      BUYER BEWARE If you are over 40 dont buy these cameras. Not because they are bad, just because you may never get them to work.EVERYTHING about them is a chat. As you know trying to work on a problem, while reading a chat, is just BAD.A true AI platform, you can never speak to anyone.I have tried chat several times, to no avail. Maybe if you are buying there may be a person, maybe not.

      This brand deserves zero stars. Even before the trial period had expired I was unable, and still cant, purchase a subscription. You cant even live chat with a problem. Complete waste of money.

      They do not allow phone service and their only so called help in online. It is worthless. Trying to purchase monthly service and it doesn't work and they always reference you to their online how to's that are not working and no one seems to understand how to trouble shoot. So sorry I purchased their cameras as I am now up a creek. errors are on their credit card processing but they still reference you their documents. NO help at all

      I bought an Arlo system a few years back because they offered a lifetime free account for up to 5 cameras. We had 3 cameras.Now all of a sudden they canceled the account saying that now I had to pay a monthly fee.My receipt from Best Buy clearly states that the account was included for up to 5 cameras.I would have thought that a big Company like Arlo would honour their agreement....... but....... NOPE!!!They are scammers like I have never seen before. Now we have no security system any more.They should all go to jail and be investigated for lying and cheating seniors out of their money.STAY AWAY FROM THESE SHYSTERS.......WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY WILL DO NEXT!!!!!!SHAME ON YOU. HOW DOES THE *** SLEEP AT NIGHT KNOWING THEY HAVE PUT SENIORS AT RISK.

      Arlo cameras are the worst system you can buy. They never record when you needed them too. We recently had some vandalism in our area and it didnt record one thing. We come and go and it doesnt even record us. You can be right in front of the cameras and it still doesnt record. **************** is very poor. When you call them. If you happen to get them, they cant resolve the problem. Why have a camera system that doesnt record activity that suppose to protect your home and your family. Heres my advice, save your money and buy another system. Im looking for one now.

      STAY AWAY! Customer service is non existent when it comes to issues with the cameras, cameras arent that great, and they will refuse to help with cancelling their services. Theyre website at this time is not optimized for safari on iPhone. The cancel subscription button is hidden at the bottom of the page enough so you can barley see it but cant click on it. Live chat will continue to repeat the same steps and ignore anything you tell them. They will not cancel it for you and tell you youre out of luck unless you can find a computer or other device. Please listen to all the reviews on this page.

      The Geofencing stopped working in early 2022. I've deleted and reinstalled the app with no improvement. There's no human customer service, you just get a virtual chat, that doesn't understand the word, "Geofencing". I've tried multiple times to get assistance / guidance, with no success.

      Arlo has no customer support. If you have an issue such as activity zones not working, there is no one to contact. The on line chat is completely generic and unhelpful. I pay a subscription fee and still cannot get any help. Terrible company!

      Is there a negative star! Im trying to call them but unless you have an order number the system hangs up on you. I tried doing the chat. It charges you $1.00 it says fully refundable. Why do I have to pay $1.00 to talk to a customer service rep in a friggen Chat! So ay this point I have to keep trying other ways to get ahold of them. I have two problems. # 1. Why do I have to keep charging batteries every two days. # 2. What is going on with having to buy a service after 3 months.

      Product was mediocre and did not perform in ********* winter. I purchased another brand that works much better. But Arlo refuses to get out of my life. I get their emails every few days, and when I follow the procedure to unsubscribe, I get error messages. This is extremely annoying, and probably unlawful.
