      Apple is rotten to the core! I purchased a new MacBook Air on May 3, 2023. After failed attempts to transfer my data over to my new computer, no one at the **********, **, Apple store had the courtesy to call me. I hired an outside computer tech who diagnosed my computer with a corrupt hard drive. At least he was able to extract my files from my Time Machine backup. No luck in retrieving anything from iCloud. I left on a business trip May 8 and discovered I couldn't connect to public WiFi. When I returned, Apple locked me out for 72 hours with no access to my client files due to forgetting my new Apple ID password. I remembered the password to log into the system and email. Filed two complaints but no one called me. Then my garage band program didnt work so I spent more time with customer service in addition to troubleshooting the public WiFi problem. On June 23, I left on my third trip with no access to public WiFi. Its now June 27, 2023, and the issue is still not resolved with the engineering department wanting more capture data. On top of that, I was belittled and told these regular hour-long calls with a service technician are taking longer due to my complaints. How rude! For the record, I have not complained for 20 minutes during a call as Ive been accused. Apple is peeling away at my patience and doesnt seem to care about lost revenue due to its inferior product.

      I have been a customer with ********************** for a while. I accidentally purchased a yearly product and they gave me a refund a few months back. But I was trying to purchase a monthly and the app changed it in checkout to yearly but I double clicked for apple wallet and said yea to the yearly one. Now they dont want to refund. This company really likes to scam people. They denied my refund and they denied my second request. You cant even talk to anyone about it.

      I shouldn't have to purchase a brand new thousand plus dollar phone to be able to obtain updates which allow my phone to continue running smoothly. Can't even update my Apple Watch w/o my phone being up to date, which is no longer allowed due to its age

      An Apple employee was unable to assist so I hung up she continued to call my cell phone cursing me out and sending threating emails this was reported to Apple.

      Apple Care+ Betrayal Story I bought an apple iPhone 13 Pro *** from Apple.com online while in ****************, I bought it with apple Care +. After an year or normal use, while I am in ***** I accidently dropped the phone and display got multiple cracks. When I submitted for Service/Repair, Apple rejected my Service/Repair request saying that there is an "Unauthorized Modification" on the phone. But the will not tell you what it is. The local authorized apple support team says there seems to be corrosion on the "security screws" 1) This phone is in sole use by me and never been repaired or services by apple or 3rd party?2) When I have 1 more year valid Apple Care+ why should I repair or service it outside ?3) If there is a s**** corrosion, doesn't it mean that apple produced a substandard quality product where the screws will get corroded easily ? I strongly feel, apple is being unethical, and cheating its customers. Looting their hard earned money in the name of "Apple Care+ " but rejecting the service/repair

      I purchased Apple care with lost and theft but since I accidentally deleted the phone from my Apple ID and it was lost they wouldnt replace it. Apple is ripping people off and they know it. I can bet thats why they not part of the BBB because they would have bad ratings. ** still putting in a complaint with the BBB on this may

      When I say I hate having an iPhone I mean I hate it!!!!!!!! I want my android back so bad!!! I hate that Im apart if the apple family. I wish I could give this phone back and go back to android. This phone has more problems than any phone I have ever had!!!!!! I HATR APPLE DONT NOT GET THIS PHONE

      Omg I tried to download messenger on ******** , now they require your credit card information , and this iPhone wont let me because I owe Apple $5.40. I live month by month on disability and yeah I cant afford to pay them $5.40 right now because its the end of the month and I live ***** by *****. My boyfriend bought me this phone . I will never never never never never buy another Apple. This phone will get sold as soon as he pays it off and Apple will always always get a bad remark for me to anybody that owns an apple. I will let everybody and anybody know how greedy they are when they are billions and billions and billions of dollars , rolling in money since they invented the iPhone& its not good enough for these people. Its not good enough that they have another yacht because they will always need another yacht. What the ? Never have I ever come across a company that greedy. They will cut your grandmothers throat for a nickel sadly. So think again before you buy one of these phones because the greed doesnt stop there, you wont even use your email that they have to assign you if you dont pay them a dollar once a month. So not only do you pay for information you shouldnt have to pay for, cuz all other emails are free as far as I know, , youre indirectly paying to use your ******** when you shouldnt have to pay to use your ******** cuz its between you and apple , so good luck to you people who owned one of these or going to buy one. I would throw it in the trash if I can afford it because I really dont want another person. I have to go through what I did and find out the hard way.

      Back in January I was offered a discount to purchase HBO for a year through Apple third party sales for $150. I paid it fully in January 23rd and signed into HBO *** on Roku on my phone. Well since HBO introduced the new Max *** a month ago the tech support at *** cannot find records of my subscription purchase and refuse to authenticate my credentials and told my to call Apple for a refund. Called Apple and they only offer to cancel my subscription but offer ZERO refund. You shouldnt lose access to your subscription and out a $150 because they come out with a new *** and their software sucks? Ill be going back to Android.
