    We are extremely satisfied with the service that we received from Better Earth. It has been 16 months since we installed our solar panel and it has been working fine as we were promised. The sales representative ************** was very professional and friendly. If anybody is interested in installing solar panel I would recommend Better Earth. Overall we had a great experience with them.

    Weve had our panels for about 10 months now. Our experience with Better Earth was smooth and easy going. ****** was very knowledgeable and walked us through every step, regularly checking in on us throughout the process. Just about a month ago we got a call that Better Earth was alerted that one of our panels wasnt producing as much energy as it should and the very next day they sent someone out to service the panels. Were very happy with our choice in solar provider and recommend them to our friends and family!

    ****** and Better Earth were great to work with. The took care of the building and SRP permitting . The install only took a few hours and the system is working great. Its a good feeling to hear neighbors complaining about their huge electric bills, but not me any more.

    When I was getting the system installed, it was great. Now that I have a problem with the system, (it stopped working more than 2 weeks ago), it has been a horrendous experience. I can't get a straight answer and I've literally gone in circles trying to find out what is happening. Every time I talk to Chat, I get a different answer and nothing gets resolved. The information Chat has told me a couple of times conflicts with what I was told by a person the one time I was actually able to reach a person. I am still trying to resolve this issue and their **************** phones don't even work properly. I was offered to hold my place in line and did that once and no one ever called back. So, I called again and was told there were 4 callers in front of me. During the hold time, I went up and down in the number of callers ahead of me. It makes me question if there is even a person to answer the calls. Overall, the company is awful with regard to **************** and if I had known it was this horrible, I would have chosen a different company. It's summer, very hot, and therefore, we are using air conditioning a lot, and my solar hasn't been working for more than 2 weeks. It's disgraceful. If I could give the company a 0, I would, but then it won't show how bad the company is to work with.

    ****** is the absolute best! We love having solar but from start to finish, he made it seamless! My husband had a ton of questions and he was able to answer every single one. If we ever had concerns, he was there. So grateful he was the one who showed up that day! Our electric bill has mostly has credits monthly too!!!! Better Earth is the best!

    Had me sign loan application early July. They said this is not agreeing yet for Better Earth doing the solar.I told them I am not saying I want to choose them as the company for the installation.They said it was stopped because ******* didnt pass inspection.So they said they are not doing the solar panels. I am not wanting to choose them because they have a lot of complaints that dont seem resolved.7-19-23
