This is a horrible company as they are taking monthly fees without authorization. I asked to be removed from their database and never to use my credit card number again. Found that I was paying ***** for some time. After speaking for 1 1/2hr talking to 5 supervisors, I was disconnected. Be very careful dealing with this company as they prey on people getting debited monthly without knowing it. In addition, the service was not helpful at all for the short time that I subscribed.

I needed to unfreeze my credit report with Experian today. My pin did not work. My email did not work for a password reset despite there being a history of emails from them to that email. And to top it off, they would not accept my birth date and social because "it didn't match"I could not talk to a person, I could not reach a person, I could only try sending a posted letter. Holding my information hostage and denying my personal information as accurate, with absolutely no recourse in a reasonable time frame is unacceptable.

I am locked out of my account and have been emailing for weeks only to get the same response. I do not remember the phone number or email when I originally created account and there are no options to speak to someone live or update online through customer support therefore I cannot do anything to dispute my credit report due to being unable to receive a code to update. Same response worded differently for weeks now!!!! Very angry

Their app tricks you with a free trial and then doesn't allow you to cancel. I logged in with a computer to discontinue my membership and was able to, but in the meantime, they charged my credit card.

I was on one *********** site looking at my score and happy my points raised to 611 then went on Experian site only to find out the score was a big different from whats shown on they site of all three of my scores . This is bad business on Experian site this is how there forcing you to apply for membership in order for then to show your proper scores that means when your trying to buy something the score is lower from Experian when its not the real score only because your not s member so this company is playing a Dirty game with your life accomplishment.

They are not to be trusted...I have received Experian emails for several years. I received one that said I had a great chance of approval from 2 local lenders. I went to one. He checked my credit score and looked over my application. He replied I can not give you a loan of any amount. My credit score went down. One news letter said credit card approval. Wasn't true. They continue sending out misleading information. I have stopped even looking at their emails. They hurt me instead of helping me.

Horrible! My credit card are paid on time and kept below 3 percent every month, bills paid on time every month. They drop my score, now two hard inquires are due to drop off now instead of my score going up higher they will go back to where they were already and Im tired of there scripted answers they give.

HORRIBLE consumer support!!! When you call there is a computer that answers the phone and limits you two or three options. If you have different concerns the computer tells you to help yourself or disconnect, This is very frustrating when you have a question that is outside of the computer's scope of service. Older consumers do not do well with mindless computers. I feel that this is age discrimination on the part of Experian.

Experian is horrible! I froze all my credit reporting bureaus after I discovered a fraudulent credit card charge. I went to get a car loan from my credit union and forgot I had frozen Experian. So I attempted to call them using soc sec, zip, and address. I had a PIN also. Went through the automated system many, many times which referred me to the website which said they would text me a code. When I set up my account, I did not have a cell phone, and used my land line which does not accept texts. It was impossible to change my phone number on their site, and I spent hours trying to reach a human being. When I finally got one, they told me to call several other numbers. I tried to verify phone numbers and the one I called and where they asked me for personal information showed up not related to Experian. My suspicions were aroused when I heard a woman with an Indian accent with boiler room noise in the background. I refused to give out my info. I used other phone numbers and innumerable times was directed back to the automated horrible system which would not let me speak to anyone with the message "Sorry a representative is not available at this time". On a contrast, Equifax unblocked my freeze immediately for a day and was very helpful. Unfortunately, my credit union only takes Experian. A pox on Experian's house!

If I could. NEGATIVE STARS! Last week my aunt discovered her identification had been stolen. Someone opened so many cards under her name she started receiving denials for too many inquiries. We decided to open an Experian account to access her credit report quicker (as mailing takes 7+ days). After trying multiple times, we figured out the thief most likely opened an account under her name (the password recovery email did not match her email address). We called Experian and after getting through all the annoying prompts (which they do not have one for someone opened a fraudulent Experian account), we got an actual person. We explained the situation and the rep stated she still needs to ask the security questions. Mind you these are questions the THIEF answered during set up! Her account ended up being locked out, so they said to call back in 72 hours in order for my aunt to go through a deeper verification process. We did. It was still locked out, so we were told another 72 hours. We did and they AGAIN asked us the same security questions. Since my aunt didn't know what the THIEF answered, they said they will mail the report, close the account and for her try opening a new one in 72 hours. WHAT THE ACTUAL.
