      We had a solar system installed on our house in 2023. It went fully online in July of 2023.we paid $18500 for the system.Unfortunately the system never performed to its own specifications. We send all the information to ****** solaris Tech support and was told that the system is underperforming by at least 11%They refused to add panels to bring the system to the specified and paid for production but offered to refund 11% of the cost of the system.While it is not a preferred solution, we agreed to it. We were told that we should hear back from them in about two weeks. We did not hear from them in months. All our calls, texts and emails are being ignored. ****** solaris has terrible customer service and very questionable design abilities.We would like to have 11% refund and an apology...

      We Did engage with This customer about this a few months ago.  One of our service managers called her and texted her multiple times in the month of July and we never heard back.  Perhaps she relegated the number to spam or her phone service did?  We will reach back out but we absolutely did not abandon this issue.  We have contemporaneous notes and records of every communication with every customer.

      I regularly check my messages, voicemails and emails, no-one tried to reach me until this complain. I also have copies of all the interactions including saved voicemails.

      Well, there is time to works this out, isnt it? I was contacted company representative last week and corresponded with her.

      Back in August of 2023, I engaged Semper Solaris to replace my roof, HVAC and add Solar. I paid them there $1000 deposit. It is now October 10th, 2024 and I still don't even have a project plan that can be executed. They ignore me for months at a time failing to answer emails and requests to return my deposit. Yet they are doing nothing on my project. I need help getting my money back since I have to move on to a new company that will work on this project.

      I had solar panels installed late in 2023. There are 12 panels. They were working fine. Then one was producing less than the others. I did a repair ticket. It was determined that the inverter was bad. A new inverter was ordered and installed. Less than a week later another panel was producing only 40% compared to the others. I was told they would need to replace the panel. I had an appointment for 09.05.24 for the replacement. No one showed up. I am still waiting for the replacement. I called the office to speak to a manager. No one called me back. I get emails with no updated information. This is ridiculous to be 7 months without action from your company. **************** does not seem to be a priority with your company.

      The replacement module has been rescheduled for the 16th.  We did miss our original appointment due to a snafu on our end.  Our technician believed it had been scheduled on accident as we had just finished a service call at this residence.   Entirely our fault, but just providing an explanation as to why it happened.

      Semper Solaris installed a solar system at my home in the past year. On Saturday 09/21/24 at 8:15 am I had a major electrical arc and fire at my inverter while rebooting the system as explained to me by Semper employee.. Semper was notified on 09/23/24 of the event and said I would be contacted in 24 hours. No contact has been made to date. Several calls and emails have been made to them requesting help and no responses have been received. The San Marcos building department inspector has been out and has inspected and taken pictures of the flame damage and commented on the odor from the flames. He says it is a major failure and needs replacement to eliminate any further risks. I am an 81 year old male and have sustained minor injury to my eyes from the flash and use an ointment multiple times a day to ease the dryness. Obviously no generation from my solar system is taking place. I need help in motivating them to make the repair/ replacement.

      Entered into agreement with Semper Solaris for Solar Panel System and backup battery system. At the time of sale discussion we were told having solar panels will provide an avenue through which we would be paying just the minimum connection fee through FPL or utility provider.We have been receiving bills that are over 100$ for the past 4 months.I have reached out to their customer support and have received NO responses to my inquiries for explanations. We paid over $40k for the ********* the very least we would like access to tech support or other technical assistance to help us figure this out. I want to warn others of their horrible business practice without any support.The system needs attention and have no correspondence with them.I want some answers. I'm not the expert. They are.I need some help.

      We started the process of purchasing 4 solar panels and a battery on 7/6/2024. We were told we should have everything installed by September. However, we were not scheduled until Sept 9. Sept 9, they showed up after a prior inspection and ended up drilling straight through our living room ceiling. When I went outside to tell them they were like ohhh we didnt know you have an open beam ceiling even though they were out inspecting weeks prior. On Sept 11 they told us the job was finished and next step would be an inspection by Sdge and the county. We got a call 9/16 telling us the job actually was not finished and they would be over between 1 and 3 to install one last part. At 1:15 we received a call saying another technician took our part for another job and it would need to be ordered. We are have called several times and sent several different emails asking them for a date we should have this complete. Fast forward to 4 days later and still crickets. My biggest issue is potentially having damage to my roof and having it leak later and the off color paint on my wood beams in our living room. We just want this job to be complete and for them to take responsibility to the damage they did to our home. Please contact me for a more details as this doesnt let me type everything that has happened. The cost of this job is $33,900

