Bought four tickets at $75 each for an event on May 6, which should be $300 plus a reasonable fee for the company. There was no warning or information about the amount charged until it was completed, at which time the card was charged $620. No explanation for doubling the price, no list of fees or anything. I find no way to see what the extra $300+ was for. What a scam. Complete fraud.

HR ******* Solid / Manager *****************/ Hr fan experience Melody loser/ these people are feminists, they do not care for men that work in for the company. They will terminate men for asking for help with work. They have all the wrong managers and people with authority abusing troubled agents. Atmosphere is not clear in there . I just cant believe they terminated an agent asking for help . I am sorry Fans i did my nest to protect you all .

Ticketmaster is scalping their own tickets and charging customers 5x the price through dynamic pricing and allowing verified resale. Arctic Monkeys/Fontaines DC in ****** ********************* $150 for one lawn seat, really? people cant access concerts they want to see and Ticketmaster blames everyone else (resale market, venues, artists). Whole industry is a joke and should be illegal with Ticketmaster the biggest offender. If our lawmakers and legal system cant fix this what can else can we do?

The Ticketmaster corporation is out of control. The service fees are exorbitant and totally unfair to the customers. Its a monopoly; there needs to be more competition in this area when a person buys a ticket it ends up being almost double of what you think the tickets going to be. Its highway robbery.

Has anyone else received a **** from Ticketmaster that appears incorrect and then gotten totally evasive responses from Ticketmaster when trying to get detail on the transactions they derived the numbers from? I keep asking for specific information on the transactions that led to the **** and the answers I get are "here is the definition of a ****" or "here is where you can find your ****"

There is no way for customers to access the company, through a phone number or any form of communication. The website FAQ states there is a "24/7 virtual assistant," but it is not found anywhere on the site. They have no accessibility or accountability, and upcharge an unacceptable amount simply to make money, while offering an incredibly miserable experience. If there was a way to contact the company and lodge a complaint, I would, but since they refuse to have any communication with or listen to their customers, this is the closest I can get.

Ticketmaster allowing companies to ***** and resale their tickets is beyond ridiculous and a ripoff. I searched ***** tickets in *********, one resale ticket was $9,200 per ticket. Ticketmaster is saving me alot of money because I refuse to buy ANY resale tickets and if any of you are one of the ones that are buying up the tickets for a ridiculous upsale price, you will NEVER get my money and I hope others join in as well. I will report you scammers on every site and Ticketmaster for allowing it.

Ticketmaster has probably the worst customer support I have ever seen. I don't know how such a big corporation could have such poor service. No phone number to call, no email, and by the time they respond to my chat it has been hours. It is a different person every time and they never take the time to read through the past messages so they all tell me to do the same troubleshooting even though I have done everything they told me already. Fix your system, and fix your processes.

Ticketmaster is a joke about helping customers! They hike up the prices of tickets and don't call you back whenever you leave a message!. I'm very disappointed with them and will be buying my tickets elsewhere ??.

The security guards at ******* in ************ act like bullies. We waited 15 years to see our favorite band tour and unfortunately it was at this venue. My friend who is an immigrant to ******* and is learning English was ejected very rudely and unprofessionally by ******* security guards for the heinous crime of.. possessing a phone? They didn't bother to make sure he understood the rules or explain anything to him or give him a warning. No, they just threw him out on the street like an animal. In my 3+ decades of concert-going and dozens of concerts we have never been treated this inhumanely by anyone, let alone the venue staff. I can understand if security has to eject someone for a good reason, but we were being quiet and respectful and watching (listening) to the show. I don't feel safe going to ******* anymore after how we were treated, and worst of all, even worse than losing $300 on the overpriced tickets, is that this moment has ruined the enjoyment of the music of my favorite band for me. Needless to say we will no longer be supporting Ticketmaster, Livenation, or ******* unless changes are made. It is a shame that a venue with such beautiful architecture is so mis-managed, because we have had enjoyable moments here in the past when the security guards didn't target and harass us over such a pedantic issue. Ticketmaster / Livenation / ******************** refused to acknowledge or fix our terrible experience with them.
