      An app that i subscribed to through Apple 6 months ago offered me a trial upgrade to a premium package 3 days ago. i accepted the trial upgrade but they charged me $39.99 through my payment method with Apple. I contacted merchant and they agreed to refund but referred me to "report a problem" with Apple. Apple denied my dispute and my appeal. How can Apple refuse to refund my money? When I spoke to Apple on the phone, the reasoning was that the automated system does not give a reason other than I need to refer to the terms and conditions for Itunes? I wss told by Apple that there is nothing else they can do and I was out $39.99. So if the merchant cancelled the upgraded trial. Then where does my money go and if it wasn't used for a service the merchant and I agreed was to be refunded? So I am being charged for by Apple for what exactly? They have the right to keep my money? Seems fraudulent.

      Bait and Switch pricing for basic service. Used the Apple online service platform. Entered all the information to simply replace a battery for an iPhone. The price stated was $89. I then scheduled the appointment on their platform, then drove to get the battery replaced as it is losing its ability to keep a good charge. When I got to the appointment I was told the price was not correct and the FIXED COST to replace a battery was $129. I then left without a battery replacement. This is clearly a case of Bait and Switch as the online appointment program indicated a cost of $89 only to drive there, and be told,,, sorry,,, the actual fixed cost is 30% more. Not sure how many people fall for this but I was frustrated and disappointed, a company of this size and reputation would knowingly do this to people. Contacted their online chat and the person said this is an estimate online. I understand if this was a unique service however, the store clearly told me the cost was $129 - fixed price. Therefore, they should have a pretty good handle on the price and they are simply posting a lower price online, you make an appointment, get there and they want to charge 30% more. Shamefull.

      I purchase an in app game poker chip game from my iPhone. When I bought this digital goods, the seller consistently charges me twiceonce from my Venmo account and again from my PayPal. Recently, I intended to purchase in-app poker chips for $3.99, but I was unexpectedly billed an extra $100. Despite reaching out to Apple for a refund, they denied my request. This billing error is unjust; I never intended to pay $100 for digital goods. Thats is insane. In addition Apple didnt give an explanation but my request was denied. Please BBB help me!

      Have an Apple Watch. Cant get out of group text. Try customer service but havent heard from her is couple days. Dont buy, they dont know the problem and dont know have to fix

      Was forced to update it because my cellular wouldn't work without the update. The Update messed up my phone and wouldn't activate or connect to wifi or cellular. Took it to the apple store and they said i need a new phone or they could repair it for the price of a new phone... All becuase of their update. Dumb.

      My grandsons was charging his iPhone 12 and it exploded while he was sleeping. It was so loudness I thought it was a gun shot. We went to check on him and he showed us his phone he had gotten a little bit of the debris in his arm. We took the phone to the ******** store and we were told that he had to take it up with apple. The best they could do was sell us a new one for 50% off. Today we have been trying to contact someone from Apple and we either get disconnected from our call or the chat person quits responding. I am not asking for injury compensation only to reimburse us for the phone.

      I redeemed 1200 worth of gift cards to my apple balance with the intention to purchase a macbook. I applied that balance and used credit card for the rest, the order was successful but they cancelled it next day and I figured that they blocked my apple balance. I called 1800MYAPPLE and advised that she would file a request to unblock my balance and I should hear back from them in ***** hrs. After 3 days, nothing happened so I called again, being transferred from one department to another and finally receive same promise that they will escalate the issue. 3 more days passed, still no news, called again, being ping ponged for hours and again someone said he will escalate it. I kept doing the same route until today after 2 weeks somebody from the senior management team advised me that it will be blocked permanently, there is no way I can use that balance and she won't let me talk to anybody that can help. What an awful respond I heard from a giant reputable company, I totally deserve my money back and at least an explanation why they block my balance.

      Was on the phone for over two hours. Had one good customer service person I adored but transferred to the supervisor, turns out after all the time spent, they close at 10 so it was all for nothing. And they need to look at your face during the call so theyre totally going on ai facial recognition which is a little weird .No one can resolve anything and your iCloud do you pay for every month doesnt matter why youre also paying for it on your cell phone data. So disappointed.

      I am using Apple products for more than 10 years and never had an issue till this one.I bought Apple Ipad air 5th Generation in April'2022 online and picked in the store. I started using it happily and after using for 5 months the touch pad started not working well. I contacted the apple support and they advised to visit Apple store and I visited Apple Reston VA store. The Problem started right from there, As the ipad was still in warranty they verified and requested a replacment. I received the replacement ipad air in less than week time and I collected and using it.The replacement ipad was having *** (Mobile device management) linked with some other business in July'2022 and the same ipad was issued to me as replacement in Dec'22.I did not noticed that and started using it till May'24 and I am trying to set up some settings and noticed the device was managed by some other company.Regarding this I contacted Apple support which do not provide correct response and asked me to go back to apple store where I got my replacement. I visited the apple store to get clarification and their response is not clear and saying I installed *** by myself. They are not accepting the *** was before they issued ipad to me.Finally they agreed to put complaint to their engineering team and after 4 days I received email to pick replacement ipad which is like new and in a open condition which I feel I am fooled by apple.I paid for brand new device and it failed and replacement was *** which apple did not aceept it. Finally they given a like new refurbished piece which seems very disstaisfactory ending and not happy.I am not at all happy how apple is issuing replacement within warranty. They will call 12 month warranty but they are not happy to accept their product failures and replace with brand new ipad. They are issuing a like new refurbished one.
