Purchased a resale ticket on their site for *********************************. The resale listing said it was a seat. Only a parking pass was transferred. **************** keeps telling me After checking your order, I see that you bought a ticket for an event for which Ticketmaster is not the primary seller. The ticket you purchased was posted for sale on our marketplace by another fan. Refunds for this event will only be made available if the event cancels. Essentially allowing ppl to use their site to scam others. A case has been opened with my credit card company.

      Hello,

We are sorry to hear of the trouble with your order.

We were able to locate the information that was sent to Customer Service.

The confirmation that you received showed the section was Broad Street, which is where the parking is located. We do show a parking pass is what was purchased. However, as a one-time courtesy, we have issued a full refund of $72.12 back to your original method of payment, which should be posted within 3-7 business days.

NO WHERE on the listing did it say it was parking. Parking at ***** Fargo is worth $20 NOT $72. A seat was listed and I have the screenshots but this does not allow photo uploads. You are allowing resellers to scan and then throwing your hands up and saying NOT OUR PROBLEM. I had to file with bbb and attorney general to get this rectified. Gross. NO artist is worth having to put up with scammers, not even *********************************. I will be reselling all my tickets and cleaning my hands of you. Terrible business practices. Advertises they stand behind resale purchases until someone is scammed. I cant wait until Congress intervenes further and dismantles the utter garbage that is this company.

**************** is absolutely horrible. I was not able to attend my event and tried to sell but the website had an error. I later tried to transfer and the website had an error again. I tried using the online chat and they "ghosted" me all the way up until the event started which knocked me out of selling or transferring. The online chat will not respond to me at all to resolve the situation.

I am a loyal Ticketmaster customer, but a recent purchase has made me reconsider. I waited in the queue to buy Weezer tickets in the general public onsale. Once I was in, there was no option to view tickets through the seat map, as there was no seat map available. So I tried the next best thing, which was to sort the tickets by best seats available. This did not work and they were all out of order. I wanted pit tickets, and the only ones I could find were resold through Ticketmaster. So I purchased them, but came back later and saw they still had original tickets available. So I ended up getting scammed out of $100 due to the poor set up of their website. I have always heard that Ticketmaster hires their own scalpers, but never realized they would set up their sales like this to make their customers think that their only option is to buy the more expensive tickets. I contacted Ticketmaster because there were no refunds on my order. They said to contact the venue. I did, and I am in the process of working with them to see if anything can be done. But it is really an issue with Ticketmaster, not the venue, and how convenient for them to just pass the problem on to someone else who didn't cause it to begin with.

      Hello,

We are sorry to hear that you were unable to purchase standard tickets during a general public onsale.

The standard tickets sold on Ticketmaster are owned by our clients (venues, sports teams or other event promoters) who determine the number of tickets to be sold and set the face value price. In the case of resale tickets, listing prices are determined by the seller, which can include fans or season ticket holders. Note that for certain events, Ticketmaster may not be the primary ***************.

Ticketmaster sold me a ticket for an event (baseball game) on March 5th. My email confirmation confirmed the game I bought tickets for was March 5th. They sent me tickets for a different day/game. There is NO customer service. I have been chatting with a 'real person' (it is a bot) that just keeps copy/pasting that they can't issue a refund. There is no one actually looking into the case to recognize that they delivered the wrong tickets. There is no where to upload screenshots/confirmation of the wrong tickets anywhere...

I would give no stars if I could. We bought tickets for a concert that had to be rescheduled and now we cannot make the concert on the new date. We have tried to sell our tickets on Ticketmaster for over a month and keep getting an error message. Each time the error message has a different code. Contacting Ticketmaster has done nothing. They are not helpful and it is impossible to talk to an actual person.

Ticketmaster should be in jail for the way they robbed everyone for tickets to ****'s concert. Originally $75-$280,the prices jumped to $500 to $1000 with platinum fees. That is more than twice as much. In fact it's 5x as much which is crazy. How is this not considered stealing. Also this was not publicized at all so people wasted precious time clicking seats that were out of the price range because it was not communicated. Something needs to change!

Dear TicketMaster,I'm writing to express my frustration with your ticket-selling practices, especially concerning the **pop industry. It's just sad to see how you're taking advantage of the high demand for **pop in the US. Allowing third parties to sell tickets at ridiculous prices just seems unfair to regular fans like myself who can't afford to pay such high amounts.I understand that, as a business, you want to make a profit. But it seems like you're putting your own gain ahead of the enjoyment of fans. It's about time you stopped being so greedy and let us enjoy our time with our idols without breaking the bank. And what's worse, the artists themselves don't even know about this. It's a shame that fans often end up blaming them when you're the ones responsible.I really hope you'll take this seriously and reconsider your ticket-selling practices. Fans deserve to be able to attend concerts and events without having to worry about being exploited. You have the power to make a positive difference, and I urge you to use it to benefit fans.

Ticketmaster is price gouging. For the checkout on my presale Army members ticket sales, the total price on my cart was about $1800 for 4 tickets, and it got changed to $4300 on checkout. It was frantic since you only have a few minutes to secure the tickets. Trying to get TM to change it to resolve the issue but still waiting. This kind of practice should not be tolerated. Please help us customers not become victims.
