      Account was hacked & my email was changed on the account so I cannot access my tickets that I purchased for numerous upcoming concerts, including one for this weekend. I could not be transferred to anyone for immediate assistance according to their "policy," and was refused to be transferred to a supervisor for immediate assistance. Was told it could take up to FIVE BUSINESS days to hear back from the fraud department. However, my concert is this Saturday, which is in only three business days. I was told by my customer service representative, ******, that is not in the Untied States, that yes I am just out of the money if I don't hear back from their fraud department prior to my concert. Essentially, I am out of $800 for the concert tickets, as well as the additional $300 for the hotel room, and however much amenities would be if I show up to my concert this weekend, and cannot access my tickets, OR worse- whoever hacked account sold the tickets.

      I would give 0 stars if I could. My spouse and I purchased tickets to an *** game. On 8/29/24, we received an email that the tickets had been transferred to "*** ********" (not someone we know, and we did NOT approve a transfer). My spouse and I spent the next week calling multiple numbers for Ticketmaster. Most of the time they did not answer. The few times they did, they said it was being "escalated" and they would return our call. They never did. Today we got on the phone with someone who told us our original order was "voided" in their system, but they couldn't see a reason, so they could not return the original tickets to us. They suggested purchasing tickets AGAIN and then they would refund us after that (in case the tickets were different in price from the original was their logic). We were like why would we pay another $1,000+ to your company for more tickets without first being refunded or getting the tickets back? At that point they said they would refund us. Now we have to wait 5-7 days for that to come through. Ticketmaster lacks security and customer service.

      Ticketmaster **************** is terrible. Non responsive and did not resolve the ongoing problem! I have spent 5 days and multiple hours on the phone due to the fact that I can not transfer my ticket for ***** *********** In ************. Website is horrible and we have tried every IT fix as even had a friend who works in cybersecurity attempt to help. The concert was reschedule from last year and unfortunately I am going out of the *************** will not transfer and I can't even get a supervisor to call me back nor will Ticketmaster do the transfer since their system is the problem! The cost is over $1400 and this is inexcusable! 5 days on the phone for multiple hours and nothing! Refused to even give a refund and even more frustrating is when the customer service is in a foreign country and you can't communicate or get a call back!

      I paid $500 for a Kidz Bop concert on August 9th in *******, **. I took the day off of work and drove 5 hours from ******** to ********** for the concert and it was canceled late in the afternoon while I was on my way there. I was immediately refunded for my advanced purchase parking. Ticketmaster did not refund me for the concert tickets. I was told that I had to sell them myself. Not all the tickets sold and we only received $180 for the ones that did sell. This concert was an outing for myself and my daughter and her three children. Their dad is on orders to Kuwait with the Air Force. My husband was going to stay with their youngest while we went to the concert. They don't get that opportunity very often. My son in law is in ****** away from his family for a year and Ticketmaster won't even refund our money to a concert that was canceled. What kind of business is this that would take money from a service member's family and not refund it when the event was canceled? I will never use Ticketmaster again and will continue to post reviews about this experience until my money is refunded.

      According to your accounts purchase history the only thing you purchased for "kids bop" through us was the parking pass that you received a refund for. Please contact your financial institution to locate your point of purchase for your tickets.

      I am extremely disappointed in Ticketmaster, Ticketmaster ***************** ********************** ***************** and supervisors working for Ticketmaster. I have been trying to get into my account since August 13th, 2024. Over 3 weeks of emails, almost daily phone calls to **************** who stated they cannot help me, they will escalate the account and I will hear from someone in ***** hrs. I will also hear from the fraud department in 3-5 Business days. Yet no phone calls. 1 supervisor did contact me, left a message and stated he would follow up with a email, which never happened. The fraud department was called almost daily. Sitting on hold, leaving a message and assured by Their automated teller that somebody would return my phone call. Yet no phone call was returned. Finally today September 4th, 2024 I was finally able to talk to a real person in fraud who was able to give me access to my account. This is very disappointing and disheartening that this happened. All because I needed to access my account to transfer my ****** ***** Era tour tickets that I purchased a year ago. Yes I didnt download them a year ago to my phone. Incase I lost my phone, there was an issue, or something else. I thought I was safe with Ticketmaster and keeping my tickets safe for a concert that was 15 months away. If I would be able to go to the concert and would have needed to access my tickets the week of, I would not have been able to attended the concert as it took over 3 weeks to get into my account. I hope other people do not have the same issue once ****** is back in the states and others realize they are not able to access their tickets through Ticketmaster!

      I am hearing impaired. I went to a venue and subtitles weren't available (the *************************** in *************). The supervisor, ****, left me a voicemail. My voicemail greeting explicitly states my hearing impairment, cites the **** and not to leave a voicemail. **** left me a voicemail anyway. My initial complaint against the **** Kevli theater also has not been addressed by either Ticketmaster or the ***************************. I have filed a formal grievance against ****, but she is intentionally refusing to respond to my emails or escalate to a manager.Ticketmaster -- the expectation is that venues comply with the **** But more importantly, the expectation is Ticketmaster comply with the **** Moreover, if a customer has an *** complaint against a ********************** employee, the expectation is that the employee not retaliate and intentionally refuse to respond to emails or give to a manager. This is extremely unprofessional and retaliatory.Please stop breaking the law.

      Purchased 4 tickets for a concert at a cost of $920.00. Unable to attend the concert because contacted covid. Called & requested a refund. Was on the phone for almost 2 hours with a customer service agent who name he gave as ***** ****** . He said I had to purchase a gift card before he could return my money. First of all why would I spend more money on a gift card and second we were home sick with Covid and unable to go out.Then I got a gift card on my computer for $499 for Apple and **************** said it was already charged. They said I got hacked. Now I am out another $500 on top of the $920. I always thought that ticketmaster was a reputable company, but found out how they rip people off. ***** ****** promised me he would take card of it. All they needed to do was to refund my credit card. Will be reporting this to the better business bureau.

      Unfortunately, bought tickets on TM for a pink concert. After arriving into ********************* and having the tickets scanned. We went to seats. We found out that there was 2 others in our seats after reviewing there tickets that they received at the box office. They sent my husband and I back down to box office for them to tell us we have to get ahold of TM since there was a seat dupe. When went trying yo reach TM no return on there chat and calling then non stop with no help. Ended up leaving concert and fighting over there negligent mistake. No refund and even chaos Trying to get a hold of anyone with multiple attempts now getting an attorney.

      Purchased tickets for an event and the venue was changed. Was told via email I had until a specific date to request a refund so long as they were purchased through Ticketmaster, and were not transferred or sold. When I followed the steps to request a refund, I was told that it is up to the event organizer to authorize a refund, despite being told via email I am eligible for one. This is dishonest and deceptive business practice.

      I ordered tickets to a baseball gave through Ticketmaster. I got a confirmation through my phone that they tickets were delivered. However, a day later the **** said my tickets were delayed. I called Ticketmaster and talked to someone for 33 minutes. They told me to wait three days as they were going to research the problem and I would get an email explaining the issue. I waited three days and didn't hear anything, so I called them back. After being on hold and talking to someone form 16 minutes I was asked all the same questions and told to wait another day. Two days passed and I heard nothing. I called back and was on the phone for 57 minutes. The *********** employee asked all the same questions the first two had, said that he saw I had called previously and that my issue was still under investigation. I finally hung up, as I was placed on hold for the 4th time. Before handing up the employee told me he "thought my money was going to be refunded" but wasn't sure. I finally got an email confirmation two weeks after the order saying my order was still under investigation..... What a joke. I will never buy tickets from Ticketmaster again. Buyer beware!!!!
