    On Nov 24, 2024, I placed an order to the company Temu for some items. Everything was going smoothly until the company piggy ship picked up my packages to deliver them to me first foremost the order was extremely late. They werent updating where the packages were where they were at in the process or anything finally when they update the system on dec 8 it says my packages are out for delivery. I checked back a few hours later because I never received the package at all and it says invalid address package is taken back to the station not one worker contacted me or anything. My address is correct, funny how Ive had multiple other packages delivered but with them, they cant find it and nobody contacts me during all of this. Im trying to contact them multiple times every day and the phone line says the same thing we have a long wait and the phone hangs up .then when you try to contact them through their website, they dont even have that option. All they have is email when you try to email them they dont respond. I put in a ticket through **** to see what was going on and they come back to me today and said that the package is being shipped back to them because of an invalid address which is not true at all like I said, Ive gotten multiple other packages before For this company to lie and say that my address is invalid is absolutely up and ridiculous. Ive seen multiple other complaints on this company for the exact same thing and people not receiving their packages and for me to be contacting them for weeks and Im not responding or giving excuses as to why they wont pick up. The phone is just a big no absolutely not. I want something further being done. I want something being done to this company because this has been going on for far too long and it has happened to me now and I am absolutely livid. These were supposed to be Christmas packages and because of piggyship lying and not even bothering to contact me now nobody will receive Christmas gifts.

    Greetings,My item was delievered and left out in the open. As a reult, it must have been stolen because I don't have it. It was not placed in a secure locker nor left with the security guard nor left in the office with a leasing agent. I need my money back or my items delivered. Please.If the items are not placed in a secure locker they should be left with the securty guard or the front desk inside of the leasing office with an agent. You can see from the photo attached my item was left out in the open. The tracking number shows delivered at 106p. By the time I got home around 6p the item was not there. The green package is from Hike-Footwear.Please process a refund or my items.Thank you for your help and attention to this matter.Happy Holidays,EP

    I have placed two orders with Temu. Piggy ship was the delivery carrier who stole both packages. I have reached out to piggy ship by email and phone about this issue and nothing was done or no one reached back out. This company should not be able to deliver anymore of people packages if they have a grade f from the better business bureau. **** have this company under their umbrella and its not fair to the customer to pay for items from Temu and delivery fees just for piggy ship to keep updating saying your package is out for delivery and you still dont receive your items.

    After multiple terrible experiences with PiggyExpress, I feel compelled to let you know that they are simply an abysmal last mile fulfillment agency. Since May, they have failed to deliver 8 packages correctly. The worst of these were 5 packages in a single attempt, and they lost all 5. It took many weeks to work through the cleanup of that issue. In September, October, and December each time they have delivered a package, it has taken 3 attempts (yes, each time).It takes weeks to get a response via email. Their phone system always has over 30 people on hold, and hangs up after ten minutes. It is simply impossible to get through to a human over there.

    My wife ordered a package for my daughter using my credit card, name and address. Her name is ****** ******. She is contacting you because she ordered a package from ************************ they used Yunexpress shipping from *****, the last mile provider was Piggyshipping****** Their last mile "delivery driver" stole my package. He took pictures of the "rental office" which is a door next to the door to enter the apartment building. The picture is clearly from his car, he also took pictures of the package clearly sitting on the lap. There is no picture of him leaving the package outside on the ground by the rental office even. He clearly took the picture to make it look like he had the delivered it but in all actually did not. I am including the the tracking number for Piggy Shipping specifically.

    Ordered a package November 17th and the items I ordered are being delivered by this company and they keep saying they will deliver the package everyday and they dont. I call and they tell me the package keeps going back to their warehouse or that the delivery driver has not even attempted to deliver the package or that its an invalid address. This is ridiculous. I have called everyday and everyday I get a different answer and no one can get my package delivered and I paid for these items.

    I placed an order with TEMU on 11/14/24. The item was shipped via Piggy Ship on 11/16/24. It has said "Out for delivery" since 11/24/24. No attempt has been made for delivery to me. I reached out to Piggy Ship to locate my package. I called and they hung up on me without answering at all. I contacted through chat and the first ****** was very rude.

    I am filing a complaint regarding Piggy Ship for their repeated failure to deliver packages, lack of transparency, and poor customer service. Below are the incidents I have faced:First Package (AliExpress Order)Order Date: September 29, 2024 PG2423146135033847 Issue: Despite receiving confirmation that Piggy Ship had received my package, it was never delivered. I contacted their customer support repeatedly and was brushed off. After persistent follow-ups, I finally received a response on October 10, stating, "Your package is lost," without any meaningful explanation or compensation.Second Package (** *** Order)Order Date: November 18, 2024 YT2430921272080016 Piggy Ship confirmed receipt of this package but, as of today, it has not moved or been delivered. I was emailed the same generic response they used previously, stating my package was lost. This is unacceptable, especially given their repeated failures.Pattern of Poor Service:Upon investigating, I discovered numerous similar complaints online, including on the BBB website. Customers frequently report packages being "lost" and allege harassment or threats from the company if they question their practices or refuse to comply with their demands. This raises serious concerns about the company's operations and ************** a consumer, I expect professionalism, transparency, and accountability from any service provider. Piggy Ship has failed on all fronts, scammed people and their behavior erodes trust in their business. I request the BBB to investigate their practices and take appropriate action.

    I placed an order off of TikTok shop, who utilizes PiggyShip to deliver packages. I did not receive my package; it was delivered to the wrong address, I know this because the delivery photos show a house that is not mine. When I went to the house it was delivered to, the owner of the house said that he saw the person deliver the package, take a picture of the delivery and then put the package back in his car. I have attempted to reach out to Piggy to resolve this issue, but their response is it says it has been delivered. If you look at the delivery photos, you can see the house number is different than my address, which is clearly labeled on the package. When I reached out to the shops that I purchased from, they told me to reach out to Piggy Ship for a resolution, because the package had been marked as delivered.

    This business delivered my package to the wrong door and address, failed to notify me of the attempted delivery at 11 AM CST until after 5 PM CST, and refuses to respond to any of my inquiries.They quite literally didn't provide the service I PAID for, and will not respond to any of their customers after leaving my package in an open busy road where I DONT LIVE.
