I'm depressed and suicidal after dealing with unauthorized use of my personal information. Which resulted in this unauthorized item on my credit report. I sent letters over 30 days ago and they failed to get back with me with sufficient validation. This account violates the fdcpa and must be deleted immediately because those are serious violations and I could be compensated for them.Business Response

Experian is knowingly reporting false/inaccurate information due to identity theft on my credit report. I have been disputing with them for 4 years now and this is my last attempt before legal action. They are knowingly and willing breaking The Fair Credit Reporting Act in multiple violations pursuant to 15 U.S.C. 1681-1681. I want all accounts listed below deleted with 48 hours of this complaint being received. All items listed are fraudulent and inaccurate and Experian is breaking the law.Business Response

After several attempts over extended periods of time where the credit reporting agency has had plenty of chances to correct their errors, they have not. Furthermore, they continue to violate my rights as a consumer and have cost me the fair opportunity to accurate credit reporting. I am now submitting my request for payment of these violations and blatant proof of their deliberate ignoring of the laws. I attached proof of laws that are being violated along with the accounts. Please assists me in putting an ending to this matter. Attached is my formal requests along with before and after most current investigation request results.Business Response

This is a formal complaint against Experian located in *****, **. This company has repeatedly violated my consumer rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and has caused me much unnecessary financial AND mental distress. For starters, they're reporting an erroneous & unverifiable account on my credit report and not to mention an account in which I've asked for proof of claim and in which they have not been able to provide, per the ***** Despite my efforts to resolve this unfortunate nightmare for several months now, Experian has completely ignored my communications and legal submissions to remove this inaccurate information from my credit report. I am well aware of the many, many other complaints filed against this company for their illegal and unethical business. Yet, somehow, this company is still in business. This company's unprofessional & negligent behavior has caused lots of serious harm, not only to my ability to establish credit & good interest rates, but also to my character as a Professional and as an individual. Please help me, and the many other consumers just like me, to put a stop to the operation of these unethical & immoral business practices immediately. I sincerely appreciate your time and assistance in this matter and hope to hear from you very soon. As previously stated, this credit reporting agency is reporting erroneous, derogatory information about me to which is killing my *************************** Professional image. They've refused to send any proof of their claim because they have none since this account has never even existed. Therefore, my only wish is to have them permanently remove the inaccuracies that Ive disputed from my credit file immediately.Business Response
