refund or partial refund. They said no. I asked for a credit, they said no. I said so you just get to keep my money. They told me to resale them. Well I went to the website and there was probably 2000k still for sale! And now they blocked the resale option. I know Boosie is not ***** ***** or *. ***** but if you advertise tickets for Boosie Badazz and he cancels. Refunds or credits should Be issued. I understand if this was a festival and all types of artist will be but this wasnt the case. I feel scammed by Ticketmaster! I dont want all my $$ but I would like credit. I didnt pay $250 Per ticket to see some local Dallas rappers. Right is right and wrong is wrong and this is wrong! They could do this with everyone and nothing you could do. I almost want to look into a class action lawsuit because this can't be legal. How do you have to pay $564 for 7th row and the main artist isn't there!Someone tell I can speak with.,, I have proof of everything. I have been a VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER OF TM!!Ticketmaster Corp

Unfortunately, the Statewide Emergency event is a festival type event. Festival acts are subject to change and no refunds are permitted in the event a particular artist cancels. ticketmaster refuses to refund ticket money without social security numbers given to them. Due to extensive ongoing data breach class action lawsuits, I refuse to send this merchant demanded sensitive information. I have contacted my credit card fraud department and authorities. Shame to all that work at ticketmaster. Truly a sad era in entertainment created by the unprofessional team at ticketfraudster.Ticketmaster Corp

Ticketmaster has been giving me the runaround for six weeks regarding tickets that were stolen from my account during the hack. It has been escalated to the fraud **** seven times now and no one has ever called me or handled it at all. My concert is this week and I have no resolution, no tickets, and no money back. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. ??Ticketmaster Corp

Hello,
I am in receipt of your recent complaint submitted to the Better Business Bureau. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.
I reviewed your account and after all research was completed located order 2900-0549-7244-2900-7. Since you did not purchase your ticket(s) directly from Ticketmaster but instead accepted them via ticket transfer, we cannot offer you a refund.
To help identify who you purchased your tickets from, we suggest looking at your bank statement for the credit card charge and contacting the seller directly, as they would have your funds.
Thank you for the opportunity to respond and address your concerns.

I sold two tickets for the US open and was told I would be getting a payout of $1,530 for each ticket. I have a screenshot and email confirmation. Upon payout, I only received $1,445 for each ticket. Mysteriously underpaid by Ticketmaster. After several phone calls of getting transferred and told there is nothing that can be done and over 7 unanswered emails, I am desperate. Please *** investigate the Ticketmaster company for fraudulent, illegal and exploitative behavior. This is just fraud.Ticketmaster Corp

On 2/29/24 I purchased four tickets to the P!nk concert at ************************ on 8/21/24 for $395 per ticket. I needed to sell two of them at the last minute. I posted them to StubHub for resale for $175 each. StubHub notified me on the day of the concert at roughly 12:30 p.m. that the tickets had been sold and to transfer the tickets to the buyer.I tried endlessly to do this, but Ticketmaster was "glitching with this message: PARDON THE INTERRUPTION: There was an unexpected error while processing your request. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Please check back soon to continue. **************** was no help, and the time ran out on my StubHub sale (they imposed a 2:30 pm deadline on the ticket transfer). StubHubs policy says that I am responsible for the $350 for the failed sale. I am in the process of repealing the charge with StubHub. Interestingly, later that same afternoon in an effort to recuperate some money, we short sold the tickets on Ticketmaster for $79.90 eachputting money for already paid-for tickets back into Ticketmasters pocketand with no tech problems at all. I am out $350 at no fault of my own.Ticketmaster Corp
