    I placed several orders through **** which uses multiple delivery companies. Piggyship is currently in possession of 2 orders that they have failed to deliver. The first package stated my address was invalid. I contacted them as my address is correct and valid. It pulls up on **** and in ****** Maps. I both called and emailed the company on 11/10/24 and requested the driver contact me if he has trouble. The next day, I got another delivery notice that it could not be completed due to not having an access code. I do not live in a gated community and there is no access code to my building.When I called the customer service, the man that answered the phone was not speaking to me for about 2 full minutes and instead I could hear him typing and belching before he ever even acknowledged I was on the line. He was not very helpful, and obviously my issue has not been corrected since they are still not delivering my packages. I feel they are doing whatever they can to avoid delivering the packages. It also appears there are several others that have the same issue with this company when I researched them online.Tracing Number: PG2431050167367654 In Delivery Package failed to be delivered.     I placed an order from an online company. Apparently the item was coming from *****. The whole tracking process was fine, until PiggyShip got it. The item got stuck in Processing in their warehouse in *******. I tried contacting them and after multiple attempts and finally getting them on the phone, they just said that I had to wait. I called again and they said that the item was still in **********. Then the next time they said the item was no where to be found. Then one last call and they said that the item was Out for Delivery so I should get it that same day. After a week and half of those calls, I didnt get my item, and now when I try to contact them, they are a bit rude on the online chat and on the phone. They just want to end the chat/call right away, and sometimes they just hung up. I offered myself to go pick it up at their warehouse, but no one wants to give me the physical address. They are not responding to any of my emails, and then after all this, I realized this is a company where everybody complains about the same issues. I would like to report them as fraud or scammers. Now I need to get a refund, but they are not being helpful either, so most likely I lost my money and my time. This situation has to stop!

    They have held my package for weeks now! They keep telling me they have it in their warehouse and will expedite shipping and I have not received yet!

    I place an order on tik tok shop October 1st. By October 16th I was advise my package will be delivered through a company called *************. On their website it stated my package was out for delivery on October 17th which was not true. Ive call numerous times as well as sent emails and each time Ive received a sorry answer. They couldnt tell me where my package is and as of today I called and the representative informed me that they loss connection with the driver and they will mark my package as lost. This company steals peoples packages and provided no help. There is no escalation process and no way to speak to a manager. Worse company Ive ever worked with. They seriously need to go out of business.

    On Thursday 1017 I was informed that I had an order out for delivery through this carrier before 9 AM. I never received a package this day. On Friday 1018 I attempted to contact piggy shipping via phone on two separate occasions and was hung up on prior to being able to get assistance. On Monday 1021. I contacted piggy shipping again and was informed my order was out for delivery again. This will have made it day five that my order was out for delivery with this company. I waited and checked updates on my package up until at 7:30 at night on Monday 1021. There was no updates on piggy shipping or on the original Temu app that I had ordered from originally. In this timeframe, Temu has informed me on multiple occasions that they have tried to work with the carrier. I have all documented information and conversations with this shipping carrier. All communications have taken place with one representative. This representative has now told me that because I am reaching out trying to find my package that they will be delaying my package for another two days. This is absolutely unacceptable. Ive asked them where I can pick up my items being. I do not trust that my item will return to me being that it shouldve been delivered six days ago at this point.

    This company has repeatedly said they attempted deliver or delivered a package when they did not. Not able to contact the company for help.

    The delivery driver marked ny order as a failed delivery attempt because the gate was closed. They failed to go to the leasing office to request an access code or request to get buzzed in. no phone call was made to ask me for an access code. i tried reaching out to request another delivery but was kept on hold for 6 hrs and still no answer. i tried emailing their customer service and no response either. i tried checking as much as i can on the tracking and no updates were made. im hoping the delivery driver didnt steal my order.

    Order was shipped via piggyship and the delivery date was 10/5/2024. The tracking number showed that it was not able to be delivered because I live in a remote area except I live in the suburbs with an easily accessible house. I emailed the company and they could not tell me if it would be redelivered and they stopped responding after the first email when they told me they didnt know if it would be delivered at all.

    I ordered two separate packages from this company. Both on September 9th. After not receiving my packages that were said to be arriving on the 16th of September I received no notification about the packages whereabouts. I then proceeded to call customer service, waiting on hold for about an hour, asking what has happened to my packages only to be told they were delayed. After asking them if they can give me an expected an updated date/time for delivery, they said it was up to the manager to decide. With our giving me any information on the whereabouts of my packages.
