      DO NOT EVER USE TICKETMASTER!!!! They are a rip off company. There is no good reason to use them. I purchased two $200 tickets to a concert in West Palm Beach. They confirmed the purchase but never showed the amount in any confirmation nor was the price indicated on the tickets. When I received the bill it was over $1200. Their response was that they were third party tickets. I am sure how they are in business and I plan to pursue this with The Better Business Bureau.

      If you would like to verify this on your own. Look at your bank statement around the time of the purchase. Directly beside the purchase it will say who you purchased through and there will be a customer service telephone number there.

      Total shitshow - LN app doesnt work. Someone's got to reign Liberty Media aka Live Nation aka Ticketmaster in. Their app simply does not work. Venues should dump them.

      I have been waiting since April for funds to be transferred to my account. I purchased three tickets to a concert then decided to re-sale them through Ticketmaster because I assumed this would b e the best and most secure transaction. I WAS WRONG!!! First....THEY HAVE NO WAY TO SPEAK WITH A REP TO GET YOUR ISSUE RESOLVED IN A TIMELY MANNER! Secondly, when you do send a message via chat it takes them on average a week to get back with you! They continue to tell me that they have already deposited the money into the money into my checking account, which I have verified through my banking app that they have not. I even went into my local branch and they verified that Ticketmaster has not even attempted to deposit funds into my bank account. They gave me the incorrect last four digits of the checking account in which the funds were deposited so I KNEW my bank was not going to find anything. The last time I heard from them was over a month ago and they advised me a ticket has been created and to be patient. THEY HAVE $600 OF MY MONEY THAT I HAVE BEEN TRYING UNSUCCESSFULLY TO GET BACK SINCE APRIL. I HAVE BEEN MORE THAN PATIENT!

      We apologize for the trouble and confusion. We deposited the funds for both listings into the checking account you have listed on your Ticketmaster account ending in 6914. You can verify this is the last 4 by going into your Ticketmaster account and clicking on the payment options. Under selling tickets you will see that is the last 4 listed. Both deposits, one in the amount of $400.00 and one in the amount of $200.00 were deposited on May 10, 2022. Please reach out to your financial institution for further assistance being as we do show the deposits as successful.

      I have contacted my bank THREE different times and they verified that the funds were not deposited. I have looked over my account with a fine tooth comb and that deposit IS NOT THERE! I was told that a ticket was being filed to look further into it and I have yet to hear from you all. SEND ME AN EMAIL ADDRESS AND I WILL SEND YOU A COPY OF MY BANK STATEMENT!

      I received an email with four electronic tickets attached to Machine Gun Kelly on August 7th in Denver, CO. I didn't order these tickets. The name on the receipt is Tiffany Wiggins and the credit card she used does not match any of mine. It seems that someone used my account to buy the tickets. The order number is XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-X.
      I have tried calling, emailing and using the online chat. The phone number doesn't work, the email bounces back and the chat requires me to choose an option that does not exist for this problem. Does a human actually work there?

      Complete incompetence when it comes to customer service. I don't blame the representatives, I blame the business structure. You talk to different representatives EVERY time you respond to a customer service email and have to start the process over. I bought "verified" tickets on Ticketmaster and the seller cancelled them and I never got my money back. Representatives tell me to contact my point of purchase....which is Ticketmaster. What am I supposed to do with that information? I've also been told I did not purchase the tickets on Ticketmaster. I got scammed and Ticketmaster refuses to take responsibility or even try to help for that matter. Sad excuse for customer service.

      I wanted to put complain about Ticketmaster I purchased tickets to Cher event 2.5 years ago and then this event cancelled due to covid every time I contacted them about refund I wsd told its will be done 2 . 5 years later no refund Yesterday I was on chat with 3 different agents to try get my money back The credit card I used to purchase those ticket I cancelled 1 year ago And asked to mail me a check the answer was no and they said i have to call my credit card place and they supposed to get me my money back so I did and because card was canceled they cannot do that I just needcheck refund for $700 and then I asked to speak to manager they said manager don't handle that

      With concerts been cancel and re-scheduled, Ticketmaster start to send phishing alerts to customers of events for the same artist from cities where the tickets are undersold. The fan thinks that the new available tickets are for his city where the tickets are sold out or hard to get, and fall for the phishing alert, and rush to buy the tickets. The Ticketmaster App doesn't have checks in place to check clients accounts to prevent/warm customers when events date overlap. Once the purchase is done no refund or any other option than transfer or resell is available.

      Ticketmaster appears to have in place sell policies similar to scams for tickets in cities with undersold tickets to deceive customers from cities were tickets are sold out

      I have use the customer service and they work with predefine scripts that doesn't help at all...make the time goes by till there is literally nothing to do.

      One if the advise is re-sell, which is kind of forcing you to become a scalper, I buy the tickets at full price while then I have to re-sell at a much lower price so I don' loose all the money.

      They never ofer a reasonable solution they delay and always mention. That tickets were final selll. Any I lost my money. regardless of this I found a lot of complains in internet from customers with all sorts of irregularities...

      One that capture my Attis that they have set their own scalpers web sites to buy big chunks of seats to then re-sell them at much bigger prices.. this is far from a best business practise also very unethical from their part. People complain of tickets going sold out on the very same day they get released, and then find them for re-sell in other sites. Apparently they can't prevent a single buyer to buy multiple tickets and can't also prevent the so called scalpers sites to hoard tickets. No one care and so far no investigation is pursued by organizations like yours

      Their fees are absurd, like a loan shark. Standing room ticket for a concert for my daughter was listed $46. Checkout with fees 1 ticket, no extras was $66!! A 40% ticket fee for an electronic ticket!!! The mafia would be so proud! And customer service? Non-Existent! Try finding a phone number on their sites or even a chat bot. What do you expect from a Beverly Hills based organization without a sole?

      I have made attempts to contact customer service about an incident at the Chris Brown concert in Virginia Beach, but have not gotten any assistance. I spent over $500 for two tickets and was unable to watch the show. There was a woman who held up a "Chris it's my birthday" sign the entire night blocking the view of the people behind her for maybe 6 rows. I have photos and videos to prove this. The security guards did nothing about it, and she refused to put the sign down despite Chris Brown NOT acknowledging her the entire show. Me and my 13 year old son were unable to see Chris Brown or Lil Baby the entire night. I was wondering what I need to do for a refund? My order number was XX-XXXXX/NY2

      I bought tickets for my granddaughter and I to see a show. Ticketmaster does not allow you to print tickets. They offered to leave the tickets at will call, but that's more of a hassle. If there is no internet I will be unable to pull up the tickets. I called and waited for over 15 minutes for a customer service person who was no help at all. Never again.

      No one ever contacted me. The show is tomorrow. This is what this company thinks of people who are elderly. As I said before never again.
