    Tuve una experiencia excepcional con Better Earth durante la instalacin de paneles solares en mi hogar en **********. Desde el primer contacto hasta la finalizacin del proyecto, el equipo mostr un profesionalismo y conocimiento del producto verdaderamente sobresalientes. La instalacin fue rpida, eficiente y sin contratiempos, y ahora estoy disfrutando de los beneficios de energa limpia y un ahorro considerable en las facturas. Recomiendo altamente a Better Eart a cualquiera que busque soluciones de energa solar confiables y de calidad.

    Better Earth Solar is definitely the company you want to use for your solar energy. From the initial contact with ****, the regional sales representative, to the signing of the contract there were absolutely no hiccups.The solar panel installation went very smoothly. The installation crew were courteous, timely and very clean. There was no cleanup I had to take care of once the installation was complete.My local power company, LCEC, took their time scheduling the solar panel and brains of the operation inspection. Once they did arrive, all solar components passed inspection and the green light was given for activation.My solar panels were activated shortly after the inspection, and my house is now fully solar powered. By completing this solar conversion, I will save over $3000 a year.I highly recommend Better Earth solar. I interviewed several solar companies, and this by far was the best deal. If you live in ******* like I do, why wouldnt you consider solar?

    Had been thinking about solar for a while. Never really got excited about it or pushed forward with it. **** our sales rep simply walked up my driveway and had a chat with me while I was working. Pretty much convinced me on the spot. Had a zoom meeting to discuss the details. Install was great, guys were in and out in 4 hours, everything passed city inspection first time around and very please with service. Great communication and service from ****, and Better Eartth Team. Highly recommend.

    Absolute Garbage company!!!No one knows what they are doing over there. Nothing will get done if you go with this company. They will have you sign the same paper work over and over because the keep losing what I signed. Then after 8 months of waiting I finally had an install scheduled for them to come out and partially install and then they took over a month to come back to finish. In that time they let credit expire and know asking for me to sign the same paper work again as if they never asked 5 times already. This is a joke. I have worked in construction, i understand how projects go but no one knows what they are doing. The owner of this company is moron and has no business running this company. If you have a project with these idiots cancel it immediately.

    Going Solar was a learning experience. There are many departments within the BetterEarth company and there is the involvement of Southern California ****** and your city inspector. It is a very complicated process with multiple players that need to sync together. There were problems with my Solar process. But I was lucky to have my sales people, ************************* and ****** St. ***** as my advocates to go to bat for me when I needed help. My Solar System has been in operation for 1.5 billing cycles. I am enjoying using my air conditioner when the weather is hot as opposed to sweltering to avoid the high energy costs. At the end of the Solar process, everything is working like it should. The first half billing cycle gave me a $22 credit and the second full billing cycle gave me a $56 credit. Before Solar, my bill averaged $225 a month. However, 3 years ago my average bill was $80. SCE has proposed a 40% rate increase over the next 5 years and fee of an additional $56 monthly service fee a month if you make less than $180,000. This service fee is basically a gift to SCE for you being their customer. I am glad I went **********************. I am glad that ************************* and ****** St. ***** are my sales representatives for Better Earth. And I am glad I went with Better Earth because in the end everything works as it should and they were the only company that would install a solar system on my metal Cal PAC roof without re-roofing.

    I always believe in sharing honest feedback, and unfortunately, my experience with BetterEarth Solar has been less than satisfactory.From the onset, the solar installation process was riddled with setbacks. The project took several months longer than initially estimated, with multiple failed county inspections. This not only caused delays but added unnecessary stress to the whole experience. However, my biggest concern has been a billing discrepancy.I was charged an additional $700 for a subpanel that was never installed. Recognizing this mistake, I reached out to BetterEarth's customer service and, over the course of several months, have spoken to them on no less than 10 occasions. Each time, I was assured that the reimbursement was on its way, yet months later, I have yet to see a refund.While I understand that businesses can sometimes encounter challenges, it's the way they handle these situations that truly showcases their commitment to customers. Sadly, my experience with BetterEarth Solar has been one of broken promises and unmet commitments.I would urge potential customers to proceed with caution and thoroughly review all charges and services provided. As of now, I'm still waiting for the reimbursement and resolution that I was promised multiple times.

    We have had a terrible experience with better earth.Better Earth, sales misrepresented what we were going to receive. We have written communications that stated that our system would be installed in 90 days (6 months). They stated that we would receive a panel upgrade ($2500), we did not receive the upgrade and they charged us for it anyways. Better Earth stated that we would be reimbursed for our payments when our system wasn't hooked up to the grid (we have not been reimbursed). They also charged us an additional $2500.00 for trenching (ground system) that we did not receive.We have been in contact with the company numerous times, and nothing has been resolved. they refuse to reimburse us for the panel. And they "keep" mailing the check for the payment reimbursement (4 times).

We see that your system is now activated and that one our escalation specialists went over the separate costs for your trenching, septic dot map, and system relocation. We never want to charge homeowners for anything they did not receive, and after review everything seems to add up with your project.     About to be 3 months since the installation was completed and I am still pending final inspection for the activation of the service. If the survey would have been properly done, they wouldn't had have to resend drawings to the city for re-approval. Spent an hour the other day on the phone trying to get a hold of customer service and even though it was supposed to be my turn, nobody was actually taking my call. They have automated processes just to avoid dealing with the customers and provide an actual solution. Now, the financing company is hitting me up every other day about the upcoming payment, and also a girl called ***** is texting me every other week asking me to refer them to other people. Can't wait to be done with "Better" Earth and their snail speed progress and hopefully be able to make use of the $60000 on solar panels.
