      Terrible company. Sold me tickets to see the Eagles in the ********* Sphere and made it look like I was able to sell my tickets if needed. Not only did sell button not work, but TM prevented me from selling my tickets on **********. Very misleading and terrible company.

      We are sorry to hear that you were unable to transfer or sell your tickets. 

      Verified resale and ticket transfer are not guaranteed to be enabled/available for every event because Ticketmaster sells tickets on behalf of the event organizers, artists, promoters, venues, which own the tickets and help determine how those tickets are sold. A customer would need to reach out to ********************** ahead of their purchase should they need to inquire about the possibility of resale and/or transfer.

      Trash site, and their customer service is so rude. Also their selling portion is really misleading and predatory.

      I wanted to go to a concert for my birthday. As soon as tickets released I put two meet and greet VIP tickets in my cart. When I clicked next to pay, the site said they were unavailable. I was really upset but I purchased sounds check tickets instead. I found later there WERE meet and greet tickets available. I called to see if I could upgrade. The guy literally took almost $300 off my debit card WITHOUT my authorization. Then they said they could not give me the upgraded tickets without a higher permission. They said I have to wait about 5 DAYS to get my money back! So now, even if the upgrade is approved, I have to wait for my money back and HOPE the tickets are still available. I don't think I'll EVER rely on Ticketmaster again! Thanks for making my birthday so stressful Ticketmaster!

      Apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced. Unfortunately, we are unable to process a direct exchange for VIP tickets. They must be purchased directly online. We have issued a refund in the amount of $276.76 back to the original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive the funds.

      Should you wish to continue with your exchange, you will need to first purchase the VIP tickets.

      Im a customer who has spent thousands on event tickets over the years on different ticket sites as I shop for the best price.. The way Ticketmaster treated me and my friend, Ill be sure to NEVER spend another dime on Ticketmaster again. Even if they have the better price and I will encourage others to not use them. My friend had 4 Yankee tickets to a game on April 14, 2025, he was no longer able to attend due to work. He transferred the tickets to me like weve done many times. I kept getting an error message and was unable to accept the tickets. I tried everything. Used different devices, created new accounts, nothing worked. I called Ticketmaster and the *** tells me your friend is just gonna have to attend. Theres nothing I can do. Weve exhausted everything. How does a company just leave their customers to hang like that? ********************** has a system in place to transfer tickets. Its their system thats not working. I asked the *** if hes just going to allow his customers to lose out on the game and he just says nothing I can do. Not that he cares. So here we are hours before the game with no tickets and my friend now loses out as well. I will share this experience with others on social media and advise people to not use Ticketmaster as there is a possibility you will lose your tickets if for some reason you cant attend. This is why I prefer old school printed tickets. DO NOT BUY EVENT TICKETS FROM TICKETMASTER.

      Bought tickets for a baseball game, the tickets wouldnt show up in my Ticketmaster account. Called customer service, who had the thickest middle eastern accent (not being racist) but unfortunately I could barely understand half of what he was saying. He told me he did not see my purchase and told me to just contact my bank. Basically useless. I was reading the order number off of the Ticketmaster email and he told me nothing shows up on his end.

      Id give them a 0 if I could. Ordered tickets on December 4th for my parents christmas gifts. It's April 7th and the show is April 12th. I still don't have the tickets. I have chatted with 5 agents now and I've been told that 1. The tickets were shipped and printed in December and just didn't make it here yet 2. That they weren't printed yet but would be April 2nd with the "last batch" and I'll receive them in time 3. They weren't sent yet but will be sent 2 day mail within 48 hrs prior to the event. All the agents have told me something different. The last agent didn't help and just ended the chat. No tracking on tickets even though they were $160. But I've been told if I don't receive them i can drive an hour to the event and pick them up to hand to my parents.

      Had an issue with my tickets and their system. Called spent over an hour on hold then spoke with someone that did not have English mastered. She could not understand my problem. Put me on hold 7 different times. Long story short I missed my event over this. Should would love to have my $250 back. I will never buy a ticket with any event that uses this c***

      Ticketmaster is an extremely greedy corporation. I bought concert tickets for the first time but my travel plans changed and we cant go. I listed the tickets for resale. Ticketmaster is charging me 15% for the resale and I accept that. When I checked the listing for my resale tickets, they are charging the buyer another 15+% to buy resale tickets. This is after they got their percentage from the original sale and no refunds, of course! Talk about corporate greed! There must be a special h*** for such people.

      There is no fee to sell your tickets on our site. The buyer's price is the total amount a fan will pay for your ticket, which includes your price plus a buyer fee and commission. We show you the buyers price to help you price competitively. The buyer fee and commission are paid by the buyer, not you.

      I sold 4 out of 6 tickets for a concert in August totaling $5100. The funds from the purchaser were taken immediately, but Ticketmaster is holding my payout until after the concert in August.I am expected to wait almost 5 months for them to release my funds to me! That is UNACCEPTABLE! When I reached out to customer service to explain that I needed those refunds returned to me, I was basically told that this new process was effective in January of this year and they would not help. I even asked for a one-time courtesy for what had sold and was willing to wait for the other tickets that hadn't sold. There is no excuse to have funds held from my purchase and from the buyer as well! Ticketmaster is not a BANK, and I want my funds from a SOLD ticket released to me!

      Good evening,I have screenshots from your app clearly stating that funds would be received within 57 business days after the tickets were sold. Ive shared this information with multiple representatives, yet the policy listed in the app is still not being honored. This inconsistency between what is communicated and what is posted in the Ticketmaster app is the root of the confusion. I respectfully request that the timeline stated in the app be honored.
