      I wanted a quote but after reading reviews online, decided against going to Laser Away. However, Laser Away will not stop calling me. I opted out of texts and emails but they keep calling me from multiple different phone numbers. Beware.

      Filing complaint regarding deceptive marketing and failure to deliver results from Laseraway's laser hair removal services. On 5/6/2023, purchased 8-session $4,180.20 package to treat legs, underarms, Brazilian, happy trail.Despite following instructions, results underwhelming compared to advertised "noticeable reduction" and finer texture claims. Saw some leg reduction but minimal improvement elsewhere after 8 sessions.When raised concerns about lack of results, was dismissed and aggressively pushed to buy more sessions instead of addressing issues. One month later, non-leg areas have rapidly regrowing, coarse hair - opposite of advertised.Experience seems common based on many online reviews of ineffective treatments and upselling tactics. Escalated to ********************************* and ***************************** on 6/5/2024, no resolution by 6/18/2024.Seeking resolution for deceptive claims, failure to deliver, and unethical upselling of ineffective services rather than resolving complaints.

      I was recommended to get clear and brilliance since using this treatment it as caused more darkening of my pigmentation. I have called more than 3 times to get a refund for the plan I used sent back to the loan company and till a month plus now no response. This company has the most deplorable customer service a scam to say the least.

      It was never disclosed to me that the 3rd party I was working with for payment plan was going to change meaning I was now going to be paying a TON of interest even though I was told no interest and signed for no interest. I also have not seen nearly any laser results from all my sessions only to find out that they did not have the laser set correctly and now they want me to buy more sessions from them instead of refunding my money for the laser hair I paid for that did nothing!

      I received clear & brilliant treatment at laser away for the 2nd time and I had no result. No skin sensitivity like promised, no redness, nothing. I know what the treatment is supposed to feel like and the downtime I should have received but it was like nothing happened the second time around. I called several times and explained what my experience was, hoping they would ask me to come in for a redue since the procedure cost over $400, but nothing. I had to call them 5 times ask to speak with management and no one ever bothered to follow up. I am so disappointed that such a huge company can have such horrible customer service. I would like my money back for the package that I bought or the treatment they failed to give me correctly redone.

      Hello, I was recently misinformed whilst signing and accepting a loan from a 3rd party loan company in order to pay for lip fillers from LaserAway. I worked with a consultant who gave very little information, different pricing from the original consultation, unprofessional customer service, and ultimately did not tell me that I would be signing a nonrefundable loan whether or not I had service performed. I quickly canceled my appointment and asked for a refund and was told "You're going to get changed $500 no matter what so you might as well get the injections" She said that they "do not do refunds but they would refund me the loan from the third party if I paid LaserAway in full". After two days of calling different consultants asking for refunds the consultant that was assigned to me called me yelling at me to stop calling and putting in requests, she then said that my refund request was fully accepted.It's been a week since that occurrence and I got a billing in the mail that I will be charged my first loan payment within the coming week. I called LaserAway and they said that the refund was never accepted and that it would they would have a consultant call me in 72 hours (Which is what I heard last week and never heard back) I would greatly appreciate legal advice on how to handle this matter.

      This review is about the customer service and refund processes at ********************** and echos similar reviews online. I purchase 2 packages recently and called back within 24 hours for a refund. I was told I had to speak to a manager who would call me in 1-3 business days. I called twice a day for 6 business days and couldn't get ahold of anyone who was willing to help me. I finally spoke with someone at this location, who processed a refund for 1 package (but not the other? even though she told me she'd take care of both). That refund has been showing as pending on my Cc for over a week, today when I checked, the refund disappeared (ie. they never processed it --sneaky, right?). To pile on, 1 of the packages was double charged, and still no one has called to get that sorted out. So, I have $7,000 worth of charges on my credit card, which no one from this company seems to be calling me back about, and ~2k of that is a double charge error; talk about incredibly scammy business practices! With limited options left, I've reported this as a dispute on my Cc, and am reporting laseraway to as many fraud websites as I can. This really is an unacceptable way to provide customer support and retain long term customers. Do better.

      To whom it may concern,I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding Laser Away due to their lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and failure to provide timely responses. I had a negative experience with Laser Away as they repeatedly failed to provide me with a receipt after multiple attempts. My sales representative continuously put me off and directed me to reach out to PatientFi for my receipt, causing me to go in circles.Furthermore, the sales tactics at Laser Away were aggressive and uncomfortable. I was consistently being sold to every time I walked in or out, even during my painful facial treatment. The technician performing my facial was ****** talkative, making it difficult for me to relax and focus on the treatment. It was evident that their primary focus was on selling additional services and products rather than providing a satisfactory experience for their customers.To make matters worse, after my treatment, I was asked an inappropriate question about a "happy trail," which crossed the line of professionalism. This type of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment.Despite my efforts to address these issues, I have not received timely responses from Laser Away. I have called their customer service line nine times requesting a call back, and each time I have been promised a return call that never materialized. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable and demonstrates a disregard for customer satisfaction.Due to the poor experience, lack of professionalism, and failure to provide adequate customer service, I am requesting a refund for my full laser hair removal treatment treatment at Laser Away and the incorrect amount that was refunded. I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter and ensure that appropriate action is taken to address these issues.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      LaserAway company is terrible it started out good at the beginning but i didnt know about a loan they took two loans out in my name and they stopped giving me treatments but still charging me im now in debt because of this and the clear and brilliant made my skin more sensitive so i have to take extra care of my skin the hydro facial is alright but i no longer want anything because of how theyve been treating me i was told i couldnt get out of the contract and still have to pay for treatments that i am not getting anymore its a scam and a trap im extremely stressed out about all of it and just wish i never got into this company i have done other treatments form other places and never had this problem with them LaserAway you ****

      Did nothing for me it was all a lie. I even went on a healthy diet worked out along with it charging me $4000 for wrapping a machine on me and walk away no one did anything and charging me a fortune for a machine doing work of no results whatsoever Wish I saw reviews everywhere says scam ??
