  Terrible customer service. Day after agreeing over the phone to purchase laser hair removal I called LaserAway back to cancel all appointments and asked for them to cancel the credit card that was filled out over the phone. Appointments were cancelled. I have never been to any appointments, but I'm being billed $3600. from the credit card company, Alphaeon Credit and ************** ****** from LaserAway will not contact the bank on my behalf to tell them I have never used any appointments. ****** told me today "*****, you are a grown woman you knew what you were getting into."I did contact ************* and they have cancelled the credit card. I have also made contact with ************* and all they need is for ****** to call them and say I have never been to any appoitments.This is a terrible scam on behalf of LaserAway.

  5 tattoo removal sessions. I am s healthcare provider. Their laser does not work or nurses do not have the training. Other places will get the job done cheaper and faster.5 sessions in/ black ink / zero difference.

  I am heartbroken. They are extremely pushy and I feel scammed. I originally signed up for a credited amount to get RF treatments done. Then I was told I should get Clear and Brilliant done. I have not received these services yet and am being charged for them. I received one treatment of RF, I told them I was unhappy with it they still pushed me to "give it a go". I have yet to get ahold of anyone to remove these services and never go back to this business but I can't get through to anyone. I feel cheated and lied to. I feel like they have completely blindsided me and robbed me. I plan on taking this to court at this time.

  Aggressive sales tactics. I called to inquire about Clear and Brilliant laser. This led to many many phone calls and me ending up allowing them to run my credit. What I didn't know is that they were going to charge me for a package for a service I didn't even receive yet. They called me repeatedly and sent a million text messages to get me to complete this credit application. It was not until I received a credit card with a 5k limit that I called the credit company and found out I had an $1800 balance. I knew i was approved for up to 5k in credit but I never wanted that. I sure as h*** didn't want to be charged for something I didn't even do yet. The sales tactics were predatory. I do not even recall approving a charge at all! I am working with their customer service to get them to refund the charge to this credit card that I don't want, however I am worried that this is going to be an uphill battle based on the other complaints I have seen. Furthermore, this sales person made me think i would get a "deal" if I had my credit run immediately, even saying that the deal would run out if i didn't do it TODAY because her manager made an exception. The "deal" was no deal at all and after "50%" off, became market value for the procedure.

  I am making a complaint against LaserAway. I called the BBB to help me deal with them as no one wanted to help me regarding the "loan" they gave me. After 1 hour, Laser Away contacted me. A lady called ****** said she isn't able to give me any refunds - just store credit because I signed a contract online with them. When I called Laser Away months ago, they mentioned payment plans because I couldn't afford the full payment and as long as I didn't miss any payments I would be fine. I do not remember the lady mentioning the loans as part of the agreement and of course, they sent me documents to sign right away during that sales pitch call. Everything happened so fast and felt pressured into sign it. I regreted doing the business with them so I didn't make payments waiting for them to cancel it as I have never used the services with them. It's been months and I just payed as my credit score is down thanks to them. How can they deny me my refund if it's them who made the business with ********************* and because of that, they cannot give me money back for services unused but just store credit. I can't understand how this business can be operating legally in the U.S. Laser Away Medical Group makes business with this loan company and have a deal with each other to force costumers to not get any money back. I just need help/guidance on how to get my money back from them and to raise my Credit score back up again.

  Such a scam!!! I paid $3k for laser hair removal with a promise of 80% reduction in hair growth. I have no change after all treatments are completed and have reached out repeatedly, laser away does nothing try to remedy the situation. There is ZERO percent change in hair growth and they now tell me that they do not guarantee ANY reduction in grow with laser hair removal. Stay away! The worst customer service too! ****, disregarding me, wont respond to my calls, manager no showed to my appointment in office, money wasted. Terrible experience, I couldnt be less satisfied!

  Laseraway is the absolute worst company I have ever received services from. Their customer support team is practically nonexistent. I have had multiple unapproved charges on my account. The store teams are great, but trying to deal with the company is atrocious. Laseraway does not care about their customers at all, are just another horrid, money hungry, company.

  This business is not new to receiving complaints. Just like the previous reviewers, this establishment is RELENTLESSLY attempting to contact me after I have repeatedly requested them to stop. Initially, I was looking into a specific treatment on their website. For me to look at the services, I needed to input my contact information and I was directed to a window to book a consultation with them, which was not something I wanted initially. I closed that window and thought nothing of it. For the next two days, I have been contacting me trying to get an appointment with them and it is EXHAUSTING. I have blocked the ******** location AND the ********* location due to their attempts at calling me. Today was the last straw as they texted me asking to talk about their services, but at this point, I am COMPLETELY turned off. This establishment is so unprofessional and has extremely predatory behavior in an attempt to make sales.

  PLEASE stay away from LASER AWAY Absolutely awful! Its literally a legal scam! Excuse my English isnt perfect but Ill try to explain. They have the worst system of how they charge customers. You basically pay through third party business for your services instead of paying directly to laser away. I finished my treatments and now I am stuck with payments and they are no longer providing services (laser hair removal) please ********************* and choose another business for any treatment you are planning to get with them. Make sure you will pay DIRECTLY to business that provides services. Its been almost a year since I received my last treatment and I still pay to the company called GreenSky monthly payments of $44! I have to pay this amount for the next 4 years which is not what I agreed to! Thank you so much for reading and I hope you wont make the same mistake I did.

  This review is for Botox. I've been getting Botox for 10+ years and have developed a very clear set of instructions to any new provider to avoid a botched Botox, 1. Don't change the shape of my eye brow, 2, don't drop my eye brow and 3. No uneven eye brow. I gave these specific instructions to the RN. 2 weeks later, my eye brows are flattened and dropped. Mistakes happen, it is the post botched Botox customer service that led to this review. At my 2 weeks follow up, both the sales person and the RN agreed they dropped my eye brow which made me look tired and angry. I also found out my Botox RN is relatively inexperienced. From 10+ years of Botox, I know there is nothing they can do to lift the middle of my brow. The ****** location tells me there is nothing they can do, all they can do is referred me to their corporate client service person, after 2 weeks of getting the run around and explaining to various people via text and e-mail, all I get back is boilerplate answers deflecting responsibility. I pay $500+ for millimeters of improvement and instead of improvement, now I look tired and angry for the next 4 months and LaserAway couldn't be bothered to provide any answer/apology beyond some lawyerly deflection of their mistake. Mistakes happen, when it happened at another provider nearby in *** Valley, I received terrific customer service and an apology. If you are okay with inexperience RN doing your Botox and a company that cannot be bothered with customer service when things go wrong, you found the right place!
