      ***** ********** was able to talk me through some ideas I had. He was relaxed and I felt no pressure, he had answers and suggestions. I called in expecting the run around but got a professional, which is refreshing. I would direct any claims questions towards *****. Hes the man.

      So thankful I purchased this warranty when bought my home. It comes in handy when appliances break. I had a crack on my stove top. After paying ***** for a tech to come out, they replaced my stove! ***** was so helpful throughout the whole process! Took care of my claim in a timely manner with absolute professionalism! Simply the best!

      I have nothing but good things to say about this company. My agent , ***, responded quickly and stayed in touch during the whole process. There were some glitches along the way, but not on his part. He was very understanding and patient. He was also very quick to pay once the job and paperwork was completed. I appreciate his diligence and support. It was a pleasure working with him.

      I appreciate your patience as we work to resolve your claim. Ive reviewed your claim thoroughly and wanted to provide a detailed update on its current status.


      On Friday, August 23, 2024, you contacted Integrity Claims regarding a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. We initially scheduled a service provider for September 4 but canceled that appointment on August 28 at your request, as you had found another provider who could attend to the issue sooner. This provider installed a hard start kit to get the unit running but did not determine the root cause of the failure.

      On September 5, you contacted us to dispatch another provider for a complete diagnosis. By September 12, our provider found that the compressor was faulty, and although the unit was operational, it was not performing optimally. We received this diagnosis on September 17 and approved your claim for $2,180.00 to cover the compressor replacement. However, a refrigerant charge required further approval from you, which you provided on September 24. The provider then proceeded to order the parts that day.

      Unfortunately, the compressor is on backorder. We understand the frustration this delay may cause, and while weve communicated this to you, we regret that we have no control over the parts supply timeline. Weve offered to either pay the estimated repair cost of $2,180.00 directly to you or continue waiting for the parts arrival. Youve chosen to wait, and well be ready to proceed as soon as its available. Please feel free to reach out to us if your preferences change.

      So far they have appropriately paid and fixed a few claims within abilities of repair teams in my area. I have been having a very hard time getting a hold of someone recently on any of the numbers given to me or on the website. This is very frustrating as I cannot even begin a claim if I can't reach the team.

      This company deserves NO stars, but deserves a comet to land on them. We paid thousands of dollars for this service and when we actually needed to use them they all of a sudden dont cover the need. We canceled the plan in June 2024 and are owed $3k+ and we call them almost daily since June and the reps are disgustingly rude, lying, interrupting and always ALWAYS ALWAYS says we sent the check and we never get it. Then we call again and again. They always say that a manager will call us back yet NEVER do. They are thieves and need to be shut down. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Im giving them 24 hours to prove issued check or i am reporting them to state/gov and getting a lawyer.

      This company is a total rip off! Is there less than 1 star...I started paying a monthly home warranty in October of 2023. My HVAC system had to be replaced in July of 2024. After multiple emails, and phone discussions, they have declined my request. They initially requested the contractor needed to provide a diagnosis for the replacement. I was informed by the contractor that the unit was 40 years old and parts were not available. They declined the request and stated I needed a specific part that failed. A second response from my contractor stated the failure due to ground compressor and possible electrical surge due to system age. I was told they do not cover electrical surge. Even though the base contract states that they have a replacement allowance of $1500 for equipment over 10 years old. This was my first and only claim. Completely frustrated with the process and lack of follow through. I submitted information multiple times and received an automated response stating they would bet back to me in 48 hours, which they never did.

      There home warranty is straight garbage please dont buy this s*** they dont pay for anything and just gladly take your money if you started it back out its trash service just scam artists payed for home warranty and they dont cover s***
