1 starDO NOT BUY from CyberPowerPC! You WILL be sorry! I wish I read the BBB reviews on this company before I purchased from them! I made that a mistake!!!I ordered expedited shipment from the start because I needed this PC for my work. After weeks of waiting they told me that I was not eligible for fast shipment on this PC, after I already paid for it! Then they told me that if I wanted more memory, it would be super easy, but I would have to install it myself. Which ended up being false, and my PC could not support more memory! Then when they finally shipped the machine, it was missing several other parts I had ordered, including the sound card! And from DAY 1 after getting the machine, I had nonstop problems. Popping sounds on the MB sound card (which should have been a sound blaster in the first place), USB failure, Bluetooth instability, slow booting, overall lag and poor performance, all while using top end components with a top end price tag! Total TRASH! I called them several times over and over, and wasted countless hours on the phone. Yet they failed to resolve my issues. Finally the *** failed and would no longer boot! Amazingly this final failure was a few weeks after their warranty expired! After all this I gave them an opportunity to make things right again. I called them and once again spent more time on the phone and explained my situation, which they also saw and said was well documented. To sum up the call, they essentially told me that I was a sucker for buying a computer from them, theres nothing they will do for me, and thank you for my money!The sad part is, they will continue to scam people as many reviews like this will go unread. Im sorry in advance for anyone else who falls victim to the CyberPower SCAM!!! Hopefully someone can shut this company down before they rip more people off!Review fromDavid C

1 starCyberPowerPC is a SCAM. I ordered a gaming PC for my wife, and the *** liquid cooler tube literally randomly came loose from the *** and spilled liquid everywhere. All the parts from Motherboard, GPU, ***, to the *** were ruined. I called their support as well as filed an online request ticket, and they were incredibly rude. The employee immediately shut me down saying that they would not do anything and if I wanted it fixed under RMA I would have to pay for parts and shipping, which would be effectively the cost of a new PC. They were incredibly rude, asked me to go to dispute it with their disputes department, and refused to email me a response or any form of written documentation. I will definitely escalate this legally as they have effectively sold me a defective product with no intention to fix it at all, and now I am down $2000 with nothing to show for it. The employee hung up on me and cut me off when I asked for an email confirmation.Review fromCORY W

1 starDONT ORDER FROM THEM!! I went to their website because I researched gaming ** builders and they came up as highly rated by the reviewing company. After coming here and reading the reviews, I see that the ** reviewer was paid for their "review".Their agreement and current policies should be considered illegal. I attempted to have them build me a custom ** for my 14 YO sons bday. I spent about 2 days running through the options, checking specs to see it would work for gaming, streaming, and content creation, all to run into a wall called their ******************* Their policy states that you cannot have a different mailing address and a different billing address. The site allows you to place the order with the two different addresses.After I placed my order, I received an email stating the order was on hold. I emailed them back and explained in great detail that I have no other option, other than to place an order with the two different address. This is for safety reasons. They explain they will accept two different addresses if its through Paypal or Amazon pay, but I do not use those sites, nor will I ever, so it makes no sense to risk my PII by creating a website I will use once.Non existent customer service.Here is the auto generated email:Hello,We regret to inform you that due to our current shipping policy, we're unable to proceed with your purchase as we can only ship to the billing address linked with your card account. We apologize for the inconvenience and the temporary suspension of shipments to alternate addresses.To assist you, we offer the following options:1)Reorder with PayPal or Amazon Pay: These options allow you to specify a different shipping address during checkout.2)Wire Transfer: Alternatively, you can use wire transfer for payment. Please inform us if you choose this method.We apologize for any frustration this may cause and appreciate your understanding. 1 starThis is the worst company ever and should of checked with this website first. I bought a **** dollar computer and was suppose to come with Extra Case Fans: 3X 120mm APEVIA 120mm Addressable RGB 1200RPM Fans w/ Hub + Remote Controller It came with the fans, but they were rigged together and did not come with hub or remote. They also did not put clips on wires to hold together, but used electric tape. The fan manufacture confirmed they just rigged the fans together. Not only that it is a gaming PC and when buying the ********, they put the slowest drive on the market designed for storage not speed designed for gaming. I contacted support and would not help me at all. Stay away from this company.I had to buy another computer case and more fans, so I could get a hub to control all them.Review fromDon R

