      I am a victim of Identity Theft. I have experience tough and egregious hardships because someone has stolen my identity. I cannot get H33313130****38313434H anywhere. This has ruined my life. I lost my job last year and tried to refinance my house and car, I was told sorry, we cannot help you. I filed a police report last year on (04/03/2021)( **********) with ************** ****************** . This is my ************ breach settlement number (PC3JS-98PFZ). Ive also mailed in certified letters to Experian.Tracking number (23 **** **** **** **** ****) I received nothing. The thieves even went as far as filing fraudulent income taxes on my behalf! The thieves are continuing to use my H33313130****38313434H. *** faxed all 3 bureaus, as well as called them, At this point I have hired a Consumer lawyer to assist me in this matter (*******************************************************************************, *********************************************************************************) He notice several instances where Experian are in non-compliance with the ***** Im a victim but Im treated as if Im nothing. Experian continues to report Fraudulent accounts and inquiries to my H33313130****38313434H report and I want it to stop Immediately! Please note that I have already opted out of arbitration and have supporting documents and proof to support all my claims. I am sure that Experian did not go through the original furnisher to verify these accounts are mine and they must do so under the *****If they did verify, they would have realized immediately that I have no clue of these accounts and they do not belong to me. If Experian fails to notify me that they will be reinserting an item on my H33313130****38313434H report in writing **** (A)(5)(B)(iii) results in $1000 fine. As Experian has violated the *****. Experian has refused to remove fraudulent accounts after I provided proof. This is considered defamation of character and willful injury. under the **** section 623. I plan of taking full legal action if accounts are not removed by (10/13/2022).

      My name is ******************************* I am writing you today that I am sending these dispute letters to you for solving my existing issues in the credit reports. Here no other person or company is involved in sending my letters to you. I am personally sending these letters. I became a victim of Identity Theft on (JANUARY, 2021) and after that these accounts added to my credit report which were never opened by me. My personal information may had been stolen through any online platform. I have no idea who was behind this crime. Thats why I never filed any police report.       Apparently, experian has my rental history according to **** property management. It was reported that I owe money to ******************************* property. I have paid them already. I would like this removed from my account. I have tried calling experian numerous times and have not been able to speak with anyone.

      This is not a error and I am a consumer by law and I sent letter regarding inaccurate things on my credit report. I feel I am being taken advantage of and being ignored with my dispute. I did not received the result with in 30 days.
