I applied for a loan with an RV dealer in Palm Beach County about two weeks ago. Ever since then I have been bombarded by phone calls from Mortgage Brokers inquiring if I need assistance finding a mortgage. When I ask them where they got my information from they all state Experian. I tried to contact Experian to discuss why they are selling or giving my personal credit information out to all of these mortgage brokers and you cannot get through on their automated phone line or speak with a person. I was under the impression that Experian was the credit bureau that was supposed to protect my personal credit information and they are selling it out and making money without my permission? I would like to get more information on filing criminal charges for them releasing my information without my permission.
