      I bought a home warranty on July 16 2022 for $**** I tried to place a claim 12 2022 for a broke ceiling fan , that they said was covered. They said someone would call me in 24 hours. I waited tow days I called again e retime I called I spoke to a Mr ******** was told they could not find a repair person in my area, I tried to exsplained I had a handicap son who likes the fan over his head so I went out and bought a fan and hired a person to install it . I called again to cancel my policy as per my contract . Mr ***** said I would get the entire $2900 back in 7 To 10 Days that did not happen I called several times and was told the refund was sent to my bank my bank said it did not happen , they lied my wife got very upset and ended ** in hospital after maybe losing $**** I need to try to get it back this is my first attempt I asked for a corporate phone number they said. They could not give out the number it cost me so much dealing with integrity adman group My wife and I need help

      I spoke with ***** on the phone. She was polite but I wouldn't say particularly kbowledgable. You could tell she was reading from a script much of the time and anytime I asked a question she didn't know the answer to, she needed to reach out for answers, which isn't necessarily bad, just a bit annoying as it lengthened the call. Maybe she was new. I transferred the warranty from my old vehicle to a new one. I'm hoping I don't have problems with the company if I have a claim as many of the reviews are bad. But, she did call me back a day later to follow up so that was nice. We will see how it goes.

      This company is all smoke and mirrors only out for a sale! Not worthy of 1 star in my opinion. Had a warranty paid 18 of 24 month on new car coverage got another new car do to someone hitting and totalling mines got the same year new car and they said I must start over on coverage? 24 more months of payment to get 3 year no payments? The customer service manager was rude, and kept using scare tactics "if your car breaks down.." once had the dealership call in for a claim and they refused to speak with them. Should of left this company a long time ago. Do yourself a favor cut ties with these people or don't sign up pay a little more with a reputable company and save yourself the headache in the long run

      I have been a customer for about 14 months and I had to put a claim in I called and spoke with ********************** And she was very calm and polite and was able to answer my questions which was so helpful having someone on the phone thats kind and knowledgeable while Im dealing with this struggle Thanks again ********* You made me feel like I picked the best warranty company for my family car because as you know theres competition out there but I highly recommend Integrity

      The company is TRASH. I am an ******************* member and they do not care. I was told that I am entitled because I serve this country. They did not explain that it will be 30 days ***** perios before I am able to make a claim on my home. I purchased this home in September *********************** ****** for the ** Navy. I moved into my home on November 7th in ********. I did not know of any preexisting conditions when I moved into my home. The supervisor was rude. You do not tell a female to calm down and then say "Have a good day sweetheart." I do not know this man to tell me that inappropriate statement. If you are a military member, they will tell you that you are entitled. I did not know that being in the military means that we are entitled. Be cautious, they are rude. I would not give them any stars if it were possible.

      Been trying to get someone for 4 days now....I have no heat and apparently they could care less...I've called multiple times...I will be canceling this policy as it is useless....

      So much for 24/7 service. My furnace went out over the weekend and tying to file a claim (since it was 9 degrees out) is impossible.

      I called due a death in the family, ***** LF was very helpful and explained the policy and what I needed to regarding the death to change over the policy as well as mailing me a copy. Kudos for great customer service!!!
