      If you are looking for a service to protect your aging parent, I would suggest you keep looking beyond "Lively". We have been customers for over two years. Lively Alert equipment is temperamental. Anytime you reach out to customer service, the attitude is that the issue is all our fault. In my call today, the agent was very rude and condescending. We have had times when the device does not work properly. There have been false alarms sending the fire department to my Mom's home unnecessarily. We have four adults set-up as back-up support, yet Lively will only contact one person. I spent a lot of time setting up the required information in August 2021, but Lively does not seem to have that information. The app gives real-time GPS location data, which is very helpful. For some reason I am the only one that can get the Lively App to work. My sister-in-law tried to contact them when I was out-of-town. They refused to talk to her. I was considering getting my phone a Lively cell phone, but based on the reviews below I have decided not too. Now I am considering looking for a different emergency alert service.

      I ordered phone service late last week, they have changed my price twice. I cancelled my order. I have now had $123.95 taken from my credit card for the phone and $38.69 for something I know not what. It was not a activation fee because I refused the phone when it arrived. The above is a short version of the b.s.Anyone interested in getting a class action on this company I am interested.At 77 y.o. I am tired of this kind of behavior from businesses.There is no excuse.I will be writing letters to my US Representatives and Senators regarding the business practices intra-state this company is doing.Next stop will be a lawyer!

      There wrong ,the ******* from lively I think her name was asst. ******* from lively was looking at my account the asst. told me ***************************** that was to many phones that were sent out to me ,the asst.******* was being very rude to me as a consumer I told her it did not matter how many phones they sent me as long as I am paying my bill and sending back all the defective phones the asst ******* has no business saying anything as long as she is getting paid ,the asst ******* said it was not the problem with my phone it is on my internet I ******* told the asst. that I called my internet they told me there is nothing wrong with the internet ,Then today I called and lively said they were going to call back never did ,Is that how you treat your consumers ,they pay there bill and you turn there service off .

      this company is 100% taking advantage of its customers. they did not provide the emergency service and received so many spam calls that i and my network was exploited as a result. when i called to talk to ******* the supervisor she told me that its no different with any other service and many of her 5million users just change the phone number when they are comprised. this is criminal and unregulated. i called the company to cancel which i though happened until i was hit with an $85 charge which they refused to refund. this is a terrible option for especially the elderly as even though the phone was not connected to Wi-Fi, or Bluetooth somehow managed to enter my network and exploit other devices as well as my car. Not to mention, somehow turned off or deactivated the emergency notification system, which was the whole point of getting the service in the first place. It's sad that they're allowed to get away with this.

Our phones offer the ability to block specific phone numbers from calling the phone which and you can registering the phone number to the national do not call registry when receiving unwanted calls. As a last resort, we do offer to change the phone number if the calls do not stop. We have reviewed your account and had previously advised that we have no prior records of a request to disconnect the service and there was usage up until the day you called us to cancel. Therefore we advised that no refunds are due. We see that the account has already been cancelled and there is no balance. If you have concerns regarding your other devices or networks being compromised, we suggest you reach out to those manufactures or carriers for further assistance.

      7 days 8 hours on the phone and my Aunt never received a phone that worked or could get activated. However they wanted to keep the activation fee they had charged. Another hour and half on the phone and they finally realized I was not giving up and they processed the credit.For a company that is supposedly for Seniors they are horrible

      You are putting the elderly at risk. My 92 year old mother has been without working phone service since the weekend, possibly longer. It is her life line which simply is not working. I am being told ******* is not accepting Lively calls and that you are working on it. Unacceptable. *************************

      My monthly bill was always $25.76.Then this past July when $308.51 was posted on my bank ***** I called the bank and they immediately closed that card and opened an investigation on them. The bank concluded my dispute claim with LIVELY in my favor. LIVELY also threatened to send the "balance due" to collections.

      This company is a scam! I ordered shoes and followed the recommendations to order half a size bigger. So, I got a 9.5. I daughter is an 8 and they are even too small for her! I contacted Lively and was told that I cannot exchange for rhe correct size or return them. They claim that their policy doesn't allow exchanges or refunds on 50% off items. These shoes were $44! They also claim on their website that you have 14 days to change your mind! False advertisement! I would give them 0 stars if I could.

      Bought a phone and service from Lively Have made several calls to customer service and phone still doesnt work. Already charged for monthly service and phone does not work. They state they will send a replacement phone, then you call the next day and they say there is no record of this. Phone was a replacement for my 97 yo Mom. This is by far the poorest customer service I have experienced.
