      And I am truly being generous with the one star! This warranty company took my monthly payments until I needed them to actually had a claim I submitted two claims in the middle of a 100 degree surge! My refrigerator and hvac both went out within a week of each other. It took a several days to get a service rep. for the fridge. For the **** I had to call an outside company do to lack of service by integrity. Within 4 weeks my fridge still was not fixed do to lack of contact (integrity verbiage). However, I had given authorization to complete my service. After deciding a month of opening and closing claims 3 times. I was finally told my claim was not going to be honored because my account was closed do to no payment. In short, because integrity failed to action my claim within a month and me deciding not to continue my wait and remitting payment after 30 days of inaction my account was closed and claims coverage was no longer valid even though my account was good during the period of the claim. This company is a ripoff! Run away fast and find a more reputable home warranty company asap!

      According to our records, your contract began on April 23, 2024, and payments ceased on July 23, 2024. During this period, you filed two claims. For the refrigerator claim, we authorized and paid $427.83 to the service provider on August 14, 2024, which was 24 days after your last payment was made on the contract.

      Regarding the air conditioner claim, the documentation provided by your maintenance technician did not specify the cause of the mechanical failure. The invoices submitted indicate that the units were functioning at the time of the maintenance service. Since our contract covers mechanical failures only, we are unable to process claims for units that were
      operational and without an identified cause of failure.

      Based on our records and calculations, the outcome of these transactions resulted in a net benefit of $148.85 to you.

      This company is one of the biggest thugs and thieves. if you complaint for any repair in your house anything they will simply answer it is not covered. So don't ever buy any warranty from them they are just making fool and ripping off peoples hard earned money. I really had a very bed experience with them.

      Integrity Admin Group attempts to complete and pay all claims that are covered under warranty, unfortunately the repairs requested were not listed as covered in your policy. The staff has attempted to call you a few times to see if this issue could be mutually resolved to your satisfaction. Please call the claims department ************ and request to speak to the claims manager for assistance. Thank you

      We purchased the Platinum plan and were told it had the best coverage they offer. Our A/C went out that year and they denied our coverage. Next our plumbing lines were leaking and we had a plumber tell us our pressure regulator go out. This cost $800. The insurance denied this claim also. They did not even call us. We had to call them and follow up to ask. They had closed the claim unbeknownst to us. Now our water heater is not working. We are assuming this problem will not be covered either. This company is a complete scam. Do Not buy with them!

      Is there a 0... YES.. ZERO RATING!!We have been without A/C for a month now. We have been getting the run around with claim number after claim number!. They have done NOTHING absolutely nothing to help us get our A/C running. In fact, they contacted us saying they could not find an electrician in our area so they asked us to get one. I called and got an electrician that day! He did his part! That was 2 weeks ago!! We need a NEW COMPRESSOR! Integrity is NOT a reputable company whatsoever! And they call themselves INTEGRITY!!! They have ZERO INTEGRITY and ZERO CONCERN for their clients! Integrity...you've messed with the wrong people! I'm reporting you to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!

      Fraudulent company. The sales rep ******** new homeowners into believing they would cover basic repairs such as plumbing, electrical, etc. But when its time to pay the bill they refuse all claims. Do not sign up to Integrity Admin Group!
