  This review is for Botox. I've been getting Botox for 10+ years and have developed a very clear set of instructions to any new provider to avoid a botched Botox, 1. Don't change the shape of my eye brow, 2, don't drop my eye brow and 3. No uneven eye brow. I gave these specific instructions to the RN. 2 weeks later, my eye brows are flattened and dropped. Mistakes happen, it is the post botched Botox customer service that led to this review. At my 2 weeks follow up, both the sales person and the RN agreed they dropped my eye brow which made me look tired and angry. I also found out my Botox RN is relatively inexperienced. From 10+ years of Botox, I know there is nothing they can do to lift the middle of my brow. The ****** location tells me there is nothing they can do, all they can do is referred me to their corporate client service person, after 2 weeks of getting the run around and explaining to various people via text and e-mail, all I get back is boilerplate answers deflecting responsibility. I pay $500+ for millimeters of improvement and instead of improvement, now I look tired and angry for the next 4 months and LaserAway couldn't be bothered to provide any answer/apology beyond some lawyerly deflection of their mistake. Mistakes happen, when it happened at another provider nearby in *** Valley, I received terrific customer service and an apology. If you are okay with inexperience RN doing your Botox and a company that cannot be bothered with customer service when things go wrong, you found the right place!

  This place left my tattoo a mess bought a package of 10 laser tattoo removal treatments I asked for a refund after 7 because of poor results but then the lady says sometimes it takes awhile and the longer I wait the better even waiting 6 months BS I'm not doing that so I finished the 10 treatments hoping to fade it at least for a cover up but that didn't happen went to removery and they told me what they were doing was really bad for my skin and yes it was because it looked like someone had ironed my tattoo now I'm getting treatment with a PFD patch to get this ink out costing me more money and time

  LaserAway and Vive are scams and I am very unhappy with all the scam and rude people I have dealt with since getting PARTIAL TREATMENT Very unhappy and dissatisfied with the service . I am being charged double from what I signed up for! This is not right! I am a hard working tax paying citizen who does not like giving money away! I have 1 star cause I had to!

  Never heard of or reached out to this company but have received almost 10 calls from them from several different numbers over the last two weeks. They texted me once on Feb 1 and I asked them to take me off their list because ** never contacted them, and they just texted me again (Feb 13) apologizing for contacting me so much but requesting a phone consultation. I never requested a consultation and they refuse to remove me from their list!

  **************** has gotten unbearable. Asked for a refund, been having emails send to management and been calling for months. They keep taking money out of my account and ignoring me. I've spoken with managers who promise I'll get a call back and I don't. This place is a scam. I did not get the results I sought with the service so I tried to terminate it early and they are ghosting me.

  This business is incessantly calling and texting me. This is bordering on harassment. I just put my info to review an offer and I receive 2-4 calls and texts a day. They wont stop.

  I looked into their products when a rep person called me to discuss. She tried to make me enroll right away for financing with %25 APR. She wasn't telling me the full price. It was a very weird call. She prescribed me 8 sessions without even meeting me and knowing if the product would work for me. I said that if I was going to do it I would pay in full and not financing and that I would want to first get a consultation. I didn't feel comfortable so I said I would think about it over the weekend. She kept asking me why not signing now and canceling later etc.. Very pushy. Then on Saturday, they sent me an invoice, for 3 sessions. The email said I was late on my payment and had to pay right away. It scared me, so I tried contacting them by email. It didn't work. Finally, they called me to get me to sign. I said I wasn't interested and was very confused about the invoice. They said "Oh yeah that's ok I canceled the invoice " and when I checked my emails it wasn't canceled but I had received a reminder to pay!!! I really had a terrible time and will never book them. Too scary and a shady approach.

  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY GET THINGS DONE IN A DERMATOLOGY OFFICE Horrible experience with filler and always canceling appointments made originally. An associate texted me last minute 45 mins before appointment on more then one occasion to cancel and being told to use another facility ***** mins away when store is only 5 mins away (i was told 2 nurses had covid last minute after having them text me the day prior to reschedule my appointment i responded then got no response from them ) . This facility is run with zero customer service skills. I have been a client from ** for 2-3 years and now i am done what A HUGE MISTAKE using this ********** location and calling the headquarters in ******************** and getting the run around. No manager called to apologize they designated an employee to kiss my but this is unacceptable. Horribly run business it is no wonder all the negative reviews.

  DON'T DO IT! Whatever you do, do not get trapped into any of their pre-paid contracts or pre-paid plans! If you pay, use your credit card - do not go through one of their affiliates for credit. Laser Away is a scam; they only want to trap you into some pre-paid plan and take your money.These are medical treatments that we are paying for. Ultimately, suppose a patient isn't happy with the results or treatment. In that case, they should not be forced to continue treatment or lose money because Laser Away, as a Medical facility, does not offer any refunds.Laser Hair Removal - NOPE doesn't work; this is a lifetime commitment, something they won't tell you. So once you complete your first package, you will be swindled into buying "touch-up" sessions. This is a LIFE TIME of doing laser hair removal - because the hair is NEVER gone. Oh, and if you are blonde, girl, don't even do it! Do your research - It is very hard for blondes to have any results? DO NOT WASTE your time and money!Laser Tattoo Removal - Get ready to get burned and scarred.Laser Away will use and abuse you - they are a SCAM! Go to an actual medical practice if you want *****, fillers, laser hair removal, or laser tattoo removal. Steer clear of Laser Away!Any other medical office would refund you for unused services. How can a "Medical" practice not refund a patient for pre-paid services when the risk outweighs getting lasered? If you, as a patient, elected to opt out of getting additional treatments and pay for them, any medical practice you go to will refund you, but NOT Laser Away. They will take your money and not care that their services put you at risk! Who would think you would go into a med spa to do something for yourself only to be swindled, deceived, and lied to about medical treatments?Laser Away is NOT a med spa - they don't even have physicians providing care.
