I signed a contract with Better Earth Solar in February 2022, since then it has been nothing but lies and frustrations after failing city inspection several times , the dreaded thing happened, rains came and my roof started leaking into my home. I called better earth multiple times to have them repair or replace all the broken tiles their installers broke, but they never did, I called one last time to let them know more rain was coming and yet they failed to show, so I got a hold of some tiles and went on my roof myself to replace as many tiles as I could without touching the panels or equipment I sent better earth an email letting them know that I had replaced the broken tiles along with pictures and their response was that my warranty was now void and they would no longer help in any matter. So I now have an $80k system on my roof that has never been turned on or activated. I dont know what else to do, now Im paying SCE and the finance company for the panels. Does anyone know who I can contact to help me with this nightmare please. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BETTER EARTH SOLAR to anyone

We put him through the ringer with different questions and scenarios and he was extremely helpful in providing us with clear and concise answers. We never felt like we were rushed or pressured into making a decision. I've had a Solar Edge system installed since December 2023 By Better Earth. So far I have had to call in to have a technician return to fix the Battery system communications issue. Then an other trip out, reconfigure the system to stop discharging to the power grid at midnight when 6hours before It was imparting power at peak rates.And the monitoring is still not providing an accurate reading of our actual system performance. Unless I should believe that at between 1am and 5am the panels are producing power. REALLY!! Way too many phone calls and repeat trips back to try again.If they could just figure out how to fix what they just installed...SMHBetter Earth Solar

We signed a contract with Better Earth for a new roof and solar to be put on our house in February of 2022. The roof was installed promptly, and the roofing subcontractors were fantastic. Ever since then, though, weve had nothing but headaches with Better Earth. Our first inspection wasnt until 6 months after the panels were installed. The project failed inspection because it hadnt actually been completed. Our second inspection was apparently scheduled for this morning, however we had no idea because Better Earth hadnt bothered to notify ** until after the inspector had come and gone. Needless to say the project failed inspection again since the inspector couldnt actually inspect anything, as no one was available to answer the door. Meanwhile, weve been charged over $300 dollars every month for nearly a year in addition to our electric bill, and while theyve reimbursed ** for each payment, the last 2 reimbursement checks we received were over $100 short. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, and I could not recommend them to anyone. Ever.Better Earth Solar
