      Integrity! I don't think so! I called them during business hours only to be greeted by a recording that advised me to call back during business hours, but of course it was during business hours. They said to press 7 for an emergency which I did. Someone then answered. But she said it was the answering service. I told her I needed to talk to someone right away. Her response to that was a snotty I would need to call back when their lines cleared up. I then called the number to purchase a new warranty , and of course you guessed it, they answered right away. When I was purchasing this warranty they must have emphasized at least 10 times how they are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. I am further angered that this is the company that Quicken Loans endorses. What a bunch of double speak. I guess I'm just not lucky enough to have the experience the 5 star raters below had with this company. $3500 for 3 years!!! I of course will be cancelling. No truth in marketing, NO INTEGRITY, what a joke.

      I was extremely happy to work with ************ she was very attentive, very clear very thorough very friendly. She managed to help me and shes an excellent customer service representative.

      ***** was a rock star!! After 8 months of them telling us our bank was denying payments (which they were not), ***** figured out they had old payment info. Got it corrected and we are so happy!!

      I have been extremely satisfied with my experience with Integrity home warranty! The best part is also the worst part, when my air conditioner broke, they were there to help me fix it. However I live is a very rural area so a technician was difficult to find and dispatch so the process took quite a while. Nonetheless i paid my $75 service fee and got the necessary repairs and was on my merry way.

      Horrible customer service. Called to cancel a home warranty and the customer support kept interrupting me and disregarding what I was asking. He claims he was being helpful and informative - I get it. I listened to what he had to say and still wanted to cancel. He kept dismissing the simple fact that I wanted to cancel and continued to talk over me and give me the informatin over and over. He finally told me he would get a manager's help in cancelling and left me on hold for 10 minutes. Had to hang up and call again. The other customer support person ALSO kept asking questions over and over after telling him I wanted to cancel. Not sure what customer support means to them but if that's their definition, they need to have it redefined.

      I was extremely happy with my experience. I have just moved to ** and purchased an older home. I decided to take out a home warranty thru Integrity Admin group, "just in case". Unfortunately, my HVAC unit broke down. They were very helpful on the phone with directions on what I needed to do to get any coverage benefits. In fact, they got back to me within days. I received a benefit within a week of submitting a benefit for someone to come out and give me a recommendation and repairs. Unfortunately, the repairs did not last long and now I have to replace the unit. After emailing my agent, she took care of opening a new claim, forwarding that claim for review and approval and I have been told it was approved and my check is in the mail. I was so very thankful that I got this warranty. It is definitely helping with the cost of a replacement unit. Thank you so much *****************************

      On February 13 2023 I spoke with *************************** on an issue with my policy ,******************************* went out of her way to fix the problem and reassure my Wife and myself that this issue would be no problem.On February 14 2023 At 10:30 am I received a call back from *************************** problem Solved ! I can't say enough about the professionalism and courtesy from **************** and her representation for Integrity /Omega ! I've been with Omega for 3 years and 3 different vehicles covered ! The company is awesome! And let's not forget the Supervisor **************************** he went out of his way to make sure the matter at hand was resolved! I'm a professional courtesy way! I can't say enough in this paragraph! If you are in need of a great warranty protection plan! This is your Company! Sincerely *************************! .Thank You!
