  False advertising. They barrage you with emails about discounts, but when you try to use them, you are denied. Birthday bonus said $100 off any treatment. But they lie, and wont honor gift unless you buy a bank costing thousands. Place is a scam.

  **************** Paid over $8k for laser hair removal for my wife. They cancel appointments so often (2 or 3 times in a row), all improvements have been lost. After waiting weeks, we finally were connected to customer support, to just be offered more services discounted to $1,600. Stay away from LaserAway!

  This company is a scam. They claim their Clear and Brilliant will clear skin wrinkles, scars and belsmised. None of this is true. 6 seasons and my skin is the exactly the same as the day I walked in. Staff Director *** and the regional director *********************************, don't even give you the common curiosity to call me back. They claim the nurse performing the laser therapy are RN's, but they are nothing more than an aesthetician. This company needs to be stopped from their false sales tactics of the procedure.

  Youve been warned. Like everyone says this is a scam company. Just go to the many other places that offer the same services. Please dont get screwed by Laser Away. They sold me on Thermage for my face and never warned me of the horrific pain. Let me tell you it was absolute torture. No exaggeration. I really tried but couldnt bare it. When I showed up for it the nurse said its spicy? Come on not even close. No truthful warning or disclosure that if they run the machine on you even a little, its considered rendered. They love this term since its what allows them to profit no matter what happens. Ive tried for months and Im on the hook for $3,000 and theyre only offering me to do it on another area or try again? I dont want to throw my money away so if I could I would. How can they justify this? Not even store credit. I was told ***** in Corporate would call me soon but took him a month only because I wouldnt stop calling. He never intended to call me. His job is to sit in corporate and enforce rendered and anything that involves keeping your money. Your experience doesnt matter. He admitted they dont warn customers about the pain that comes with Thermage and dont need to. ***** and Laser Away flat out dont care about your experience. Just stick to a policy that only benefits them no matter what you experienced. As you can see from the reviews, there is no way to ever get your money back under any circumstance unless you *** them. The sales girl also sent me a list of services good for me based on photo evaluation by a qualified nurse. One of them was some chemical peel but when I saw nurse in person she said it isnt right for my skin type. So I could have purchased that and wouldnt have gotten my money back. Scamming con artist company. Internet search shows people have and won so dont be discouraged.

  Such a scam company. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND They recommend one service that cost $3500. With all laser service I expected to see improvement with 30 days and many more They said no I needed to wait 3 months Already 7 months I looked same Now I asked for Botox I wanted 24 They said no only 15 this and that I right away knew the nurses are not qualified!!!!

  Its against their policy to give refunds to customers even if you have not used the service you signed up for. I had asked for a refund because I havent been able to make an appointment in over a week and no one would contact me in over a month, until I contacted them on every social media account they had. They also dont show their prices any where so you have no idea if theyre actually giving you a discount or not.

  If I could rate this a 0 I would. I signed up and did their "financing" option as I was told by ****** that it is supposed to save me money. ****** was supposed to call me to schedule an initial appointment/consultation and she never called me. I had attempted to call but there was no number to call on the website. I had to deep-dive to find a number. The closer locations apparently don't exist...they are in the process of opening. I had called back because the closest location was really too far for me...and theb these red flags kept popping up. I called to cancel and couldn't get ****** back on the phone. I called the "financing" and they said they sent the funds already to laser away and I would need to call laser away to have them send the money back. This is complete nonsense. I got to speak with ****** and told her that I am not authorizing any payment for a service I have not done. She says..."won't that affect your credit?" All of a sudden she is concerned about my credit. Laser away is bogus and now I am dealing with a mess unnecessarily. Thanks for nothing. Literally.

  Completely unethical. Red flags from the beginning and all the way through. You have to provide your contact information before you can even view any type of information about the services that they provide. As soon as they have your contact information, get ready for the sales sharks to start calling, texting and emailing. You cant pay per session. You have to either purchase a full package out of pocket or be pressured into applying for a loan. Then, there is a no cancellation policy so if you decide you no longer want to do anymore sessions, guess what? You are still going to be stuck paying the loan or your credit will suffer. Also, something that I just was informed of, is that even though they sold me a 10 sessions LTR package for about **** as a promotion (which by the way is year-round so is not an actual promotion), now that I want to cancel further sessions the previous 2 sessions that I have had are now magically priced at $1400 each and in the words of the associate that I was speaking to I have only paid for the sessions that I have had so no refund is due. This franchise is a full-proof, sealed tight legal scam. Please do not make the same mistake I made. They will continue getting away with this as long as people continue giving them business.

  Such a scam company. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! The sales person sold me a tattoo removal by stating red tattoos are easily removed just like black ink. Then they sold me on laser hair removal services but didnt disclose there are different package options and I was automatically sold an 8 session package for Brazilian and 10 session package for lip. Then when I demanded a refund and requested to speak with a supervisor, he had the worst attitude out of all of the employees and spoke to me with extreme attitude while cutting me off and not allowing me to speak at all.   Great company! I had the best experience, I have been a patient since 2011. It saddens me to see these silly 1 star reviews. Hair is hormonal, everyone is different. All the treatments I have gotten I have been extremely satisfied with. The medical staff all very savvy! The technology is always up to date. I have no complaints.
