I was a loyal Apple customer for 40 years and bought dozens and dozens of apple products. On Sunday, Apple took a working computer to nothing. They knew they had goofed up and said they would repair it for free. When they got the true cost of fixing what they had done, they reneged. I will never buy another product of Apple ever again. I will never recommend them. In three days they have completely destroyed 40 years of loyalty. This is not how you treat a longtime customer whom you burned through an inept, incompetent technical support person. Accept the responsibility and make it right or lose us forever. Its become a company that doesnt care about its customers or about customer loyalty.

**************** has been outsourced outside of the us unhelpful pretty much useless customer service. Made a iap items were never received due to the game crashing and yet was charged tried to get refunded 5 times to no avail so will have to report to higher authorities. Is it wise to s**** over and **** of loyal customers who are helping to keep your company afloat? TLDR made a purchase which was not honored tried getting refunded but was denied multiple times with no reasoning or help whatsoever will no longer be making and purchases via apple or any of their sister companies, possible legal action definitely replacing with android.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Apple. Their website promises that gift cards will be received within one hour, but it has been over 10 hours and I still haven't received mine.To make matters worse, I attempted to resolve the issue by contacting customer service, only to wait on hold for over an hour. When I finally spoke to someone, they were unable to connect me with a supervisor.Additionally, I've had issues with the durability of Apple products. They seem to break down just after a year, forcing me to purchase replacements far too frequently.Overall, this experience has been incredibly frustrating and has left me questioning whether I should continue purchasing Apple products in the future.

Apple has gotten away with unfair business practices far too long. Apple, you get money from everyday people who like to use your phones and even after we pay over 1k for a phone, you hijack our ability to use it in its intended purpose. If I pay that much for a phone, apple should not hold my phone hostage and keep me from downloading free apps if I owe a few bucks to the App Store. You have kept me from downloading apps for work even though I have explained that I will pay when I get paid. I only get paid once a month and I have been unable to use my phone over a few dollars. I have downloaded free trials of apps then been tricked into the entire year up front, more than once. I have canceled apps before the trial period was up and attempted to get a refund. However, I never get a refund. I have attached a prepaid card and keep it locked at all times. in order to prevent the theft that you take upon my account every single month. Not allowing me to use my phone because I owe a few bucks should be illegal. I have cancelled all of my apps and purchased the ones I really like though their own websites. Somehow, I still owe money to the App Store and somehow I still get restricted use on my phone which has really cost some detriment in my life. I want to be refunded for the apps that I have been tricked into buying over the past couple of years, all of which I have attempted to cancel before the trial was over, but was still billed and NOT refunded. Ive lost ***** bucks on single apps Ive never even opened again. Theres greedy business practices but Apple is completely unethical in the way they prey on people to steal their money and force them to think they have to have a credit card attached to their account. I have been told to ask for a refund in the aftermath but they NEVER give it. I have reached out to the third party app but they just ignore me. I want a refund on these apps I tried but didnt buy and apple forced me to buy them anyway. Im sick of this

My Apple watch is only 1-year old and broke already without any physical damage or reason. One day it worked perfectly fine, the next it was stuck on a black screen of the Apple logo and wouldnt do anything else.

Been without a phone for 9 days after paying for apple care for 4.5 years without a claim. They will not send me any instock devices, theyve had a $1200 hold and n my account which I cannot afford. Will be cancelling apple care after all this is over. Highly recommend using any of the other phone insurance companys out there. They say my device (iPhone 12 pro **** is on backorder and wont tell me when it will ship. D ****** 960 Is my claim number.

Purchased a new Mac book air after not having an Apple product in 5+ years. When I attempted to setup the device using my old ********************** ID, I received a message saying the account was disabled and to contact Apple Support. Support tells me that there is no way to unlock the account and the only way to proceed is to create a new email address and then create a new Apple ID. The other option was "just wait and keep trying to reset the password", which doesn't make sense, the account shows locked so it wouldn't let me reset anyway. Gave me no reason why the account was locked, it hasn't been used in years so it couldn't have violated the ToS. It's ridiculous that there's no way to unlock a disabled account or allow me to use my email without having to create a brand new email. Seriously rethinking my purchase and will probably go with a competitors product instead.

Im not surprised by the abysmal reviews posted here re the Apple Store at ************** in ******** OR. I just had the worst experience at an Apple Store since I bought my first Apple product in 2024. In summary, I had a computer problem that began on Thursday that took up 5 days away from works remain unaddressed. The level of misinformation that I received was mind boggling, resulting in my wiping and reinstalling my iPad 8 times (two times from the computer and the remaining times directly from the iPad). I was directed to the store where for the first time I experienced discrimination from 4 male Apple technicians based on my gender. The first instance was after I was checked in when the tech informed a guy after me that he was next. When I told him I was next, he laughed and said as though it was a joke. Then the second tech walked away to help someone else and didn't return until close to an hour later. The third tech took his place though while he didnt walk away, he was sympathetic to the second tech and ordered me to be nice to him when I asked the second tech to leave me alone after abandoning me in the store for close to an hour. Also, the third tech made an appointment for me but he made it in the wrong time zone - I caught this after I left the store and began to cycle home. I stopped, turned around when I encountered the fourth tech. EVEN though the technician made the wrong appointment not me, this tech would NOT help me.

To Whom It May ********* am writing this correspondence to express disappointment in customer service that I received in an *********************************************. Upon entering the Apple Renaissance at Colony Park located at ************************************************************* on July 5, 2024, I politely asked your Apple employee for access to a restroom while we waited for assistance. In response to my request, **** (Apple employee), made me aware that there were not any restrooms that were designated to customers in the ********************************************* and encouraged me to ask at an outside location. Accepting this to be true, my husband and I went to another store and were able to use the restroom and returned to the Apple store for service. Upon our return, while patiently waiting, we noticed what appeared to be Caucasian customers of the ********************** being escorted by **** to an area designated for restroom use for customers. Wanting to be sure of what was witnessed, I then asked another employee if there was a restroom area for customers and the employee pointed me in the direction of the restroom, which, was in the same direction of in the store we saw **** ****** other customers. Im usure what motivated **** to say there were no restrooms for Apple customers, but I was hurt and offended by her actions. As an apple customer of 10+ years, this is by far the worst apple experience that I have ever had to deal with. While I try to empathize with employees in the customer service entities, let this experience be one that catapults your customer service to new heights where employee discretion is fair and just for ALL its customers. I expect this customer experience to be addressed swiftly, fairly and in good faith, in the name of the Apple brand and valuable customers like me who deserve the same discretion as anyone else. Thank you and I hope to hear from you soon.
