  As for me, I received very bad service. No one ever confirmed the appointment for me but went ahead and still charged for services I never received. I'm on my third call to get out resolved and credit the card that was charged.

  I paid over 5 grand to get laser on my back because they guarantee that 10-15% of the hair will not grow back after each session and I can say that after 9 session I now have more hair on my back than when I started the treatment. This place is such a scam. Dont use LaserAway services.

  After an inquiry I got a sales call. I was only interested in facial treatments, but she convinced me that a package deal of 10 sessions for $5000 which included other body areas was a great deal and not that much more money than facial treatments alone. She asked me what skin and hair color I had, and I said fair skin and mostly light brown hair, which she said was perfect for the laser. I then said that I did have areas of blonde hair that needed treatment so probably it wasn't for me. Sensing that she was losing the sale, she then said "It works on blonde hair only it takes much longer." This clinched the sale for me and I signed up. I was so excited that blonde hair could also be treated and right away called a red and blonde-haired friend to let her know that I had found a place that could treat her hair color too. After five treatments of a 10-treatment package, I asked the technician if now wasn't a good time to switch laser frequencies or intensity in order to target just the blonde hair. The technician said that blonde hair wasn't affected by the laser AT ALL...I then realized that I had been lied to by *** in order to make the sale. I then called *** back and called her out for lying to me in order to make a sale. She said, "I wouldn't lie to you," and I said, "I think you did." She said, "Well, have a good day." In talking in person to employees and the location where I get treatments I was told confidentially that there had been numerous complaints about sales tactics. I was told that I could make a complaint, which I did, but I know nothing will come of it. I also wrote a letter to ***************************, the *** in **********, detailing my experience. Never heard back. No response whatsoever, no apology, nothing. In spite of my extreme annoyance at the way she addressed me I bought the package ($5000 up front by ***** solely on the lie that blonde hair could be treated. In conclusion, Cavet Emptor, beware LaserAway salespeople.

  I am new to laser hair removal and was so nervous. Laser away in *******************, the staff was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. New in the process but so happy with it so far. Want to do another area as soon as I complete my lip and chin. Will save me so much money instead of waxing forever.

  I came across these BBB reviews after signing up for their intro package. Stupid, I know. It's been a few hours and I've been trying to cancel with no luck. This isn't right. I'm being told the fee is nonrefundable yet when I mention the VA state law regarding this particular set up I'm being told I signed a contract. The contract I signed isn't provided to me. I'd like to get this whole thing annulled before the 3 days.

  I have never posted any negative feedback for any business because I feel sometimes its just one person having bad day. But this specific business, I am so disappointed. Not just the services I got but afterwards too. LaserAway you will always see them promoting calling you 100 times to see their services. I am one of this disappointed customers(screenshots attached). I spent almost $6K for laser services and as they guaranteed 80% reduction, it didnt work even 30%. I took 10 sessions, when I asked about the hair assessment they sold me another maintenance package. Now here I am writing this message because its all useless. After going through everything waited them to help me out, in last 4 months I am going to their clinics back and forth. They didnt even try to contact me once and now asking me to spend more to get 3 complimentary sessions. Their 70% promotions are scam. They are charging double than any other clinics. Checkout few reviews out of 100s disappointed customers who are waiting them to reply. A big scam and disappointed business. They dont care about their customer service. #********************************************* you better contact people otherwise ready for some back lash. #disappointment #laser #clinics #bbb #customers

  Laser Away is a dangerous company! They commit fraud without any reservation!! Laser Away *********** canceled my appointments, after I waited months for procedures, due to staff unavailability. The worse part is they have not refunded me for the services they never performed. Criminals!! Beware of Laser Away!

  Extremely rude staff. The regional manager is the worst. The people that sign you up are pleasant but the the people that actually do your treatments are extremely rude. No wonder they are not BBB accredited. They put someone in front of me for my appointment , making me 1 hour late in getting my appointment done. I asked the nurse about the type of laser she was using, she apparently got angry that I asked. I asked to reschedule and not do the appointment that day because I didnt feel comfortable with that nurse. The regional manager told me its my fault for how i "make people feel".

  Very disappointed. I went in for laser tattoo removal. I was told that it wouldnt be a problem removing it within the 6 sessions. Well 6 sessions later I still look the sane.

  I spent $5000 with these people and have 30% less hair. When you try to talk to someone, they just run you around and never call you back burnt underarms with no apologies. Still waiting to hear from somebody and its been two weeks
