Our records indicate that the disputed account(s) does not appear on the consumers current Experian credit report. A copy of the current Experian credit report is being mailed directly to the consumer for review.
By federal law, consumers personal credit report must list all organizations that have requested the consumers credit history. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), entities who have certified to Experian that they have a permissible purpose may inquire about credit information. For example,organizations that have granted the consumer credit or with whom the consumer has applied for credit, or entities collecting on transactions that the consumer initiated or on judgments rendered against the consumer, are permitted to make inquiries on the consumers credit report. Requests for the consumers credit history remain on the personal credit report for at least two years.

Recently I applied for a Home through a first home owners programs and was denied because of my credit. I reached out to Experian in regards to these inquires and was told to contact the original creditor which i did and didnt get much help. I disputed with Experian to have them reinvestigate these inquires and was told to send in a copy of my CFPB report and or a police report. A few months back I tried applying for a home loan and got denied because of my credit. I pulled my report and noticed i had inquires that was not authorized by me or from me. The inquires are as follows. Experian told me I need to contact the original creditor which I did and didnt get any help. So I disputed with Experian once again and was told to file a CFPB report along side a FTC report. Dear Better Business Bureau I am writing a complaint about Experian I have sent a letter on 08/05/22 stating I was having some accounts and information that did not belong to me which I consider inappropriate activity. I also sent them some documents to proof my request including my personal documents and data breach I have attempted to contact Experian so many times via phone and via mail so they can resolve this issue as soon as possible but they have not responded to ANY of my requests.
