    I used my rewards points in Bitmo's platform to redeem them for 2 Target cards. One gift card was for $10 and the other for $25. Bitmo has refused to make these cards active and able to be used even after multiple attempts to contact them. Every time I log into my account to use it is says "Card Order is still processing and should be available shortly". My points were redeemed on 11/16/22 and Bitmo refuses to response to me or active these cards.

    I reached out to Bitmo about having trouble redeeming the two Uber Eats gift cards which are worth $200 in total associated with the email ************************** at least five times since November 15, 2022. I have not got a single response from Bitmo. Please see the screenshots as evidence of my purchase. I hope to either get refund for the two Uber Eats gift cards which are worth $200 in total or to be able to redeem them in the Bitmo app soon.

    Ordered 2 doordash gift cards (a $20 card and a $50 card) in Mid-November. I am unable to open or use the card. Every time I try to click on them and use them it gives me an error saying its still processing. This have been going on for over a month now. I have reached out to Bitmo via their support email and site twice already and have not receive any response. Overall, I want these cards issued.

    I have a $50 and a $20 doordash giftcards in the app that was ordered in Mid-November. Every time I try to click on them and use them it gives me an error saying its still processing and the gift cards were not delivered. I have reached out to Bitmo twice about this issue via their support site (which is now down).

    I have earned a $15 Uber Gift Card through data sharing of purchases on my credit cards. The gift card I have been awarded has not been available to redeem for over 2 months now. The company does not answer my emails nor resolved my issue of trying to get my $15 gift card code.

    I have been a user of ********************** for around a year. On or around 11/16/22, I made a redemption of loyalty points for a $25 Uber gift card, and subsequently made 3 more redemptions, for a $25 Uber, $100 Uber, and $100 Uber cards. When attempting to access the cards, the app registered an error stating "Card order is still processing and should be available shortly" (an error which has never occurred in the past). I contacted Bitmo shortly after through their app support, and again via email on Nov 18, stating the cards were not activating and requesting help to resolve the issue. I continued to attempt to reach Bitmo both by email, and via customer support on the app over the next month (Support ticket #*****, attached) and never received a response, nor has the issue been corrected. I would like to receive these gift cards that are due.

    My account has not been updating with purchases since September 2022. I also redeemed a gift card for target on 12/18/22 and keep receiving an error message saying card is processing and should be available shortly. Please help.

    I have purchased a number of gift cards from this company on their app. The gift cards are no longer accessible.These include Best Buy, ******, Bed Bath and Beyond, Gamestop, ****'s etc.I would like Bitmo to issue these gift cards to me.     I redeemed Bitmo's BitmoPerks points for a $50 and a $20 Doordash gift card on 11/11/2022 but the cards are stuck in a processing status. I emailed support multiple times and attempt to reach out via social media, including ******* messages, for a response from the vendor but haven't heard from anyone from the company.
