      Im going to be filing a complaint next week if I dont hear back from Apple. I redeemed a 7 day free trial for Apple TV + yesterday and it immediately charged my credit card without my permission. I called their customer service line to be issued a refund and spoke with a representative that apologized and gave me a 3 month free trial when she saw I had never had a subscription or free trial yet. I only had it for a day when Apple canceled my subscription bc of the refund. I spoke with 2 incompetent supervisors and over 5 representatives today that told me they cant reactivate the code or issue me a new one even though they can clearly see the issue. I told them I demand a resolution but they could only issue me a movie for $5.99 or less for Apple TV movies I dont want. They are unbelievably cheap, deceitful, and unprofessional. I will never go to Apple again for anything and will issue a complaint soon. Ive wasted so much time talking to people that dont know what they are doing or being cheap. No way will I let them get away with it. They owe me way more than a cheap movie rental I dont even want. The reps even told me if it were up to them they would fix this so Im blaming the incompetent and greedy higher ****

      Absolutely garbage company to deal with, they will leave you out with no phone and tell you theres nothing they can do about it or its up to apple themselves.. WTF Speaking to apple and having them tell you they cant resolve the issue themselves is absolutely ridiculous. Made the mistake of paying $13 a month for apple theft and loss for my iPhone 15, I didnt realize apple theft and loss is a complete scam and of course just like insurance companies when claim time comes they will give you the run around and somehow unable to help you out with something they created and programmed down to the circuit boards. Accidentally submitted a claim and I really wouldnt even say that, I opened up the settings in iPhone 15 pro *** and somehow Apple made it so easy to brick your phone and say you submitted a claim. an absolute nightmare trying to get my phone back from activation lock, CLAIM DOESNT POP UP IN APPLE THEFT AND LOSS DESPITE BEING OVER 24 HOURS AND HAVE GOTTEN EMAILED A CLAIM NUMBER. THEY SAY THERES NOTHING TO CANCEL SINCE THEY DONT HAVE A CLAIM ON THEYRE END. APPLE SAYD THEY DONT HANDLE ANY CLAIMS AND ITS ALL ANOTHER COMPANY. STUCK WITHOUT A DEVICE I JUST BOUGHT FOR $1500. Apple is a joke and they value your time at pretty much nothing, Everything is on theyre time and no regards to your situation they dont give a F about you only your money and I was made very clear to that. Its no wonder the ceo is at pride festivals I wouldnt expect much more brains from a man like that

      Your company stole almost 90$ dollars off me and reviewed it twice when I acknowledged it within 2 minutes if it being mistakenly purchased , this is stealing you said nothing you can do, whats your policy of stealing from your clients? I want me refund , Im cutting all my ties with Apple and trading in for android that includes my phones any subscription I had as well as Im not renewing Apple care Ill go with ******* you bunch if sleepy con-men!

      What a joke of a company. READ THIS. I was paying $13.49 for 6 months now for *** apple theft and loss, When i went to settings to check the subcriptions i had i clicked on *** apple theft and loss to see exactly what was being paid for since the fine print ALWAYS has hidden things they dont tell you upfront for their benefit. Somehow trying to view the policies of the theft and loss subriction, apple decides to say i submitted a claim which is absolutely obsurd since i never not once filled anything out nor hit submit for any sort of reason, what is to follow from this is an absolute nightmare in apple not giving me my bricked phone back that now is unable to be used and mind you i paid $1500 for thid iphone 15 pro *** and have been paying top dollar for every sort of protection feature that ive come to find out is all BS. They dont care about you or giving you a replacement phone while you wait for your replacement or what they say "express replacement". its all BS and marketing, they wont even approve your claim and 8 times of ten it gets denied yet you've been paying for theyre services and everything for them to leave you out in the cold. in my case *** apple theft and loss couldnt find my claim number that was sent to my email after my phone was bricked in activation lock. so i was stuck with a non existent claim number linked to a supposed existing claim that wasnt showing up in *** apple theft system therefor they couldnt cancel it. Yup you read that right. claim didnt exist yet the email i got says my claim number and thank for submitting to theft and loss ***. (which i never did but past that) and apple support says they cant control anything regarding that. Try to login to my icloud to manage the claim and cancel it from there and 2 step verification is needed with a text to my phone the same one that they bricked and i cant use. apple proceeds to tell me they cant do anything and its been 3 days now. They absolutely dont care about you but your wallet.

      Started adding charges to my bill from "Air APPs, ***** something I never signed up for. Quietly leaching my hard earned money until I found it and canceled it. Apple and its affiliates go to great lengths to wave shiny things in your face with one hand while they deceive and rob you blind with the other.

      I recently subscribed to the Apple Wallet application for a one year term only to find that selecting the "add pass" icon in texts and e-mails doesn't work. I did quite a bit of research and found that this is a common problem for subscribers. I followed the "fix" advised by Apple on its website to no avail. I have an Iphone 14 so technology is not the issue.I decided to cancel it only to find that this is an annual subscription and I have no recourse but to pay through 2025.The amount is small - $4.99 - but my guess is that Apple makes a ton of money cumulatively off of users who, like me, find that the app does not function as advertised. This is fraudulent and I would appreciate your help in obtaining a refund.

      My account has been hacked INSTANTLY the moment my bank card gets added. Thankfully my bank blocks all transactions from Apple now. They have taken over $700 that my bank was able to recover but its ridiculous. Each time I call customer service to figure out a way to change my Apple ID (because my password has already been changed multiple times by me) they say Im not able to change it. The customer service reps ask me for my FULL card # and I tell them Im not giving that over the phone or my last 4 digits since Ive had to replace my bank card 3 separate times. They do not take your security seriously and its easy for people to get into your phone. Absolutely terrible and pathetic company. Im switching to ******* and I would suggest all Apple users do the same as well.

      Apple gets 0 stars from me. By default I have to give 1 star. I, simply, tried to pay $.99 for a data upgrade. What I paid is $8.56. The price that came across my phone once completely was $7.57. When I checked my account, ********************** had also taken the $0.99. I am not even going to make this long and drawn out because I made my point when I completed the survey. I just want my money back and I am done with this company that has gotten rich by scamming, deceiving and being facetious to consumers. By the way, this is the 2nd time this week that Apple has utilized deceptive practices.

      99 dollars for a replacement is what they claim. However the first time I go to make a claim they will put a 1200 hold on your account until they receive the phone back! Take your money and then make it unaffordable to get the actual replacement. What a waste of money!
