      This is the absolute worst internet service I have ever had. I purchased this for my ********** and was told there would be plenty of bandwidth to watch movies etc.. I had this service and never once made it through a movie without the dreaded circle. I could not even put ring cameras on my network b/c there was not enough speed/bandwidth. Once I cancelled service I was charged to do so and then they were supposed to send a box to return the equipment. 3 calls later and still no box so now they are going to charge me $300. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

      They're thieves, I've tried to cancel my subscription multiple times and they just keep steeling my money!!! Horrible customer service and actual service. Had to cancel through my bank

      Shameful..0 stars. Terrible customer service. After I moved to a new state and shipped my equipment, I was told that I needed to climb on the roof and send a different piece of the equipment back. Viasat commenced to charge my account $159 despite the fact my account was closed. This company does not treat 8 year paid up customers as they should be treated. I would NEVER do business with Viasat again....

      I needed a internet service provider to set me up with about 3 months worth of internet service at the **** for a property I had listed so I could add security to the property. I called and spoke to Viasat representatives who informed me on everything I need but failed to mentioned things I did not need. Like the 24 month commitment for service from Viasat and the $327.53 penalty fee if that commitment was not satisfied by the customer. I did not need nor could I afford that much service and if given the opportunity to decide if I need that much service, by informing me prior to starting my service, that I would need to commit to 24 months of service, I would have continue to look at other providers with service that better fit my needs and financial budget. Viasat did send a disclosure that needed to be docusigned after the fact. I never saw nor did I sign the disclosure but Viasat still wants me to be accountable for a service I never used let alone they had to provide because of my early termination. I would think a smart business that likes repeat customers would look at my particular situation and waive the early termination fee. Especially considering neither side would be at a loss. But instead the company wants to hassle it's customers to the point losses could be significant to it's company because of the repercussion that will follow accepting money they do not deserve.

      Worst internet I've ever had. Only had it 3 months and ran out of data in first 3 days of having each month, then it wouldn't work or stream at all after those 3 days each month. I wouldn't recommend there services to anyone.

      I have been a customer since late 2018 and canceled my service today. I live in an area where this was the only service available, so I was stuck with Viasat. **************** is horrendous it has gotten worse year over year! You will sit on hold and get transferred multiple times each call, and you have a limited menu options on the automated portion of the call.Overpriced for mediocre unreliable internet at best. If you like to stream sports this is not the provider for you. Frozen, pixelated shows is to be expected and they slow down your service during prime time.******** getting a tech to help you with your dish and you will be charged extra every step of the way. I had their unlimited plan for a while and it was faster, but I still had issues streaming shows my entire 5 years of using their services. I have had all of their plans with the exception of the lowest tiered plan and they all were unreliable and overpriced. For anyone looking to cancel know that you have to climb on top of your roof to remove the transponder safely and appropriately to return to them or you are charged $300 or you can pay a tech $99 to remove the transponder they installed so either way your screwed out of money. When I asked for this to be waived they said you can hire a handy man. So goodluck trying to get on your roof and remove this device safely and correctly to not be charged again. They will not credit you back if you're canceling mid month either.After being a loyal customer for 5 years I am thrilled to be switching providers. Viasat has caused me nothing but stress and frustration. Making things right for the customer is not the way of **********************. Thank goodness Fiber internet is now available in my area so I don't have to deal with them anymore. Look elsewhere for any other internet service provider if you have the option!

      Horrible internet locked into a contract finally end service and two times they have removed money from my account.and they say they wont refund !!!! Do not choose them !!!

      What a phenomenally poor company which always reflects poor management. I have not had service since somewhere around the beginning of June and of course they charge me my $120 a month anyway. Regardless of that, I've called multiple times and I get the same initial response which is 'there is a outage in my area and they're not sure when it's going to be fixed', what a bunch of lies! To get that for months and months is completely unacceptable. I finally canceled my subscription with them. However, they've still continued to charge me $120 until the 20th of this month. I would give them a zero star but there doesn't seem to be one for being a very sloppy company. I hope by someone reading this they will look at other reviews and make a decision to go somewhere else. ******* has come out with a new deal called Gateway so you could check into that as well as Starlink which is expensive but everybody I know who has it tells me the reliability is very very high. Best of luck.*****

      Scam, ***** clear!!! After the initial sales rep misrepresented this and didn't give me the full disclosure, it was all a nightmare from there.
