      My A/C has gone out. I have called and filed a claim numerous times today, with no response from service. It is only 100+ degrees outside. I would call this an emergency. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

      Poor communication service Poor place to get a warranty through they all work together they dont wanna pay for my transmission service saying I didnt keep up with my maintenance on my car and they lien I have proof than ***** in claims told me on 9/5/23 that if I can show proof of any maintenance on m car that my claim should go through now that I called back today they have a different story so Ive reached out to a lawyer and calling the better business bureau and at that I pay the highest paying plan they are ******** and all the reps are bs

      Horrible service. Absolutely disappointed. Disabled veteran here. Called to start up the coverage plan. Multiple people talking in the background. After 6 minutes of background talking ******* finally says something. Ridiculous. Not one representative said anything about coverages and was automatically put on a plan. No extra services or anything. Paid the money thinking I was covered. ** decides to give out after it being 95+ degrees out everyday. So I made a claim about it. MONEY CAME OUT OF MY POCKET HAVING INSPECTORS COME OUT AND LOOK AT THE **** AND TELL ME THE PROBLEM. OVER A WEEK OF BEING ALMOST ******************************************************************* AFTER I SENT THEM THE DIAGNOSTIC A DAY LATER THAT THE ONLY PART THAT I NEED IS NOT COVERED. Sitting in this hellhole with my dogs is miserable. They cant even enjoy being outside too long because its too hot inside and out. Highly recommend to not use this service. No wonder there's a lawsuit against them.

      I do not recommend them. No transparency during the sale. The sales person keeps saying it will cost only $189. Not even once mentioned that it will be $189/month. He mentioned that I can cancel anytime within a month but I received the booklet after 2 months so didnt know about extra charge until then. I could give them 0 stars if the system allows.

      Its been 3 weeks since my stove was leaking gas , causing a high carbon monoxide leak that resulted in the oven door completely shattering once the fire department got there. Ive been checking the status of my claim only for them to keep saying they dont have a tech for me yet. Then even told me to call world pool and see if they can come look at it? What part dont you understand the fire department and peoples gas said the stove is dangerous and I CANNOT USE IT ANYMORE. Its crazy how these people will send out notifications for payment and take their payments faithfully from your account but cant keep their end of the bargain. I pray to god they can do something soon because my kids need a home cooked meal!

      Just another rip-off warranty company. Took 2 years' worth of payments (in advance!) for a service contract. 4 months in and my A/C died. Was repaired on June 28, 2023, after I had to find my own repair company because they couldn't send someone out for at least 3 to 5 days! In JUNE? In **? Really? Took all the way to today (8/21/23) with hours of waiting on hold, dozens of emails for them to finally say "Sorry we can't cover that!" So a senior on a budget had to fork out $1250!! And the kick in the guts? The "cancellation refund" they say I will get in 3 to 6 months will be pro-rated! Legalese for "If we decide to give you any of your money back there won't be much left after our fees and costs!" ***************** terrible people, terrible business practices, just all-around bad company and they should be held accountable for fleecing us seniors.

      I have been waiting for a week to have my house a/c repaired. No follow updates from this company. I told them this is a emergency as inside my house is over 90 degrees. They tell me they can't find any company to service my house. Told me to do the search and pay for repairs then get reimbursed. This is not acceptable.

      I made a claim on 7/13/2023 and have not heard anything yet. I was sold the policy under false pretenses, I was told it was a one time fee only to discover I was paying more than $150 more than my mother who went through another company for more coverage. The only times I have spoken with anyone is by calling them, and waiting on hold for a minimum of 15 minutes for customer service, and 35 minutes to speak with someone in the claims department. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because ZERO was not available and customer service reps were very nice, just not very helpful at all. I would highly recommend you avoid this company and I will be filing a claim against them with the **** ********** of **********

      I'm new to this home warranty group as I purchased my home in May of this year, and I haven't had good luck so far with my warranty claim. My central air went out on July 3rd in *****, I called to file a claim, was on hold over 1 hour to be told I would get a email to submit photos, model/serial number and state the problem. THEN my claim will be reviewed and I would be notified of service repair. I don't have days to wait for repair when the temperatures are in 100's. I had to contact a repair company on my own and pay $541 for the motor being out.(still waiting to see if I get reimbursed). Now my aerobic water system needs attention, been on hold over 45 minutes for a "specialist" to answer so I can report this. This is somewhat of an emergency due to the septic tanks close to being filled, when we flush the toilet you can hear water gurgle in the shower drain. My booklet says I can report a claim online, however you go to the website and it does not allow you to file a claim online. Getting frustrated and ready to cancel. I pay my bill on time, I would expect better service than this. Integrity should not advertise filing a claim to be Fast and Easy, it is everything but that, I'm very frustrated at this time.

      Horrible business. Deducts money on time but unable to provide services requested. Repeated request and claims made. No one answering phone nor following up. Feels like a scam
