      Customer service is completely nonexistent. I needed to freeze my account a few months ago and now I am unable to log into my account, I cannot retrieve my password because they no longer recognize my email or phone number. I have spent an hour going through 4 different customer service numbers only to be stuck in a loop with no way to speak to a live agent. I cannot transfer utilities until my account is unlocked. I can't unlock my account online or without the help of a live agent. I cannot even find an online chat option. I tried just creating a new account sign in and after entering all of my information I received an error page their system had an internal error. I am stuck and there is zero assistance from this company.

      Literally cannot get past the auto bot when you call. I have to LOCK MY SSN due to fraud and Im not sure I did it right on the website as the description doesnt say anything about my SSN.

      All of all credit bureau Experian make it so hard for you to succeed anything. How is this even legal? I summited dispute for an address discrepancy back in June, the address still has not been updated, after receiving an email that it was. We are now in Dec! Plenty of emails stating they are investigating . Investigation what exactly? Its like pulling teeth just for me to add a suite number to my business address. This is disgusting, and ridiculous. Nevertheless, their automatic system wont allow you to speak with a live person! Bogus all around.

      Worst customer ********************** of any company. $24,99 a month and there are NO ******** support people - your call is routed overseas and ****************** are clueless. They have no answers and cannot help with any issues. Worst of all it is all I can do to understand the strong accents. I have to get transferred 2 or 3 times to find someone I can even understand speaking to me. This is a useless product with zero level of support

      Credit score fluctuates to the negative dramatically then positive a few points every week for no apparent reason...who's running this c*** show?

      Your FICO(R) Score is calculated based on the data in your credit report at the time you request your credit report and score. Every time you request a new score, a new credit report is pulled, and your new score is calculated based on the information in your credit report, up to once a day. Be aware, your credit report *** change often. Differences in your score *** be due to a change in balance on one or more of your credit cards, payment updates, or the addition of new accounts. Even the fact that your account(s) is one month older can affect your score. If there are inaccuracies on your credit report, these could also be affecting your score and should be disputed directly with the credit-reporting agency providing that information. In general, there are many factors that can affect an individuals credit score, such as payment history, current debt, available credit to debt ratio, etc. The actual scoring model and its calculations are proprietary to Fair ***** Corporation. Credit scores are usually calculated based on the combination of all the credit factors in your credit report. Your credit score is not based solely on one single item or behavior. So although you *** have done something that you think should have changed your score, the FICO(R) Score actually looks at how this information combines with other information in your credit report and how, if any, this changes your credit score. Our records indicate that you ordered a credit report along with a trial Experian CreditWorksSM Premium membership on June, 27, 2023. The membership was not cancelled; consequently, in accordance with the published terms of our offer, the credit card provided was charged our monthly membership fee on July 8, 2023. Per your request, your paid benefits ceased, effective August 8th, 2023. You continue to have access to your Experian(R) credit report and FICO(R) Score once every 30 days, at no charge to you. Our website describes the offer and the order form details the terms and conditions of the offer, including billing at the end of the trial and monthly thereafter unless and until the customer notifies us of their wish to discontinue. The consumer agrees to these terms when submitting their order. We have, as a courtesy, issued a refund totaling $24.99 on December 8, 2023. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for these funds to process to the credit card account.At this time, we would like to express our regret that your experience with Experian CreditWorksSM may not have met your expectation or our standard of excellence.       I put a freeze on my credit with experian in 2014. I tried to log in and was unable to. I called and only was able get automated service. They asked for social security number and DOB and that wasnt accepted. After calling and going through the automated numerous times over a 2 hour period I was finally able to temporarily lift the freeze. I wanted to have them contact me so that I wouldnt go through the same process. So, I provided all my personal information as well copy of my drivers license, electric bill, water bill etc. sent it certified mail return receipt. After 2 weeks I receive a form letter stating I had a freeze on my account. So I called and finally spoke to a real person, in fact 8 of them who bounced membership to claim **** back and forth. They requested I send to them all my personal information copy of my drivers license etc. to the same address again. I said you had already received all that from me 2 weeks ago. What did you do with all my personal information? This is an agency that controls your credit and an agency that every commercial bank and financial institution uses in order to ***** you credit, mortgage, loan, housing, etc. I told them Im sending it again and may seek counsel as I am concerned with how they handled all my personal information mailed to them and they requested.

      We recently updated our processes for administering security freezes. To add or remove a security freeze online, a consumer must visit www.experian.com/freeze. Existing Experian members will be prompted to sign into their membership. Non-members will be prompted to create a free membership in Experian CreditWorksSM Basic or to create an Experian Service Account. ************************************************** Basic is a free product that provides consumers access to their Experian credit report and FICO(R) Score once every 30 days, along with monitoring alerts which are updated daily. In contrast, an Experian Service Account does not involve enrollment in a membership. It is an online portal through which consumers may log in to manage a security freeze, as well as submit disputes and review dispute results.       Our records indicate that on October 13, 2022, you enrolled in a complimentary membership with Experian CreditWorksSM Basic.  Your membership benefits have included access to your Experian report and **** Score once every 30 days, free of charge, as well as monitoring alerts which are updated daily.

      You contacted us by phone on November 12, 2023, at which time your membership was immediately cancelled in accordance with your request.  You *** still log into your profile in order to add or remove a security freeze, and to submit or review any disputes you *** wish to process.

      In an attempt to provide some clarity on the issues raised in your complaint, we would like to offer the following explanation:
