Can never get into my account. Can not get in touch with someone who speaks good English. All you want to do is sell your products. You dropped my score by 20 points for no good reason. You ate playing with peoples lives because you can!!!! I closed my apple card because of fraudulent charges and this is what you do? You should be ashamed.

Your FICO(R) Score is calculated based on the data in your credit report at the time you request your credit report and score. Every time you request a new score, a new credit report is pulled, and your new score is calculated based on the information in your credit report, up to once a day. Be aware, your credit report *** change often. Differences in your score *** be due to a change in balance on one or more of your credit cards, payment updates, or the addition of new accounts. Even the fact that your account(s) is one month older can affect your score. If there are inaccuracies on your credit report, these could also be affecting your score and should be disputed directly with the credit-reporting agency providing that information. In general, there are many factors that can affect an individuals credit score, such as payment history, current debt, available credit to debt ratio, etc. The actual scoring model and its calculations are proprietary to Fair ***** Corporation. Credit scores are usually calculated based on the combination of all the credit factors in your credit report. Your credit score is not based solely on one single item or behavior. So although you *** have done something that you think should have changed your score, the FICO(R) Score actually looks at how this information combines with other information in your credit report and how, if any, this changes your credit score. Your score *** go up, down, or remain constant depending on each factor as well as a unique combination of factors. The score analysis section that comes with your FICO(R) Score should help you understand what specific credit factors had a positive and negative affect on your FICO(R) Score.

I wish i could give 0 stars. Im not even sure why Im being changed almost thirty dollars a month. But i dont want it! And dont recall signing up for this! I tried to cancel it online, but all they do is ask for a new card number to pay, with no way around that screen. So i try to email them to cancel this membership but theres no email. Just a website. No chat option or call back option either. How is that possible. So i carve out some time in my day to call and cancel this membership. And its impossible to speak with a human rep. I just kept going in circles. It was the worst self help system i have ever encountered. And i never got thru to anyone. And this is the company that i should trust with my credit?!? Disgusting.

Less than one. Telephone system is useless. There is no way to contact a human being if your questions don't fall under very limited and specific categories. No way to get through to verify and update my profile information. They just make up stuff and throw it on my credit report and refuse all efforts at correcting my information in a timely fashion. Why don't they verify my information BEFORE they permanently put stuff on my credit report? Someone somewhere makes a typo and suddenly that becomes part of my permanent credit history???I think Experian is the fraudulent entity in the credit monitoring ecosystem.

I was a subscriber to experian to get my credit together. It worked. My credit score rose up very rapidly. Then they started exposing my bank account dollar amount to of course get me better offers, but it also set me up to be robbed or much worse. I asked them to take it off and they didn't at first. Then I asked them again and I decided to stop my subscription and take my monthly bill payments off as well to close my account. Well ******************* office called me and it was intimation to me. So I did what was asked, which was give them a good review/survey. After I did that, my credit score continued to drop. The reason because I filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy. This company should NOT be allowed to do this to anyone. They are definitely a ************** especially towards African American. I have been turned away from anything I've applied for even my own bank because they also use Experian credit Agency. I will join in with whomever wants to bring a lawsuit against them. Thank you in advance.

Experian is racist towards African-Americans and biased towards females. This company pulled my information from Transunion at Equifax. They see that I have no student loans. This company refused to remove the student loans that is in accurate information that is not allowing me to utilize my own credit they are trash. I recommend that everybody get a lawyer and *** this company when it comes to any inaccurate information.

When I called to inquire about this matter experian representative said its through apple. he was able to cancel the membership but gave me a bogus telephone # to contact apple for a refund! I called experian back about this and an another representative was able to refund me for 2 months. The other month I would have to contact my bank for a refund. Im not happy about this fraud!
