  This company continues to use the ******* coding system for disputes! No disputes are done by a real person they are put into a machine given a code and the same code if you keep disputing the same account even if the account was fraudulent and or the collections agency will not produce the original contract from the original. These credit bureaus are fraudulent making billions of dollars a year and making peoples lives miserable to even speak to an English speaking person is not even an option anymore. They continue to change my current address to an address I have never lived at and to have them correct it every time I have to send in my ID, current **** with address and social. This makes ones live unlivable. This company needs to be investigated for not following FCRA rules and regulations.

  Worst company ever. Impossible to speak to a human. Phone prompt takes you into loops. When you do get to request an on line credit report their computer suffers an internal error. They have credit cards listed on my name that I have never owned.

  They will not allow me to remove and address from my residential history because it is tied to a collection that is not mine. I have filed a dispute on this collection, and nothing has transpired. They have provided none of the items I have requested. I have never lived at the address. I should not have to have in accurate information on my credit report. How can I prove that I have never lived someplace?

  I filled a request for a long term fraud alert based on a letter received from the *** that my SSN May have been used to gain employment. Since then I have received no less than an email every week that my dispute results are ready and to click a button to get results. I dont want to click on the link in the email as it might be a scam. However, when I go to my Experian account, there is nothing under disputes filed and there is nothing under Messages to indicate the email is authentic. I tried sending a message through the website since I hadnt filed a dispute, but received a response telling me to call, with a number listed. When I tried calling, I could never get a person, only recorded messages and no help. I continue getting the email and havent been able to confirm my account is on extended fraud alert!! I am stunned that a credit reporting company has this poor of a process. As a side note, I received a postcard from Transunion confirming the fraud alert, very professional and complete. Experian should pay attention.

  This company is a SCAM . This company is falsely changing my credit score and has been doing so since I canceled my account with them . Do yourself a favor and stay CLEAR of them . If I could give them less than one star I would .

  i have one credit card with a limit of $500 and another with $11,000. when i leave a balance of less than $30 on my $500 credit card my credit score drops 14 points while my other credit card revolves a $4000 balance. experian has a bad algorithm to define supreme credit score and should be considered for overturning their business license.

  I had money tooken out of my bank account for a credit score record for no reason. Ive never contacted experian and Ive never needed a credit score check indicator at all. They just went into my accoun And took my funds. I contacted experian 6 days ago from today and they advised me that that day they could have expedited my funds back to me immediately if a higher official was there. Although they was not there they promised me that day they they would refund my funds fully from 3-5 business days. Its been 6 days and Ive received nothing. So I called today this morning only to find out that they never submitted the refund and they filed a complaint on the representative who told me they refunded my money but ultimately its was never submitted. I was told today that I have to wait 3-5 more days before I can receive any funds. I need my money immediately I have kids and we are suffering right now. Can you guys please help me. Thank You.

  June 21st 2022, The 3 Credit ******************* Equifax, Experian and Transunion have violated my rights. On May 17th, ************************************************************************** which they did not. They had more than ******************************************************************* deletions. 15 U.S.C. **** section 603 (3)(E) States; The term "investigate consumer report" means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumer's character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. However, such information shall not include specific factual information on a consumer's credit record obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from a consumer reporting agency when such information was obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from the consumer. 15 U.S.C. **** section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C. **** section 604 A. Section 2 States a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. 15 U.S.C. ****s-2(A)(1) States A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. My rights have been violated numerous times as evidence shows and I demand these accounts be deleted from my credit report. I have provided the accounts attached with 2 different credit reports and below as follows.

  Constantly sending unsolicited emails and then blocks my FREE account demanding payment of over $22 for a premium service I NEVER signed up for. Good thing this Company is being reset under completely new management. Upselling garbage scams like this deserve to be wiped from existence.
