      No live agent and the auto service cant understand anything this is so unprofessional, when you are calling this company its usually cause something wrong and its IMPOSSIBLE to rectify. 0 out of 10 service. 40 min lost and nothing done at all

      Horrible, or should I say NO, Customer **********************. The automated system for support is absolutely useless. I was not able to log in to my account, so I tried reset the *** The site said my information does not match their records. Seems odd that they do not show I have an account but still sends emails to the account that supposedly does not exist ?? The automated system gives me the option the get help from the website but the only way to get help, according to them, is to click on Log In and reset my info. Problem is when I try to log in it will not let me, and when I try to reset the ** and/or USERNAME it says its going to send me a code and asks for my cell #. I give the # and it says it sent the code but no code ever shows up. I tried to "resend the code" at least half dozen times but still no code ever showed up. When I ask the automated system for an Agent it says they can only transfer to an agent under certain circumstances but never explains what those circumstances are and then just sends me back to the main menu.

      Very bad customer **********************. Their representatives do not know much, and when you ask to speak to someone else, they put you on very long holds.. - it seems deliberate, designed to encourage you to hang up. I lost over 20 minutes today without getting any information.

      BBB, I noticed on my consumer report under my personal information there's an address list on there that I never resided in I've disputed that address 6 times I've uploaded my Driver's License, and my Lease agreement, I fill that this is Discrimination because of my identity on my Driver's license. And I refuse to be treated like this. I've already contacted my Attorney about this matter. I will attach the document proof. That is not my address and I've never resided there. I want confirmation that the address has been removed to my email address on file The address listed on there is *********************************************

      *** received an alert to my ssn being compromised. *** called this agency only to not be able to speak to a human, but to AI. I was told my option was to get a mail response in 10 days. This gives the criminals ample amount of time to continue to use my identity. What protection I have if I cant depend on the agency to provide me with immediate action.

      Experian consumer credit booster app is fake its not a real score they lie to you to get you to pay them money while the whole time they are not report what actual credit card companies and loan agents see accounting to experian my score is 620 in reality I have no score on file false information in order for them to scam you outta your money while reporting you as a risk to actual companys and let creditors just ruin your credit and collection companys report you in negative and you dispute it they side with creditor automatically they need shut down and jailed for lying to Americans and ruining their lives over false reporting of credit scores

      Fraudulent credit reporting and scoring tactics. In a ten day span my credit score was reduced by 29pts with no explanation whatsoever.

      Your FICO(R) Score is calculated based on the data in your credit report at the time you request your credit report and score. Every time you request a new score, a new credit report is pulled, and your new score is calculated based on the information in your credit report, up to once a day. Be aware, your credit report *** change often. Differences in your score *** be due to a change in balance on one or more of your credit cards, payment updates, or the addition of new accounts. Even the fact that your account(s) is one month older can affect your score. If there are inaccuracies on your credit report, these could also be affecting your score and should be disputed directly with the credit-reporting agency providing that information.       Wasted and hour of my time in a revolving cycle with the automated system to get nothing. You cant talk to a human for tech support and I call the business line to get help for tech support. They said they cant help or answer questions. My only question was is something wrong with the website. They refused to answer and there isnt anything on the website saying anything. They know how to waste time and be less efficient. Great job.
