      I had a credit score of 650 then I paid for the boost it went to 688. Then I told them I wasn't going to pay for a score and the took the boost back plus 10 points. When they finally closed the account the took me down to 590! My other scores are over 700. Do not use Experian boost! All the way crooked!

      I've filed several disputes with Experian to remove a collection account from my that doesn't belong to me. I've submitted documentation to them from the creditor that I'm no responsible for the account and I feel they're disregarding my supporting documentation. I called customer service and spoke with ***** and he was very rude and not understanding. Just rude for no reason, he wasn't helpful. If he wasn't interested then I know for sure they're not reading the supporting documentation I provided to support my dispute.

      Tried the free 7 day premium access for all three reports (~$24.99/mo). Saw what was offered, immediately canceled back down to the free version. Attempted to get me to approve a ~$5/mo offering that I also declined. Charged my card immediately for the $5 offering and signed me up for it anyway. Website would not let me cancel the membership I didnt even sign up for. I had to call and then fight for the refund. If youre canceling a membership and it tries to sign you up for another offering, be sure to screen capture your results in case you find youve been signed up for something different.

      I'm still getting unsolicited marketing emails. I have unsubscribed from your emails but I am still receiving "non-marketing" emails. Unfortunately, whoever categorizes your emails as "marketing" or "non-marketing" is a clown who is telling a tremendous joke. I have tried calling two different numbers (can't get to a human), using their online form submission (errors out every time), and tried chatting online with reps (they're always busy). I ended up just marking the mail as spam and creating a filter to delete any email from them with prejudice.

      Over the phone , They refused to mail a credit report to my address if I don't gave them an email address.

      This company has the worst customer service Ive ever seen. They make it impossible to actually speak to somebody. Their automated service only handles certain things. My email and login information have been stolen and the only way to reset it is to send the email to the stolen users email. They do not care about anybodys security or else they have the ability to talk to somebody via email, chat, or phone.

      Beware of their $39.99 3 bureaus credit report! They charged my card for it and never provided that to me, haven`t even emailed me the confirmation. Instead, I m supposed to subscribe to their monthly membership now to see the scores. Unbelievable!

      This service asked me to upgrade my account at no cost to me. It was free. Now Im getting an alert that my credit card is being charged $24.99. Thankfully my card marked it as fraud and rejected it. Trying to log into my account to downgrade membership yet as soon as I log in I am brought to a payment screen that I cannot get around unless I enter my credit card information. I ****** how to cancel membership and it makes me log in again which takes me to the payment page. I call and it immediately wants me to enter my full social. You are fraudulently charging me, I am not entering my social. Automated system refuses to help me or send me to a live person unless I enter my social. There is no way around it. I have no choice but to get a new credit card number so I can stop getting notifications that my card is rejecting their repeated charges.
