    I redeemed points I had accumulated in the app for $95 in gift cards to Marshalls. All of the gift cards say "Card order is still processing and should be available shortly". I have now emailed the support email address twice with no replies. These were redeemed on November 25, 2022.

    Have been using the Bitmo App without issues. Redeemed points earned for a $50 Texas Roadhouse gift card back on September 27, 2022. Finally tried using it on January 8, 2023, but card would not load. Received a pop-up message that it was still processing and would be available shortly. Have emailed Bitmo and received an automated response that my request has been received and is being reviewed by support staff.

    I've been trying to contact Bitmo several times but have yet to receive a response. I have a few gift cards in my account, but none can be used. All show errors when I try to use it. Please fix the issue or send me the replacement of gift cards.     Not sure exact date but was in December Used my points to redeem towards a $25 Texas Roadhouse gift card it kept saying to wait wait Ive waited a long time to get it and still nothing I emailed support and no reply I want my gift card!

    I purchase gift cards from this company and they cant be used. I try to activate them for use but I am confronted with an error that states they cant process them for use even though they have already taken my money. I have 2 gift cards (TJ *** and Target) that is sitting in my account but I cant open. I have been getting the same message that it will be ready for use shortly for the last two months! Please give me the gift cards I paid for or provide me with a refund.

    I redeemed for a $25 Doordash gift card and Dec 25 and have yet to get it. I've emailed multiple times and nothing. I would like my gift card.

    On 12/09/2022 attempted to redeem points accumulated in Bitmo app for gift cards (Uber and Target). While the points were successfully redeemed, attempting to 'Use Card' within the app results in "Card order is still processing and should be available shortly". Multiple requests for support via email were submitted without a response (other than automated response that it has been received).

    I redeemed a couple of gift cards using the credit I earned in the Bitmo app on 11/15/2022, and some were later. None of the gift cards has the code for me to use. I contact Bitmo a couple of times but never receive any response from them.

    I redeemed my points 12/15 for a $25 gift card to bass pro. It was meant for my husbands birthday 12/20, when that came and the gift card still hadnt processed I sent a support email. I received the auto-reply that my message was received but no actual reply with resolution. When my husbands birthday passed I figured I could at least give it to him for Christmas. On 12/22 the gift card had still not processed so I messaged again asking for status. No response was received yet again and now Christmas has also come and gone. I sent another follow up today. When I click the link to find support status I now get an error page.
