  My experience with Better Earth started back in 2022 but at that time I was not ready for the change and cost of taking on solar panels. I was very thrilled when ***** and ******* came back to ********** years later in January 2024. In the past I would have had to take out a loan to go solar but with the new options they had it made a lot more sense to me. It took a little over a month to get the panels installed. My utility company has denied the solar application but better earth quickly made e adjustments needed to get it approved. They were very flexible with me on the pricing and creating a solution that worked for me.The crew that came to my house was very professional, especially **** and ****. They didnt subcontract any of the work and I could tell the guys knew what they were doing!Ive heard horror stories about people going solar and not have a good experience but Better Earth was the complete opposite. Every step of the way they kept me informed on what was going on and I could call anytime of the day and get a quick answer. As someone who had been skeptical of solar for the longest time I can proudly say that I will tell everyone they must go solar and definitely with Better Earth!

  I signed up for solar on my house in ************ in December of 2022. I was very skeptical at first but *********************** explained everything well and didn't pressure me. They installed the panels in January and they were turned on in February. My FPL bill dropped from over $200 to only $35 and my solar payment is half that so I'm saving about $100 per month right away. I was very pleases with the Better Earth crew and their professionalism. I am loving my solar and have recommended him to all my neighbors!

  Better Earth knocked on my door in the early summer of 2023. We set up a consultation and made the decision to move forward after a few months of research. Our electric bills in the summer were peaking at just under $300 and the solar payment with all my electricity being covered is only $169.We worked with *********************** as our rep and he delivered on everything that was promised. He was very knowledgeable about everything and we were confident that he could answer all our questions. There were a few unexpected bumps in the timeline and as a result we were double billed with solar and our electric company but ***** made sure we were immediately reimbursed for the solar payment which we really appreciated. Our solar system has been active since January. Our electric bill came in today and it was only $30. Be aware the process can take a few months but the Better Earth team will have your back every step of the way. Very happy with our choice to go solar with ***** and Better Earth. Would highly recommend to anyone considering.

  I was not able to have my installation completed by Better Earth because the utility company was asking that I replace the incoming electrical line or move my gas meter. Having said that, I still need to give Better Earth a positive review because of the way *************************** worked with us trying to find a way to get the project completed. Even when we were looking at another installation company, ***** remained helpful and was willing to work with another installer to ensure we could get solar installed at our home. I don't think that many businesses are willing to go the extra mile like ***** did. Ultimately, we were able to get our deposit back even though Better Earth did incur some costs in our project.I would recommend Better Earth Solar to others looking for solar installers.

  Solar Earth took 14 months to get my solar panels hooked up (they were on my roof for 14 months collecting someone else the energy), fried my refrigerator in the process, and even after acknowledging the damage, they procrastinated in resolving it, then refused to fix the damages stating its been too long (that explains the procrastination), then expected me to pay them $300 to even look at the fridge (as it sat in my dining room for over a year now as a nuisance). They collected the $33,000 for the solar panels immediately, so for a year I was basically a bother since theyd already been paid. Dont buy with Better Earth!!!

  Absolute waste of time and most importantly "money". Solar is not generating enough to be at par with consumption leave aside savings. Better earth asked me all the details about consumption and i was told they "DESIGN" the system per usage and my house location. I was told a certain number of panels basis capacity, on the installation day the panels were changed without notice. When i asked why, i was told that it is ultimately the production that matters. i said OK, now when i checked the panel count, they got it incorrect and had installed one less panel to achieve the required energy. Installation team went to my roof again and installed one more, huge lack-of-professionalism. Now when i started to expect the production, after September/October the production started going down. It's Dec 20th and it's 92kWH only for the whole month with 13 panels, each 390W. i am paying electricity bills as well as loan EMI, solar is just useless for me at all. The design itself is faulty as they put the panels close to a tree. I called their support multiple times and every time i am handed with a ticket number along with an assurance that someone will call me back. I am told that production is guaranteed and i will be reimbursed but with this attitude and service-level so far i am concerned about what will be reimbursed and at what rate. if you want to have a clean installation with no back-n-forth issues and good professional service, please avoid Better Earth.

  I had such a great and seamless experience with Better Earth Solar. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to make the change to clean energy. *** and ***** were upfront and answered any questions that I had. Everyone that played a role was very knowledgeable and professional. The whole experience was VIP! ***** was with me every step of the way, and was easy to talk to and get a hold of. He responded promptly with accurate information that answered my questions and set me at ease. The entire installation took only a few hours and was very smooth. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone that I know. I will keep it close on everything and follow up if needed.

  Too many issues with Better Earth transformers.Last year we were not producing solar energy for weeks because their transformer failed. Now, no production for over a month. I called Better Earth after about three days of no production, and they said they would get back to me within 48 hours. They never got back to me. After a week of no service, I opened a service request on their portal with no response. I then went online to read all the other complaints about their poor service and found an escalation email address. I emailed them asking for an immediate response and received a call hours later. They said they would send a technician out the following day with a new transformer. The technician arrived yesterday at the agreed upon time. He said that whoever replaced the transformer the previous year crossed wires which caused it to eventually fail. Now, today, I notice I am still not getting production.Better Earth promises the best-in-industry customer service, and boasted about their great reviews, which is a big factor in our choosing them. They have fallen way short of their promises and I am not looking forward to the future with them, if they will even be in business with such poor customer service.They claim they will fix any issue in a timely manner, but having no production for over a month is unacceptable.
