      Bought 2 tickets for a price of 315$ back in February 22nd 2024, so on July 29th I checked my rixkets and I saw that they changed my seats for 90$ priced seats when I already bought 315$ tickets on a diffrent section. I asked for a refund and they disagree to give me my money back, I even wanted to get cheaper tickets and get the rest of the money refund and they still disagree and told me have a nice day there is nothing we can do.How is this possible?When I paid over 300dlls for one ticket and they get the chance to keep my money and still change my seats without my consent.

      First Ticketmaster gets my personal data hacked. Then they offer up a measly one year of credit monitoring through some offshoot org called MyTrueIdentity. After asking me a TON of personal questions, the sign up process says Sorry We Ran Into a Problem! Whole thing just looks like another Ticketmaster grift. Where is the congressional action around this shifty company, and where is the class action against them for risking millions of identity thefts??

      Sold tickets about 6 weeks ago and still haven't received my payment. Every time I call they say they will fix it on there end and tell me it will be another 5-7 days. At this point they are crooks and liars. I had no choice but to obtain an attorney. Look forward to getting this resolved in court not just for my sold ticket but also for the suffering they have caused me through this whole situation.

      When a customer service hotline leads with we have a zero tolerance policy on aggressive customers, you know you are in trouble already. Im not exactly sure why Ticketmaster is allowed to have a monopoly on ticket sales? They are by far the least responsive, purposefully vague company I have ever encountered?? This company needs to be heavily investigated.

      Deplorable customer service, Response time, ZERO resolution!CLEARLY evident that they have Zero intent on helping me with a request Before the event which is 1 day away. This has been going on for a week now. I sincerely hope that I can AVOID Ticketmaster going forward! This experience has been horrendous. Your staff is nice but did Absolutely nothing to hep resolve the issue in a timely manner. Slow response time, ZERO resolution! Even on the phone slow to respond again ZERO resolution. Deplorable. Now I am losing out on any money I could have made back because of their impedance! THAN you send me a notice that you have a massive securely breech. Negative Stars!

      I apologize for the inconvenience you may have experienced. After further review, it appears the issue was fixed and you were able to list your tickets for ********* & I Prevail. 

      Well email you before the event if your tickets are still listed. At that time, you may have several options including:

      Lowering the listing price
      Transferring eligible tickets to friends for free
      Use the tickets yourself ? just be sure to remove your listing first! Your tickets will remain available for purchase until the event start-time. Your tickets will remain available for purchase until the events resale deadline expires, which can vary by event. Any tickets that have not sold will be placed back into your account for your use.

      Unsold tickets arent eligible for refunds, but you can still use the tickets by removing the listing.

      Not allowed customer to get refund of the tickets, asked people to buy the insurance that was not useful at all and charged the tickets fee again from my account after the event for no reason! Very frustrating!!

      I have never had an issue with Ticketmaster before. That is until I SOLD tickets!! What a bleeping mess. June 30th I sold 4 tickets. It is July 24th and no money has been given to me. Concert done and over. I did everything the site told me to do to sell tickets. 2 days later I get hacked! Now I have to handle all of this. Because Ticketmaster got hacked my bank had me close my debit cards. I called Ticketmaster to explain what happened. I explained I was nervous to enter debit info again but was told its the only way to get my money. (NOTE: they don't send checks even when a customer has been hacked on their site and is nervous). So I unwillingly enter my debit card info again!! Waited a many many more days had to reach out again. This time I was told by last agent and I quote: Hi *******, this is Heaven from your fan support team. Thanks for reaching out to us.I've reviewed your inquiry about the ***** The Maybe Man Tour event and I see that your payment method was updated into a Debit Card on file Yesterday, so theres no need to complete the verification step. Your payout for P4826-97F will be deposited typically within 5-7 business days after the payment method has been updated.I hope this helps, and please feel free to reach out to us again if you need more help.This was on July 13th. I still haven't gotten money as of today July 24th. SO I CALL AGAIN! and after 2 hours!! yes 2 hours of trying I was finally told by someone to wait ***** days. I said why so long and was told that's the amount of time it takes! They just keep extending the dates and not telling me why. WHERE IS MY MONEY TICKETMASTER? Such a horrible company and the worst customer service. They definitely lost a customer today. I will continue to share my experience until someone makes it right!

      Our records indicate that you have set up your bank account directly for your payout option, but you have yet to verify your account of register the seller refund method in the case the event was cancelled (this is necessary even if the event is past).       If I could give no stars I would!!! Absolutely terrible customer service and their glitchy website and app cost me money trying to sell my tickets and no one is getting back to me! Concert is today and Ive been dealing with this issue for three days now and no answers! I will take this as far as I need to to get my money back from this awful company!