1 starI bought a top of the line pc on Cyber Monday, and I was super excited to receive it.I had a conversation with them about the case fans, paid $96 extra to fill the slots in the full tower case, paid $60 extra for their "professional wiring", and was promised it would be built just like I specified. Instead they didn't install the extra fans at all, and the parts weren't even included with the shipment! Now I have to fight with them to ship me the fans, rip apart the pc, figure out how to wire them up, and put it back together myself, completely defeating the point of paying someone else to do it.I paid for upgrading packaging to prevent damage during shipping. The foam they put inside had such extreme pressure on the motherboard and gpu that I could barely get it out. It was more dangerous than anything that could happen in shipping.To add insult to injury, I was emailed an ad from them about the gpu I bought having a $200 instant rebate the day after I bought it. (It's now $300 off.)The only response has been to ask me to send pictures of the pc. There's absolutely no attempt to make things right or any indication they are shipping me the $96 of parts they forgot to install.It's a real disappointment for such an expensive pc. 1 starIf they send you a poorly built computer and you ask for a refund within 2 hours of delivery. They will give you a refund but shipping is at your expense. They are charging customers to send their own poorly built machines back. I am not out 69$ for their mistake. Terrible customer service, and terrible policies.Review fromDonnie M

1 starDont buy anything from this company, last month I bought a pc that was lost by **** I was on top of it and noticed that the package wasnt moving and got an investigation started. The investigation ended 22 days ago. I was told the person incharge of *** shipping would be giving me a call no call. So I have been calling and everytime I do the person that I need to talk to is not there. So I call another day also not there. I have been calling at different times and different days of the week trying to reach someone who could help me. There is no one I ask if there is someone there that can help me nope only this one person deals with **** I called *** and they tell me that the investigation was completed 22 days ago and they are waiting for the sender to complete and send in paper work. At this point I just want this experience to be over and be refunded the money that I paid since the sender doesnt care about customer service.Review fromJohn R

1 starNEGATIVE 5 STAR RATING!!! DO Not Purchase from **********. Their Policy should be illegal. Purchased a new gaming laptop ** from ********** for my sons 16 year birthday. ****** arrived and would not turn on. I attempted all trouble shooting guides found on their website. However, no luck and pc will not turn on. Emailed them due to it being on a Saturday. You might as well expect to wait ***** hours for a response. I called the customer service number first thing on Monday a.m. at 10:00 a.m CST 8:00 a.m. PST as 8:00 a.m. is listed as their open time on the email that was sent with the purchase. It would ask to leave a message. I attempted to call multiple times to no avail. Finally called at 8:42 a.m. PST and someone answered. Informed me that they do not open until 8:30. Great start to the process.While talking to the tech she informed me that I would need to start a return and get a RMA#. Once they received the ** and processed the return, I could then get a refund. The process would take **** business days from the date they received the **. At that point I would also need to place an order for a new unit to be delivered. Well, the icing on the cake was that I would be required to pay for return shipping to them or I had the option to pay them $69 to send me a return label. I asked that since this has seriously been in my possession for hours and never worked from the gate and it was my pocket that needed to pay for their mistake. It was indeed my only option.I have opted to pay for shipping the ** at my expense. I will not be purchasing a replacement ** from them and will be going with someone else. Their customer/Tech support is nothing to brag about. Their policies are atrocious in today's market. It clearly states that each ** is assembled by their quality techs and shipped. Somone must not have done their job and ensured that it was in a working state prior to shipping and now I am out more cash just to escape a relationship with this horrible company.Review fromChristian K

1 starPurchased a $2700 Custom-PC from them. Worked well for a few months, aside from the ****C cable being broken, then noticed the *** wasn't boosting properly under load. Sent it back and it was fixed. Well, now, the *** is giving off a burning smell any time it is under load.Previously, I had purchased 5 different computers from a different brand and never had any issues with them. The price was slightly higher, but CyberPowerPC just doesn't compare in terms of quality. Will not purchase from them again.Review fromRussell B

1 starNO Stars for this place company that will run you around and around to solve a problem. that they want to ignore you and ignore you from a machine that only lasted. what a wasted time and energy.. I should have just bought the pieces and built it my self. THEY DO NOT STAND BE HIND THERE WORK.
