      0 stars if possible. Ticketmaster sold us tickets to an event that had already expired at the tune of over $300 and will not issue a refund on their mistake.

      Our records indicate that your most recent purchase was made on our website for The Harlem Globetrotters on order 42-22255/CAR. You purchased the tickets at 1:34pm and the show was at  7pm. The tickets scanned in before the show started. We show no other recent purchases associated with your email address.

      Im absolutely disgusted with how Ticketmaster handles customers. We had tickets for a musical part of a surprise getaway but due to an unexpected illness and canceled travel plans, we couldnt even reach our final destination. Naturally, I reached out to Ticketmaster thinking there would be some basic level of customer service. Nope.Their response? All sales are final. No refund. No credit. No flexibility. Just a cold automated message with zero empathy. And when I reminded them I bought the insurance, they basically said, Well, you have to explain your situation in detail, submit exact documentation, and maybe the insurance company will consider it if your reason fits their tiny list of accepted **************** let me get this straight: I do the right thing, protect my purchase, and still end up with a total loss.And Ticketmasters big solution? Try selling or transferring the tickets. Really?! How about you support the people who actually paid you?This entire process is a joke. Between Ticketmaster and their useless insurance partner, I lost hundreds of dollars for absolutely ********** yourself a favor buy your tickets elsewhere. These people dont care about you once they have your money.

      Bought some tickets for an event in June. Being the artist is popular I wanted to order my tickets ahead of time and how they set it up on the app they made it seem that I had to order extra tickets for the show and meet and greet and now they've selected merch ticket instead of meet and greet and now supposedly I cant upgrade my ticket without making a whole nother ticket purchase instead of them upgrading the ticket and letting me pay the difference or even refund my tickets so I can buy the right one and I purchased the insurance on all the tickets purchased.

      Our records indicate that the VIP Packager advised that a refund for 62-40985/CH2 can be issued once you purchase the tickets for the Meet & Greet VIP package. Once the new package is purchased, just reach out to our *************************** for the refund on the original order. Once the refund is issued, it should be posted to the original method of payment within 3-7 business days.

      Just purchased ***** ******** tickets. I had selected $51 seats and TM website changed the tickets to $79 during checkout. My fault for not noticing, I assumed it was all their fees. Went on a chat with "Ma" to have fixed and they refused to correct the Bait and Switch, also refused to transfer me to a supervisor. I was told to sell the tickets at a loss and buy the ones I want.

      Horrible experience, start to finish. This company is the leader in price gougers. Taking advantage of customers who just desire to have an experience with friends and other fans to see an artist they love. They take advantage of fan hype. The customer service is equally as bad. Would love to have more options in ordering tickets for concerts and not be locked into the same awful company when trying to buy tickets.

      I bought tickets to the wrong game. I called Ticketmaster immediately and was told nothing they could do. By the time I was able to access my tickets I learned I was unable to resell them. I tried to get help through the chat box but that was useless. I requested to speak to customer service but gave up after waiting and waiting on the line. There are many quality ticket agencies available, I suggest you use those agencies!

      After checking our your order, I see that this is an event that Ticketmaster doesn't sell the primary tickets for. You purchased your tickets from another fan who posted them for sale on our marketplace. We can only process refunds if the event cancels, and at this time I see that your event is still taking place.

      I purchased tickets tonight for the first time using Ticketmaster, but can't view them on the app or the website. I keep getting a message on the app saying the transfer was not successful although I never asked to transfer the tickets. I just want to view them. Contected them through chat, a huge waste of my time. S**** them! I just lost over ******! Won't be buying tickets through them anymore. ***** this company like the plague!!!

Otherwise, you can clear your cookies and temporary files or try using a different device.  

      If the issues still arise, you can go to the venue's Mobile Resolution window and provide your ID and order number. Staff should be able to assist in retrieving your tickets.

      I had tickets for a concert on March 20th at the *****************************. I paid $117.00 for 2 tickets but unfortunately, I fractured my ankle and leg. I had to have emergency surgery. I asked for a refund, was told no. I relisted my tickets and they didn't sell. I had an accident and could not attend the concert. $117.00 flushed down the toilet. I will NEVER purchase tickets from Ticketmaster again. Very very unfair.

      Terrible company, I tried to buy tickets for $254 and during the purchasing process, their payment system kept glitching out and wouldn't complete the transaction due to an error. I tried 4 different cards and they all had the same error. Ticketmaster's monopolization of the entertainment industry with terrible technical experiences needs to be broken up.

      Just have to vent here unbelievable what happened. Ordered tickets for *** game through Ticketmaster for ************** Ordered an away game instead of home game. Called to cancel order. I can only sell the tickets to someone because the event doesnt allow refunds. This was for me and my son to go on his spring break. I am stuck trying to sell the tickets back.. and THEY CHARGE a fee to do this. Total crooks

      Ticketmaster is contracted to sell tickets on behalf of the event organizers. 
      When you placed your order through the Ticketmaster website, you agreed to our Purchase Policy. You selected tickets for certain seats to a certain date and was shown the price for those tickets. You then chose to enter your payment details and complete the purchase. Our Purchase Policy remains in effect, and we will not be able to cancel.  If you are unable to attend this event, we recommend attempting to resell to recoup the funds, or transferring them to a friend/family member.
