      One star only because you can't leave a zero-star review! I was with Wild Blue when they first came to my area several years ago and was happy to have them because we had no other option besides dialup. Fast forward twelve years or so and I was paying $100 a month for very slow speeds when it worked at all and a ridiculously low data cap. I called to cancel my service about six months ago when Starlink came around (thank goodness) and was told that for $10 a month I could keep everything hooked up just in case the new internet didn't work out. I agreed and all was well until I received a charge to my bank account for $114. I called to let them know of the charge and was told that they only suspend usage for a maximum of 180 days and that there was no way to refund my money. They did however say I could use the service until February 28th because the charges were from midnight January 28th to February 28th. I literally called them as soon as my bank notified me of the charge at 12:20 am on the 28th and they tell me they can't refund money. When I asked for an account manager, they said they were not available for calls. Then it took her 15 minutes to find me an email address. What a lousy company. They need to be shut down.

      I wish negative stars was an option! This company is the most pathetic company Ive ever worked with and they know it. Their business is a scam. Do not waste your time and learn from our pain and suffering and avoid them at all costs. They lost some of the equipment we mailed back to them and now have sent us to a collection agency to bully us even further, for equipment they got returned to them but somehow misplaced some of it. Scum of the earth company.

      I was with them for like 4 years thought the internet wasnt good so I switched companys called canceled it. I had a feeling about if I would need to return the equipment so I called they said yes so I said what do I need to do well send you a box and you can return it at *** so I did.Now I get a letter 6 months later from a ***************** now I have a balance. The worst **************** even if youre a loyal customer

      Terrible service, very rude customerservice. was not told the truth when I called about the service. Can never talk to a supervisor. Called multiple times and have asked for a supervisor. I am alway told that one is not available. Never get a call back. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

      We received notice that our provider was changing so we ended our service with them on 1/18/2023 but our billing cycle is on the 12th of every month. So they charged us a full month.NOT FAIR as we only used 5 days if service. WORST COMPANY!

      We give Viasat a chance. It doesn't work out 1 month into it. Horrible speeds (1 download with loss of connection multiple times) paying for 30 mbps. You cancel and they charge $15 per month remaining on contract after horrible performance. Makes zero sense.

      Zero customer service, foreign operators who cant make any adjustments. We run out of data every month and I find it fascinating that I can do all the same things in my 50 gig hotspot without running out but the 100 gig we are supposedly getting is gone in less than two weeks. They are crooks in my opinion and take advantage of the fact that we have limited options being in a rural area.

      Low data limits and expensive. I returned my equipment and they still charged my bank account $160 without authorization for non-return of equipment well over a month from when it had been received. I called and they had one piece but was missing another piece that was in the same box. Was told it would be escalated and possibly refunded in 3-5 days. Here we are at day 7 and nothing. I have called 3 times. Was also told once you close your account, you lose the ability to remove any payment type that might have been saved. In my case, I set Auto-Pay up. I highly do NOT recommend setting up AutoPay or saving any banking information. ****** learned because I'm paying for a mistake THEY made.

      I would like to give less than one star they are a trash company that only lies to their customers they are no more than con artist they give you a s*** product they tell you they're going to give you a discount but that discount never goes through I gave them my number that I was approved of in October of last year and still they want a full bill for me every month and they lied to me about what the reason is every month something new it was it takes up to 2 months today they gave me the excuse well they're waiting for the email to be sent because we all know emails get lost in the mail somewheres in ******* or ****** this is a trash company with a bunch of liars working for them

      Paying $175 a month for 35 GB and one day after my service was supposed to reset into a new month it was still showing 82GB. New months rolled by without resetting and no help from customer service!
