      5 weeks ago and still can't get my sold tickets payment, every time I call them they redo again all the process and say everything is verified and just have to wait 5-7 days to get paid, and still nothing

      We are sorry to hear that you haven't received payment for your postings. 

      Our records indicate that the two micro deposits were received by your bank on June 30, 2024. However, your payout method was updated to your debit card on July 12, 2024.

      We have submitted a support ticket to resume the payout to your debit card. Your payment should resume processing within a few days.

      --1 July I submitted a request for my Ticketmaster account to be deleted and any associated information (Request ID: *********** . I received an automated confirmation 1 July that the Ticketmaster privacy team was reviewing my request and would reach out shortly for additional information. --9 July I reached out, on the same closure/deletion thread to have the account closed since it had been 5 business days with no response beyond the initial 1 July automated message. Once again no response. --It is now 22 July and I have not received any notification/ communication from Ticketmaster regarding the deletion of my account and associated information. I submitted today, 22 July, on the same closure/deletion request that my account be closed. This is unacceptable, closing/deleting an account should not take 20 days to process and complete.

      There are several steps that must be completed by the ****************** when deleting an account. The complete process can take up to 4 weeks. You will receive an email once the process is complete.

      You sold me two $99 upgrades that offered not one benefit (no parking, no concert seating, and access to a VIP club accessible to anyone from everywhere inside the venue or grass). You are thieves!!

      put 6 tickets in my cart. made sure everyone in my group was good with it, went to check out and the timer had expired so i hit refresh. upon refreshing, apparently the website assigns you a different date (i didn't know, because... why would it do that?). purchased tickets for the same seats i wanted but for the (apparently) wrong date. I realized upon confirmation email 5 minutes later and called to let them know about the mistake. operator says "oh the refresh thing? yeah that's a pretty common occurrence". "oh great! so can i get it changed to the correct date please, i just purchased them 5 minutes ago". "sure! but it'll cost $10 per ticket to exchange". so basically, ticketmaster is aware that refreshing the page assigns you a different date, they're aware that this happens commonly, but does not fix this because scamming a $10 fee PER ticket from their customers is good for business. seems like unfair business practice and i see why they have a 1.06/5 star rating

      F*** you TicketMaster! I spent well over $300 for stupid seats at the very top of ********** for a FooFighters concert in November 2023 due to propaganda that the price will only continue to rise and sell out before July 2024. I check the prices today (day of concert) and it is $22 per seat in the section I already booked 2 seats for. This company is a f****** predatory scam that absolutely needs to be dissolved. Keep it the price consistent, wtf is wrong with this company!!

      I purchased tickets for event for December 6. I paid ****** for 2 tickets and ****** for two tickets. When i checked my credit card statement I noticed they had charge my card for some event insurance Allianz is the name of the insurance Ticketmaster uses. They charged $88.00 for two tickets and $58.00 for the other two tickets. I never authorize the charge. I emailed Ticketmaster and they are telling me I need to cancel my membership within 15 days to get a refund from insurance. I never signed up for any insurance. They automatically charge the credit cards. I wondering how many people get charged and they dont check their card statements. I called my credit card to dispute charge. When I tried cancelling the supposed insurance I have on the website I purchased the tickets on conveniently there was a technical problem. Now I will have to call their 800 number Im hoping I dont have a problem getting through. I didnt want to use Ticketmaster to purchase tickets its unfortunate that they are the only company you need to use for concerts. They charge fees that are outrageous you end up paying almost double from face value.

      The ********************** is not added automatically. You must check the box to accept or deny the insurance. You can contact the insurance company directly to request a refund if you no longer want the insurance. Please keep in mind that if you have the insurance, you can be reimbursed 100% of the ticket price including taxes, fees and delivery charges up to your plan limit if a covered medical issue, traffic accident, jury duty, or other covered reason keeps you from attending your event. However, without the insurance a refund can not be issued for any reason as you agreed to the terms and conditions when making your purchase.

      I purchased tickets through LiveNation and when I realized I would have to be out of town to help my daughter, I wanted to resell my tickets. Was directed to TicketMaster for reselling. It has been extremely frustrating. I could never get a response to my questions about my listing. I wanted to lower the price to $75 each (3 tickets) but it would not permit below $114.95. Since I have never been able to talk to someone, it seems I will be losing all my money.I bought 3 tickets for ***** at Talking Stick in Phonenix, 7/9 at $131.05 per ticket. That is $393.15. I am 70 years old and that is a large amount for me to lose .They were for Sec 203, Row PP, Seats *****. I called the phone number listed for Live Nation and I was hung up on. I have done several chats on TicketMaster website. I have never had such a terrible, frustrating experience with past concert tickets.

      Unfortunately, the artist, venue or Event Organizer has set face value as the minimum resale price for that event. Therefore, prices cannot be listed on our site lower than what is determined on the listing page. If you with to sell them for cheaper, you may be able to use the Transfer function and sell them independently or by using a third party service.

      After learning of the recent data breach at Ticketmaster I decided to delete my account. I've never encountered such a convoluted, disingenuous, buried-in-the-weeds process before. Over the course of several days and multiple emails, "verifications", "updates" and other shifty methods of ignoring my request while making it seem like they're actually doing something, THE ACCOUNT REMAINS ACTIVE. I'll never knowingly do business with TM or any of its affiliates again, not even if it's front row seats to the second coming of ****** Almighty.

      My sister and I went to the **** Concert on June 28th, 2024.We paid for VIP tickets to see 6LACK and prior to concert never received email information on when that would occur. Upon arriving we were directed several times around the building based on our ticket and no one ever mentioned about a meet and greet and the one staff member said it wasnt on her itinerary.So we figured it was at the end after asking several staff members we finally found on that said it was at the beginning.They barely apologized at the *************** in ********, ********, and said I guess you could fill out a complaint card. Ticketmaster and Live nation refuse to give a refund, partial refund or even the merchandise we paid for. This has made me lose trust in all concert ticket providers where as the dont want to make it right with their customers as they keep saying I received an email I did not and that they wont be able to do anything.
