This is ridiculous !! I have an I watch that I cannot have unlocked Becuase of a forgotten email that I have not used in years I cannot login it to it anymore at all . Its been over a year probably already 2 trying to get apple to help me with the activation unlock .. if its to thwart criminals attempts . Someone innocent wouldnt be pushing this long and hard to get this garbage clear . I bought the watch at **************** does not put the serial number on their reciepts at all !!!! ********************** drives me bananas with this garbage request . Request after request is being denied Becuase I cannot provide a receipt with a serial number on it . And neither can ******** I literally tracked down one of the higher up managers in my local branch and they dont have access . Neither does ****** conceierge . They have no access and no way to search for it !!! Now I have a fancy expensive paper weight at this point . Do yourself a favor do not purchase an iwatch you will have headache after headache and wasted money . Buy an android or better yet buy a real watch . At least that way it wont disappoint you again and again . I hate apple

Apple has stooped to a new low by reaching a new level of annoyance and inconvenience. A couple of days after updating my MacBook air to the new OS, Im now getting bombarded with anywhere from 3-5 pop-*** every 1-5 minutes about the terms and conditions of iCloud when Im browsing. Its all about the fact that I dont use their precious little Cloud to store my data.Several months ago I called Apple to complain about this (which consisted of 3-5 pop-*** each time I started browsing, not the nearly non-stop pop-*** Im getting now). At that time I was told there was nothing that could be done, that Id have to live with the pop-*** or sign up for the Cloud. I was annoyed but soon accepted the fact that id have to deal with the 3-5 pop-*** each time I browsed. Recently however, this trespass has become quite an annoyance and I now am classifying this as an invasive intrusion of my time, my work and my life. Im feeling not only betrayed but attacked. This is an aggressive, provocative attack on my privacy and an immoral tactic targeted at me to use their product (iCloud) or else get harassed by these incessant, invasive disruptions. Use of the internet in our society has become largely indispensable for virtually every aspect of our lives; personal, social, professional. I pay for access to the internet through purchases of this computer and monthly service from the local ISP. Access to the internet should be without harassment and intrusive, restrictive disruptions such as these pop-*** from Apple. I challenge Apple to do the right thing and respect people like me who do not wish to use the iCloud, and refrain from this intrusive harassment to use their iCloud.

Apple a corporation with wrong policies, distorted with the guarantee of its equipment worldwide. I once had the experience in its beginnings of its successful policies with intelligent criteria of its equipment with damage to the software and hardware inadvertently due to accidents. Today visit the Apple Store in *********************** located north of long Island ********. What a disappointment trying to fix an apple watch with a scratch on the back. It was disappointing to know that despite having the factory warranty, they told me that they could not solve this problem, due to their discriminatory policies towards some customers who are loyal to their products. What a disappointment to hear that the warranty did not cover such accidents. I am going to send letters to Congress in Washington so that this company has the obligation to accept these types of involuntary accidents in favor of their clients who, for a reason, have bought an excellent product, but who leave much to understand the immediate response to be able to fix any kind of accidents especially with watches and phones when accidentally scratched. The person who attended me explained that they do not cover scratches on their equipment. Will that be possible? How do you know if there is no transparency in your accident policies with your teams? It would be interesting for the ** Congress to act with strict laws to safeguard the clients of any corporation here in *****************. Very disappointing to know that they do not fix the problems of their loyal customers with more than one product in their possession. Will it be good to keep and maintain those policies? Only time will tell

*******, ** Location... Worst customer service ever. First of all, I go in one day, and there is a very beautiful nubian woman, wearing a headress, and wearing a shirt that said Black@Apple. I was slightly offended, because I'm white, and apparently being black is better according to Apple. What if I came in wearing a white shirt that said White@Apple? I'm sure I'd be asked to leave. Another time I was there, a girl had a therapy dog with her. Not like, an actualy seeing eye dog, or seziure type dog, but a little dog she held, I guess to make her feel in a safer place... I don't know, but it's weird to have an emotional support dog while working in a retial location. The last time I was there, and will ever be there, some lady was training her dog in the place. 5/27 around 6PM, if they want to check the video... Again, weird... Why does Apple allow people to train a dig using their store? I show up to an appointment early, just asking if there's anyway I can go ahead and get checked in. She said yes, but you'll still have to wait an hour. I asked if she could ask if it would be a full hour wait, and she basically said no. So then I go back at the actualy appointment time, after driving for an hour, and waiting for an hour... And they tell me they can't help me because my product is too old and out of warranty. Its a HomePod gen **** its not that old. There's probably just a fuse, or something like that, that went bad, and they want $300 to fix it. Why not tell me this before I drive an hour each way, to the only Apple store around? These people are complete jerks, and I would recommend going to Best Buy, or your cellular provider, if you want to purchase an Apple product. I will not support this apple retail location ever again.

Didnt refund a purchase for almost $100 less than ten minutes after the purchase was made. Also had no good reason when this purchase was supposed to be cancelled already.

Apple is a liar and full of lies they dont stand behind their product nor do they do what they say they are going to do as in I pay to keep my backps in iclouud yet they delete them cause they can which is full of c*** I pay for them to maintain my data I pay a premium for the storage in the cloud yet they cant tell me what or why I lost 3/4 of my saved info pics and music etc nothing but issues cant wait for Starlink to come out with a cell phone then companies like apple will be treating people better than they do

I signed up for the Apple savings account when it launched and been an Apple Cash and Apple Card user since the beginning of their debut. I needed to transfer $2000 from my saving to an external bank account and have spent over 10 hours with over 12 reps for over 7 days to get my money back. No one seems to care or is actually getting me my money. They just keep saying I have a case open. And the money will be available on x day. Im now 3 days overdrafted on my account due to this issue with apple and with no resolution in sight

I inadvertently subscribed to an AI ChatBox on May 17th. Apple wont refund my money on the app, which is $39.99 annually before sales tax and over $43 with taxes. I never intended to go beyond the trial program and sought to cancel it almost immediately. I was surprised to see the charge on my debit card. The support specialists who have refused my request for a refund dont provide a helpful explanation. They simply parrot the line that the purchase doesnt meet the conditions for a refund. That might be the case, but given how long Ive been an Apple customer, its good customer service practice to offer a good faith refund.
