      The worst **************** ever. When you go into cancel my service they asked 1 million questions told me that I needed to get on my roof it to remove and send them whatever equipment was on the roof. Told him they needed to send a technician to come get it off the roof because I will not get it off the roof I did not put it up there I will not remove it. Could not get anybody to help me they said they would charge me $95 to have somebody come out and remove it. The worst **************** ever

      I have been a Viasat customer for about 5 years. I live in rural ** and we have no wired internet or even cell service where we live. For many years I had ****** net and then I changed to Viasat. The service from Viasat was about as good as could be expected for standard satellite internet but a couple of months ago, I changed to Starlink and that is where my issues with Viasat arose. When I left ****** net, they asked for their router back and I expected that from Viasat. But it turns out that Viasat also wants part of the satilite dish back as well. However the dish was installed where I cannot reach it. And I am disabled and am not able to climb a ladder to get to the part that they want. So I spoke to them and they said that if I did not send that back, I would be billed. Or they could send a technician out to take the part if I payed a fee of $95. My years of faithfully paying the $180 a month fee and the fact that I am disabled did not change any of that.I STRONGLY suggest that anyone considering Viasat think twice. ****** net has similar service and is easier to work with and more considerate of their customers. Or Starlink may be a good option too. But I would sure avoid Viasat.

      Viasat internet are crooks. They take advantage of the rural community because we dont have many options. They lock us into contracts before we know the quality of the product. 40GBs has not lasted my house 5 days. I have purchased additional high speed data three times in 2 days. The latest was 10 GBs for $14.99 which only lasted 5 hours. We only watched 2- 60 min shows on ******* of Wednesday Addams. If this isnt highway robbery I dont know what is. I absolutely hate this company and I cant wait until there are better options in my zip code. Ive been told that Spectrum is coming but they are being held back by a lawsuit from CenturyLink. This is beyond crazy to me as they have a limit on the amount of customers they can have, which is already at the **** Why would CenturyLink want to keep competition out when they cant handle the demand of the area, and why would the court entertain such absurd allegations?!?!? ****** helping crooks, and we, the community, are left in the crossfire. Its sickening. I hate this and it makes me want to move to a community/ larger town or zip code with more options.

      If I could give a 0 I would. I have been a customer for about 6 months and I can honestly say that Viasats service is horrendous. Their prices are so ridiculously high because they are the only company many people can get it rural areas. I have their mid package, not sure of the name. I pay $145 a month for maybe 5-6 days of good service. I was told by the *** that I would be able to use on 2-3 large TVs and once I have used all my highly speed it would still work with standard. That is a lie. Why even cap paying customers, especially when the are pay double, triple what they would with another company. Then they lock you in for 2 years??? This company is a joke! As soon as something else is available Im closing my bank account so they will not get another dime from me for this wack service or lack of service.Ps. They try and hide all their negative reviews. Ive tried to do about 2-3 others and they never show up and if you go to Viasats actual website there are only good reviews which is absolutely BS!Baffling that they have a BBB score of an A

      I paid over $170/ month for over 5 years. When I canceled service they would not refund me the pay I had paid for upcoming month AND charged me 95 dollars to come get equipment... absolutely ridiculous ?? ?? ??

      This is the worst company and service I have ever had in my life.These people are crooks. I was told installation was free and it costed me $125.The moment of the final install the quality of streaming was terrible so I upgraded the plan the same day and still no improvement on streaming apps. I was told I was to get $150 off for being a new customer. This amount did not show up on my account. I called to ask why and they checked and said I could only get $60 off. I made a service call and the service tech never called or showed up and now I have to wait another week because that is the soonest appointment. In the meantime I cannot access my account or see how much data we are using because the app doesnt work. In the week since we got service it has been one blunder and mishap after another.Then I find out if I want to cancel because the service is so terrible after only having it one week that I will have to pay $360 for breaking the two year contract that I wasnt even aware that I had.This experience has been a nightmare and the worst experience you could imagine in every aspect. Avoid using this company at all costs. I should have done research better but we moved somewhere in our RV that doesnt have a landline and I thought satellite internet would be my best option. This is the worst buyers remorse I can ever remember having.I just cant believe I am going to be charged $360 to cancel a service I have had for only a week because it is so terrible. I am beyond frustrated and feel completely taken advantage of as a consumer.

      I initially called **** it to set up internet service with them as I would be leaving the city for the countryside. I was told by the worker at **** named **** that I would be charged $79.98 for services and this price is to include the equipment. I was told that I would have unlimited usage of the internet at a speed of 25 MBps. Not even 5 days into my service usage I received an email stating that my data is gone. The data is hardly usable as is as it is slow to work, on the days when it chooses to work at all. Anywho, my bill is due today and they set my card to automatic withdraw without my permission. My bill is $98.63! I contacted customer service and was told that the price I was given initially by **** was more than likely the initial introductory discount. This company is deceptive! He said that after two more months my bill will be closer to $118. I was not informed of any of this information. Also, customer service told me that I am charged for Viasat Premium at $8.99 and the equipment for $14.99 extra on top of $89.99. That is insane! This service is not stable enough for that sort of money. You cannot gain business by behaving fraudulently. I am told I will be charged early termination fees for canceling and its their fault! I would never recommend this company to anyone!

      I had the internet installed in August and was told my monthly payment would be ***** plus tax. Every month is came out to be around $120 but every month was a different total. I didnt understand this. I called to ask them why every month I was being charged different when this was the price I was quoted to be good for 2 years. Then all of a sudden they tell me I had discounts and they rolled off. So then after that my bill was nearly $200. I dont have enough money to pay $200 a month for internet. I got this plan knowing Id have enough to pay it and the rest of my bills. However, with it changing constantly I never know what to expect and I definitely cant pay $200 plus everything else. I called to cancel because I am moving. Not only do they want me to pay for another month of service I wont be using but also over $300 in cancellation fees. They dont give you all the information when you sign up then youre blindsided.

      The worse company I have ever dealt with. First they get money from a pole they say needed to be used $75.00 and then they say purchase a power supply so you won't be charged for something later down the road. ***** data service is c*** Tried to get another plan and still no data left after only 10 days. They over charge the data on there terms. This company really is not good. DO NOT EVER GET VIASAT!!!
