1 starAfter learning of the recent data breach at Ticketmaster I decided to delete my account. I've never encountered such a convoluted, disingenuous, buried-in-the-weeds process before. Over the course of several days and multiple emails, "verifications", "updates" and other shifty methods of ignoring my request while making it seem like they're actually doing something, THE ACCOUNT REMAINS ACTIVE. I'll never knowingly do business with TM or any of its affiliates again, not even if it's front row seats to the second coming of ****** Almighty.Review fromKayla J

1 starMy sister and I went to the **** Concert on June 28th, 2024.We paid for VIP tickets to see 6LACK and prior to concert never received email information on when that would occur. Upon arriving we were directed several times around the building based on our ticket and no one ever mentioned about a meet and greet and the one staff member said it wasnt on her itinerary. So we figured it was at the end after asking several staff members we finally found on that said it was at the beginning. They barely apologized at the *************** in ********, ********, and said I guess you could fill out a complaint card. Ticketmaster and Live nation refuse to give a refund, partial refund or even the merchandise we paid for. This has made me lose trust in all concert ticket providers where as the dont want to make it right with their customers as they keep saying I received an email I did not and that they wont be able to do anything.Review fromValerie C

1 starI purchased two tickets for ************************* through Ticketmaster in section 206 for a good price. After further thought,I wanted to purchase better seats and possibly sell the original tickets. The concert is next Thursday 7/11/24 and I purchased the tickets in October. The second set of tickets were more than twice the price of the first but they were great seats and I have been looking forward to seeing ************************* for a long time.A friend took one of the original tickets so I had to sell one.Ticketmaster was offering me a descent price for it so instead of waiting for someone to purchase it with no guarantee I sold the ticket. Unfortunately my first set of ticket in section 206 were seats 21 and 22 because I like to be by the aisle and my seats in section 134 were the same numbers 21 and 22. As soon as I pressed the accept button to sell what I thought was my section 206 ticket I realized that I accidentally sold my section 134 ticket for a quarter of the price I bought it for. I immediately called Ticketmaster and begged them to cancel the sale. They said that once the ticket is sold that it was too late. I pleaded with them to please help me because they were the ones that purchased the ticket to resell it, so they had the power to cancel the sale. They sent me to a second person who told me the same thing. I said there has to be someone higher up that I can talk to so they said that they would contact me within 24 to 48 hours. I called them back when I didnt hear from them so I called back again. They said they had to contact the person that bought the ticket to see if they would give it back, which is a lie because the 5th person I spoke to said that Ticketmaster had bought it, and I could see that the ticket was back up for sale. I asked again for someone to contact me and never heard back. Now I have to sell my other good ticket and Ticketmaster will not let me sell it for less then $475 (too much)the concert is in 9 days, so I might be out another$500Ticketmaster Corp

Hello,
We are sorry for the confusion regarding your Posting P4770-9F9.
You were allowed to set your own price for the tickets or sell the tickets instantly for a total amount. According to our records, you chose to sell the tickets instantly. A breakdown was provided before the offer was accepted and the total payout amount was listed on the offer.
Unfortunately, once the tickets sell, we are unable to cancel the transaction.

1 starHorrible customer service!Spent nearly ******* trying to resolve my dispute. Had no idea I going to need to become a reseller if I wanted to TRY and get credit for my tickets even though I purchased ticket insurance for all my tickets. I tried to print my out tickets out but found out my tickets were with ************* now and not Ticket Master. Received an email from someone named ******* that my tickets were in the process of being transferred. At that point I suspected fraud and called my credit card company to cancel the transaction until I could verify what was happening to my money and the tickets. I was told that I wasnt getting a credit and even though the concert was still 6months away the only way for me to get my money returned was by me going on line to their website and resell the tickets. I was furious and frustrated. On April 4th 2024 I paid $204.48 each for 8 tickets totaling $1,639.50 I also paid $102.48(insurance)Total fees:$1,741.98 On April 4th 2024 (the same day)I cancelled the tickets suspecting fraudulent activity. After filing my complaint with both ticket master/ ticket center and *********************** I was given a credit of $640.So after acknowledging what happened I now still have NOT received $1,101.98.Im out $1,101.98 and my tickets are cancelled. Is this GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE?BillTicketmaster Corp

Hi,
We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. Unfortunately, we are unable to locate your order in our system. Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster will have an order number that appears as 23-56789/FLO or a 17 digit number such as 0456-2234-6789-0012-1.
If you purchased tickets from another ticketing provider (i.e. not Ticketmaster) or a 3rd party seller, you will need to reach out to them to request a refund. If you are unsure where you may have purchased your tickets, we recommend that you check your credit card billing statement.

1 starOne star is the minimum :( . I have formally requested my account to be closed and my information scrubbed. I have not received any response to my multiple inquiries within their "privacy portal". Apparently it's understood why they aren't accredited and should be avoided.Ticketmaster Corp

1 starThey have monopoly on everything theres fees that are hidden their website doesnt work 50% of the time, but since they have a monopoly on everything you cant do anything. I originally bought blink-182 tickets those divorce to my ex-wife. You wont allow me to transfer them to them for some reason but you allow me to transfer the tickets that I just bought. Its not an event. Its just a company that is allowing me to transfer. Been down for half the day this is all just a jokeTicketmaster Corp

Hello,
I am in receipt of your recent complaint submitted to the Better Business Bureau. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.
I reviewed your account and order ********/MTN does have the option to sell or transfer tickets. When purchasing tickets on our site consumer agreed to our Terms of Use which states that tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Thank you for the opportunity to respond and address your concerns.Review fromYuyun Z

1 starI bought a ticket for ********* in *******. Because of relocation, I would like to get a full refund or exchange for the event in ******, but they don't allow me to do anything with it. Hello,
We are sorry to hear that you are unable to exchange your tickets for order 52-30279/DL2.
Regretfully, exchanges can only be offered for events at the same location. We cannot exchange tickets from one city to another. However, we were able to obtain authorization to refund your order as a one-time courtesy. You can expect to see a full refund of $75.20 back on your original method of payment within 3-7 business days.

1 starI wouldnt have given Ticketmaster not even one start! They dont even deserve to be open with so many wrongdoings! Ticketmaster sold me fraudulent insurance Allianz! I met all requirements to use my insurance and claim a refund on my tickets to ***** concert! And allianz cancelled my policy and did not refund my money. (How convenient) Contacted Ticketmaster to request assistance and they said they couldnt help me with this situation. I lost out on $1,900 and I met all requirements with proof. Shame on you Ticketmaster for selling me a so called insurance that only helps to scam people out of our hard earned money and get away with their famous words we are sorry but unfortunately its unfortunate that Ticketmaster stands behind scams, and fraud. I have all proofs to claim under the insurance and nothing was done. I dont understand how are they still open. Maybe thats why ticket master has a multibillion dollar lawsuit on them. Nothing but run arounds is what Ive gotten. To top it off this so called insurance company has employees with no employee badge number or a head supervisor. They didnt know what an Employee badge ID was. They hang up on you and or put you on long hours of hold time then hang up on you. We got scammed and everything together. Mind you my tickets were being sold to some other people. That says everythingReview fromPeter S

1 starPrices are insane at times for certain events, and, this company was recently data breached. Additionally, they partner with Allianz Global Assistance for insurance for the event, but that is a total scam, and the company won't reimburse the tickets we purchased after we found out we won't be able to go to the event. I would go somewhere else to get tickets other than this organization.
