I recommend Integrity for anyone who is looking for a great Home Warranty , As a woman myself it can be very stressful to locate a technician for any repairs or services , its very heart warming to help customers during difficult times.

      I canceled my service with their home warranty department, frankly because I found another company that provided the same, if not more services, for less. Each time I called to see if their plan covered something I would be told it was not a covered service. So when I found another company that was less expensive that indicated the items in question would have been covered, I switched services. I called six days into the month and canceled, but the person who took my cancelation kept trying to get me to keep the service. I get that, but he would not take "no" for an answer until I finally got frustrated with him and respectfully told him so and asked for him to just cancel the service. He then became rude canceled the service and hung up. This was six days into the month, however, that month's payment had already been deducted from my account. When I realized my account had not been credited for the extra payment I called and inquired, I was informed that because I did not ask for a refund and I canceled after the funds had been deducted I was not *********** a refund. I was told that I could not even get a prorated amount either. Basically, this company kept 25 days of payment because I did not specifically say I wanted my unused money back. I am not proud to say it, but after hearing that, I was the one who became rude and over-talked the person. Sometimes there is only so much poor customer service one can talk. If I could I would give them a 0.

      You pay a ton of money to start up coverage with these guys and have to pay huge payments yet they will not cover you or help at all during the refundable period so when they do start coverage its too late to get a refund but you wont know if it will work for you. My heater went ou in **** go in fall and they just said tough luck. This is definitely a scam and should be avoided. They also dont work well with contractors. My father has worked with them in the past and they dont cover basic issues they claim they do.

      My A/C has gone out. I have called and filed a claim numerous times today, with no response from service. It is only 100+ degrees outside. I would call this an emergency. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

      Poor communication service Poor place to get a warranty through they all work together they dont wanna pay for my transmission service saying I didnt keep up with my maintenance on my car and they lien I have proof than ***** in claims told me on 9/5/23 that if I can show proof of any maintenance on m car that my claim should go through now that I called back today they have a different story so Ive reached out to a lawyer and calling the better business bureau and at that I pay the highest paying plan they are ******** and all the reps are bs