      i had semper Solaris install a solar system with battery back up 2years ago. the system worked great till august 16 2024, when half of the 29 panels stopped working and the system is not producing the energy its was producing when first installed. I contacted the company to address the problem and to find a solution for fixing the problem. the company sent techs to ***** and fix the problem, and after the techs did there trouble shooting they told me that my panels were working good and that the panels were just dirty and if you clean them they will return to the normal production. I had the panels cleaned a few days later and the same panels that were not working are still not working.

      First date of transaction was 5/31/24. A ********** was scheduled to evaluate poorly functioning solar panels on 6/18/24. The ********** sent was unqualified to fully evaluate the system and we had to schedule a follow up visit with another **********. The second ********** was scheduled for 7/22/24 at which I called and requested a visit sooner. They were able to schedule for 7/8/24. The second ********** ran some diagnostic tests but we were provided no update. On 7/18/24 I was told Sempre Solaris was pending approval from the manufacturer (*******) for some replacement parts. After multiple text messages to the customer service representative assigned our case we were finally updated that the manufacturer approved the request and the parts are now pending shipment. Since then I have been unable to get a response or update from the representative. When I try to submit a customer service ticket online it states "Looks like you dont have access to create a case. Ask your community manager for access." Their customer service phone number is just a call center and all they do is take a massage and I've never been given a call back in the many times I've called and been assigned a case number.The system we purchased from Sempre Solaris is still under warranty as well as all the parts of the solar array. They have the responsibility to communicate with me as a paying Customer and replace the defective parts.The nature of this dispute is to put the company on notice that they need to communicate with their customers, make sure they have a reasonable way to contact them for service requests and replace the warrantied parts.This is only one of many bad experiences we have had with this company. I am asking that they do their job, remain in good communication, and replace my warrantied parts. This has been going on for over three months now and needs completed. Meanwhile my solar production is down and costing me more money.

      This homeowner has three solar panels that are being replaced by the manufacturer.  We received approval on the replacement on 7/31 and are currently awaiting delivery of the material.  Once we receive the material we will make an appointment to change out the panels. 

      We did notice on our site visit that the panels are extremely dirty.  The homeowner would benefit from rinsing the solar panels off from time to time if she wants.

      For updates on the replacement the homeowner should email ************************************************************.  This should be resolved very soon.

I would like an expected date of delivery for the replacement parts. As stated they were approved on July 31st, almost two months ago, and I have not had an update. Please provide me with an expected delivery date, time frame window, explanation of why it is taking so long, and a tracking number as I was previously told I would be provided.

      Our problem started in June, we have a panel that went black. We contacted the company and they sent out parts, then we tried to get a technician to come out and have been unsuccessful. Then our mail box went out, we can no longer see if our solar is producing solar or not, this was the end of July. They said when we get the part to call and request a technician. We told the representative that we had the other issue and still have not seen or heard from the company. They gave us a number to call so we would have our issues resolved. We received our part called the number and the recording said someone will get back to you in a month. We called and wrote more emails and still no response. We called the installation department and talked to someone who said they will make sure we receive a call, that was three weeks ago. In the men time Im getting high electric bills and no one from the company or their affiliates have contacted us. This is poor customer service, they just dont care about their customers once they sell you the product. I would like resolution on our many issues. We are at our wits end, trying to get this resolved.

      We signed a contract for a new roof and solar panels on 12/15/23 the work didn't start until March, the roof was completed. We then had the rails for the solar panels installed, the installer put multiple holes in the roof because he couldn't find the studs, Semper asked him to leave then the sales *** from Semper made ***airs to the holes. The panels were dropped off on a pallet in my drive way, they are still sitting there. We have contacted the company many times. We were told they would come out on Wed 8/21, they did not show up. We arrived home this evening and discovered that the roof is leaking from the holes the contractor made. We reached out to Semper and didn't receive an answer. The only person that will talk to us is the sales guy and he now works for a different company.
